Great and quick service but everything else was wrong.The food is poorly made and the goulash soup I wouldn't advice.Fries were nice though.I have eaten here a number of times but of late the food is really dissapointing.

A good restaurant the only problem is there is no parking

A very cool quiet hotel combined with a Pub and accommodation. Great services and a bit sluggish services. The waiters and waitresses are very professional and courteous. The hot drinks served with natural honey 🍯 to sooth the throat and comes at a very affordable price. The parking is limited but secured by Guards.

ate sumptuous fish, with a big serving of vegetables! Sweet tea and fresh snack served here too. Was my 2nd visit. Quiet tranquil hotel in middle of busy Ruiru town, mostly donned by wealthy senior citizens.

Didn't like the chips served. They were not well dried. Should improve on that

The service is great but the food and ambience is a no.I have bee frequenting this place since my childhood therefore I can comfortably say that in comparison to the past ,the food has reduced in quality over the years.

Your location is very convenient but your services are wanting!!! The rooms are so much unkempt..... Your customer care service is wanting..... We had to be given a refund since no one was available to offer breakfast early enough..... !! Please improve..... You have what it takes to be a 4star..... But you are pulling yourself back!
