Food came out hot and delicious. Props to the kitchen staff. Well crafted leadership for the back of house. We had a server bring us our pints and food, Chandler I believe, who was knowledgeable and very professional. Will be back for another outstanding experience.

You know when you it comes to New Year's eve and we have no idea what to do. Well, I was in the same position. I fancied pub foods, and wanted to try this one after reading the reviews online. Safe to say, I wasn't disappointed. Foods were lovely and service was good too. A lot of table and chairs and they have a garden area too, perfect for Summer. Parking is tricky. You have to park near Sainsburys and walk, but it's only a few minutes walk.

Lovely decorated Wetherspoon with garden, but that's it. extremely slow service, even when it's not busy, lots of staff working but preferred to hang around talking with each other. Had to wait 20min + for 1 drink only to be told they must have given it to someone else when it's table service, they don't even know what table numbers they have, staff walking round with orders asking what table number you are... Glad we didn't order food..

One snowy day in December the people working here were absolutely amazing. They put up with us arriving, rearranging furniture, drinking enough coffee to sink a ship, charging phones, making countless phone calls etc etc to try and get home. They kept the kitchen open for us so that we could get a warm meal. Lent is phone chargers, advised on local accommodation and even rang the station to see what they could find out. They allowed a couple of families with young children to also take shelter in the pub. it was a nice space with an amazing fire, very clean and welcoming. So all in all not just your typical weather spoons.... The staff are brilliant.

Great value, as always at Wetherspoons. The Humphry Bean is an unusual design with a mix of old and new design. We had a breakfast each and a bottomless tea and coffee. The venue is light and airy and the staff are friendly and accomodating.

Massive Wetherspoons set on the high street in Tonbridge. It’s good a big beer garden out back and lots of seating inside. Use to app to order your food and drinks direct to your table.

As per most Wetherspoons, the place can be a little bit grubby and could do with a spruce up however (and more importantly IMO) the food is always good and reasonable priced, they do a great fish and chips. The staff here are friendly and helpful. I like the place.

Oh my god we must be invisible + mouldy drink. Waiting at the bar to get our first drink. The bar wasn't particularly busy otherise we would have grabbed a table abd ordered on thr app. after a couple of minutes, a group of lads turned up and stood to tye right of us at the bar. They then got served. We're still waiting. Takes a while to do their drinks as having jugs of cocktails as well as beers. We should have been served, but okay they cant always scan everyone, depsite the bar being pretty quiet when we turned up. We should be next then. A woman then turns up and stands to the right of the group of lads. Guess what, yep, once the lads had their drinks the woman who literally just turned up got served. We still havent been served, we dont have drinks in front of us to suggest we don't need drinks, we're not drunk and are clearly doing the looking around waiting to be served look and mannerisms about us. More people getting served. We had to speak to someone who looked like they may be supervising who then dragged someone else to serve us who was restocking glasses etc. How long would we have waited and how many more would have been served had we not spoken to the person behind the bar? We havent done anything wrong, just trying to get a drink. Worse still, my Bumbu rum and lemonade tasted mouldy. I wasn't sure if I was imagining it so wife tried it. Yep, mouldy. Smells it too. Returned drink, staff tasted the lemonade and confirmed it tastes mouldy, so they're changing the lemonade. Bit worrying really. Awful.

Really nice pub with what appears to be quite an old facade but with what I would call a post modernist industrial feel to the whole thing. Metal, vents and a wavey wooden thing in the ceiling but with lots of natural light from the numerous skylights. The place was clean and tidy and the staff were friendly. A large outdoor seating area in the rear with separate nonsmoking tables. The Guinness was excellent as was the Doom Bar.

Popped in for a coffee and a small bite to eat around 11.30am. Had two refill cups and selected for bacon butties. Clean tables, friendly atmosphere and friendly waiting staff. Food was nice and was served quickly and hot. Overall, we were both happy with our visit.

The choice of drinks and food is always extensive, and better than reasonably priced. The staff are polite, hard working and attentive. Their Manager Sam is an amazing leader and compassionate team player, who promotes, supports or assists his staff. All in all a very successful team.

Not the worst as Wetherspoons go. The premises itself is actually quite spacious with lots of outdoor seating, and mini car park round the back. Food is average- what you would expect for the price. Wouldn't come with high hopes for great service as lots of tables left uncleaned and staff generally unmotivated with variable customer service skills

Went here for a re-union with some great Work Friends. A very good Pub and Restaurant with an extensive menu and good choice of Food and Drinks. An enjoyable experience and a good place to visit.

Doesn't look big from outside but that's deceptive. Nice airy building on one level. Outside seating area at the rear. Nice atmosphere. Didn't eat here but had a couple of Stella's. Prices were £3.60 for a pint which is usual for Tim's establishments. I really like Tonbridge. Premier inn a mile away with rooms for £85.00 per night. Walk to the train station. 4 stops to Charing Cross. Watch a show head back & save £200.00 on a hotel in London. Use the money you save on a lovely meal next door to the Premier Inn at the Vauxhall Inn. Can't go wrong. Try it & leave a comment

Been to this pub plenty of times but had amazing service from hanna (hannah?) Who was such a gem and so lovely, when I asked about the cookie crunch she was brilliant and very understanding. Would 100% recommend.

My friend and I popped into our local spoons for lunch. Today our barman Tyler was friendly and efficient. He told us all about the new festive menu, tempting us to try the turkey dinner. It arrived pretty quickly and was very nice, I loved the pigs in blankets. Its a generous size meal and I needed a nap afterwards.

Had breakfast there with large group, food came out quickly and no complaints from anyone about quality or quantity. Atmosphere not a lot in morning but can imagine when fuller would be good.

Spoons is always our go-to for a quick pint, or an inexpensive meal, The staff are friendly and the service is quick. It has a large garden, is child friendly and has a car park at the rear. From the car park, it's flat all the way to the door, so wheelchair friendly

I've admired this pub for quite some time. It's well run, and does a good job despite being short of staff at times (this is not their fault, I assume, but the product of a labour famine). I would pick out a guy called Pete, who works like a Trojan but also takes the time to be friendly and have a chat with customers when he can. Times are hard, and especially this winter with the cost of living crisis and sky-high energy bills, this pub has become a refuge for people who need the warm and for just over a quid can get unlimited hot drinks. It's a good place.

The meal was just warm, but looked dry as if it had been heated in a microwave. Food took longer to arrive than most of the Weatherspoon pubs we have been to. Serving staff were friendly but seemed a bit confused about table numbers etc. Not as busy as other branches of this pub chain.

Everything was great, staff, food was what was expected. Just unfortunately there was a family that turned up whilst I was eating and were very loud who had no respect for anyone but themselves. Their children ran about and the mum, (if you want to call her that) just shouted and swore at them.... I felt really sorry for the children.... awful atmosphere. Had my food quickly and left....would of stayed for more drinks otherwise...

Spacious, value for money, good food, good service and warm fireplace. I enjoyed my visit to this pub

Eaten here several times, the staff are great and the food variety excellent. The last two times, or drinks ordered on the app have day on the end of the bar and after 20 mins I decided to fetch them. Sort this and it's five stars from me.

Decent grub decent prices fed 3 of us for under £25 with 3 drinks. Great friendly place and awesome staff. Veggies/Vegans catered for. Looking forward to returning next time im local.

Total Weatherspoon experience! Exactly what you would expect. Generally, good food, reasonable prices, friendly and attentive staff and good atmosphere. However, I Don't recommend the pasta dishes - they're dry, over salty and the bacon is very fatty - hence the 4 stars.

Regular Spoons experience, standard pub food menu at reasonable prices, decent selection of well kept ales. The interior is starting to look a little tired. The garden has nice views of Tonbridge Castle.

Service was very quick, but upgraded to large breakfast for mushrooms and only got one single mushroom, and after putting sauce on I found out it was only just warm, so did'nt bother sending it back, but told the waiter afterwards.

Seamed a bit quiet, drinks cheap and good quality. Found it very strange that we were told not to vape outside in a non-smoking area, considering the only other table occupied was vaping and most of the garden was empty! Why on earth do they have a non-smoking area in a large garden is beyond me!? The garden was messy, tree mess on tables.

It’s very bad experience with this bar , I brought 1 full bottle of wine from there I had some of them, balance bottle I took with me when I going out the security stop me and told u r not allowed to take the bottle with you , I can’t understand this because I brought 1 bottle of wine with my money I can’t able to drink full so that’s why I took my balance wine with me , but they stop me and take my wine bottle back , it’s really really very bad experience, I won’t never come back to this place

Light and airy Spoons in building with multiple skylights and glass framed entrance to decent sized beer garden.

👍 We had a nice impromptu lunch this afternoon. Sat outside so the kids could play in the small play area. The food was reasonably priced, the staff all friendly and I really liked the cute little touches at the bar (see pics). The food wasn't anything special but it was nice enough and the basic sor...
