Had a lovely visit today. Good wheelchair access. Great selection of good quality products. We stopped for lunch, which we both enjoyed. There were plenty of staff working, who were all happy to help with anything. We will definitely visit again. 26/10/22- pictures added.

Lots of lovely plants, water features, gardening tools and garden furniture etc. A lovely cafe/restaurant serving delicious food. The downside and the reason for only three stars is the prices. You can go to a small independent garden centre and pay much less for the same plants. You'd have thought that such as large company and them buying in much bigger quantities the prices would be lower. Such a shame...

I went to Notcutts to meet a friend for a coffee. There was plenty of car parking spaces and was a short walk to the café restaurant. While we were only having a coffee and cake we could see menus offering cooked breakfast to hot lunches and cold lunches. The staff were polite, attentive and customer oriented. The restaurant was clean and tidy with tables being cleared and cleaned in quick order. The staff were polite and smiled. All in all a very good establishment.

Lovely little place. I spent a good hour killing time whilst waiting for hospital appointment will have to bring my wife. Great butchers on site which had some cracking offers. They were starting to put up th Xmas displays and so was in a bit of a mess but did not detract from the visit.

Great for plants and shrubs but not so great for the Christmas spirit and decorations. Not a patch on the Maidstone branch with festive smells , lights and baubles and a pleasure to wander around. What a disappointment for such an affluent area !

I didn't go in the actual garden centre, I stopped to use the car park. The car park was very big, much bigger than I'd expected for just a garden centre so I assume it's quite a large one. The car park is split over many levels and areas, with steep one-way roads joining them. Don't bring a big vehicle like a camper va, or you'll struggle.

Fantastic garden centre, huge range of plants that are well set out and large indoor shopping area selling a very wide range of goods. There is a local butchers in the indoor area and a cafe. Notcutts also sells a good range of houseplants and garden sundries.

I have been here twice recently, first visit was last month, and was happy, wide range of stock clean and tidy service was quick. The second visit was May Day bank holiday Sunday, I went in for one item and got to the tills to find the queue was so long I couldn't see the tills. Granted it was the bank holiday but you would think that they should be prepared for this in terms of staff moving people on. I decided that life was too short and returned the item and left without purchasing. I would also recommend that the centre appears to have 'ikeafied' in terms of having to snake by almost everything without a potential shortcut to the tills, not that it would have mattered in this case. Overall nice store, but don't plan on going on a bank holiday.

Just drove here to buy some plant feeds .. extremely disappointed by “Miss-Leading Pricing” They are showing same products on various shelves all at different prices! When we mentioned this at the till, the lady called Simon who would meet me there, to show him! He completely didn’t approach me? I had to ask for him .. As he was talking with another staff member, Simon is very polite, he confirmed the lower price there to me!!! He also said he will notify the cashier? Which he never did? There was confusion again “UNBELIEVABLE” he was passing by, and completely changed what he told me.. Absolutely unprofessional merchandising skills, VERY MISLEADING- Without any intentions to change how to promote and price products.. Photographic evidence in my hands!!! Check your receipts - Deliberately Misleading Pricing … I was about to go purchase plants after I paid for these feeds.. NO WAY WILL I RETURN to these Dreadful retailers!!! Maybe I can teach them about “Merchandising” At a Cost / FEE!!! They have a lot to learn or like to con Customers!!!

Nice garden centre. Outdoor area is very nice. Indoor area is nice. Staff are pleasant, although the young ones in the eating area don’t seem very friendly. Food and coffee are both good quality, although could be better quality, Food portion size a little small but that’s not a dislike, cause you just need to order more that means.

Good selection of Christmas decorations and gifts. Great butchers dept too. I bought soon really yummy chocolate ginger sweets that were nicer and cheaper than ones bought on the internet 👍🏼

Our breakfast was lovely, my poached eggs were done just right. We will be stopping here from now on as part of our journey from East anglia to the south coast. Service was very good.

In the area and decided to stop for coffee. We wanted to sit outside, as it was pleasantly warm and sunny. Although it had rained some hours earlier and the seats appeared dry, they were actually wet. Fortunately we were able to dry them ourselves.

High slopes from car park. Not ideal when on crutches and little info as to this state of affairs. Little signs as to where anything was. Long wait if wanted lunch. Spoke to member of staff who didn't even no if she lived locally. Totally different in total to my local notcutts which would have a 5 star review

Quite simply the nicest garden centre I have ever been to and I've been to many! Stunning displays and crammed with excellent products and interesting retail options. I was genuinely impressed on my first visit there today. The counter staff were really polite and friendly too! Well done Notcutts!

Great garden centre with loads of choice. However, shame about the food in the cafe. Ham and Cheese sandwich for £7.95. Well I thought I’d get a decent sandwich for that price. One slice of cheese and one slice of ham. I get businesses have had to increase prices (totally understandable) but come on. There’s a limit. However the bread was lovely and soft and it tasted nice. Just a really poor portion size for the price. It did come with chips though.

We came for Sunday lunch at the weekend. Having never been before well what a treat! The garden centre grounds were stunning... and impressive they really drew us in. We sat outside as the weather was warm and sunny. Lovely outside dinning area with the Children's play area close at hand (we didn't have a smalls with us bit it would be a great place for a family stop for food play and retail) the staff were all very friendly just perhaps a few more would have been perfect in the cafe as table's took a while to get cleared. This is not a criticism just an observation as staff were doing all they could. We bought 2 Sunday lunches Beef and 2 mini chardonnay wines. The Dinners and desserts were spot on but the wine wasn't great. The Manageress was very helpful and offered us a replacement bottle to retry. But still not right so she offered us another drink. "GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE" sorry we didn't get her name. After lunch we took to the retail Isles and wasn't disappointed. Imaginatively set out and all very tempting, best displays I have seen in a garden centre for a long time. All in all 5*'s we will definitely be back. Well done Notcutts of Tunbridge-Wells!
