Extremely pleasant and courteous service. Had a good hair cut and will recommend Jayberry to anyone that wants first class treatment.

The services are okay but they overcharged me. When I came in, they initially said that I'll cost ₦3,500 for washing, blow-dry and all back (no attachment). I agreed. The guy that did my hair took such a long time in blow-drying my hair... I'm not sure if he knew what he was doing. The blow dryer was also smoking up the room. I told him to do it quickly that it's just simple all back I'm doing, my hair doesn't need to be straight it just needs to be dry. After he finished plaiting my hair, I tipped him and went to the front desk to pay. The same lady that told me it was ₦3,500 now told me it was ₦8,000. Her excuse was that my hair is full and that it took him a long time to blow dry my hair. Seriously? It takes me 30 minutes to blow dry my own hair at home. I could have washed and blow dry my hair at home and then called a hairdresser from the market to plait my hair at my home for less than ₦1,500. I paid the ₦8,000 and the front desk lady was excited and she offered me drinks. I took a bottle of water. But that'll be the last time I'll use their business. You don't measure up a customer and charge them a higher price for hair after giving them a lower price before. She charged me more than double!

It's a nice place for all your personal hygiene needs. Excellent ambience, Excellent Staff, Well Trained Barber giving Excellent Service. Their business hours are suitable for time pressed people like me. They open on Sundays as well. One can book a prior appointment to avoid waiting. The plaza where the saloon is located, has decent parking space. While driving on Peter Odili Road, the saloon is not that visible from road. The building in front obstruct the visibility.

Decent salon, well equipped and located. I’ve used the facility 3 times and the air conditioning is poor. Left me feeling sweaty and drained; I had to ask the staff if they were not feeling the heat! I was the only customer in the salon so it wasn’t a crowd problem. Staff said the power from the grid is not as good as the power from their generator, thus the poor functioning of the ACs. Lame excuse. Further, a faulty basin sprung a leak while my hair was being washed and soaked my pants. If I had worn a bright coloured pant, I would have needed to go home to change straight from there. Really poor service lapse.

Giving it a star because the customer service was good. However, it’s unnecessary expensive. Unnecessary because there’s almost no value for your money. They did not know what to do with my natural hair. They kept using a blow drier to give me a blow out I did not ask for, and then they tried to HOT COMB MY NATURAL HAIR WITHOUT WARNING. NO WARNING, NO HEAT PROTECTION. The absolute audacity. I asked why and they said it was so the braids would look smoother. How do a bunch of Nigerian hairdressers not know how to braid natural hair in big 2023? Come to find out, they apparently are unable to properly tuck in knotless braids. My hair became fizzy at the roots in under a week. This has never happened with knotless braids before. The mani/pedi was a joke and the nail polish started chipping off in less than 24 hours. The eyebrows they did for me looked weird. One brow was shaped differently than the other. I spent close to 40 thousand naira and it was such a waste. Cute ambience though.

I absolutely loved my time here! The service, the aesthetic, the quality... chef’s kiss 🤩! Highly recommend that you come here to treat yourself. I got a facial, pedicure and waxed, and everything was absolutely amazing! I see myself coming here several more times in future🤪

Pedicurist does not know how to work with ‘soft skin’ and kept blaming it on the client. My man got injured thrice in one session. Overheard another customer complain about her hair as well. Otherwise, ambience is nice and they serve complimentary drinks.
