Nice rooms and good location. The rooms are neat and have good amenities. My only bad experience was that the AC was not as effective. Hopefully this is not the same situation in other rooms. If that is fixed then the experience is top notch.

It's very ok and satisfactory.

The hotel is lovely. The interior is nice , with enough parking space . The security is very tight when it comes to accessing your room , without your room card you can't get into the elevator because it requires the room card to access it . I will advise you to order local food .. anything English is a big No . In fact I give the kitchen 4/10. It is a mature hotel where you can't see young boys (yahoo boys).

The rooms are just OK. The bathroom needs improvement

The hotel facility is surprisingly large with over 100 rooms classed into 4/5 categories to meet individual or group taste. The rooms are pricey for a night lodging but exquisite and neat. There are halls for events of varying sizes within the hotel which are pegged at different prices as well. The hotel has ample parking lots with private security and law enforcement personnel present 24 hours throughout each week. The access gate to the hotel is remote controlled.

Staff are nice and polite but the rooms are filthy. Dirty not properly cleaned. Dirty corners and dusty surfaces. A corporate client and I won't be staying here again. Non existent WiFI service it's hilarious. Food was poor, Coconut rice not tasting of coconut. Bad tasting Fish. Stuffy and humid rooms plus can't open the windows because no mosquito nets.

Their services are quite fast, rooms are nice and the location of the hotel is not difficult l.

Swiss international is a world class hotel located @ #9 Mabisel avenue off Dr. Peter Odili road in Port Harcourt Rivers state, Nigeria. Their rooms are standard and exquisite, with a swimming pool and lounge for recreation and relaxation.

Friendly staff and quick to attend to complaints. The rooms in the main wing weren't as cozy and maintained as those in the second wing. The food was ok, not many varieties.

Swiss International has standard clean rooms with comfortable beds and also affordable.

Very poor hotel. No hot water to shower for the last two days . Breakfast was very poor. The value of the money spent per night could have been spent somewhere better .

My experience was lovely, the rooms where very beautiful, especially the suite room, 😊😊 and my love goes to the Pool bar, it was so lovely and enjoyed my stay. Also... The food and beverages was so nice, especially the continental Dishes. Thank you Swiss for your hospitality.

Great place but their food isn't good

Serene environment with great rooms. The food taste nice as well. Further need to train the restaurant staff on good etiquette. They throw banters loudly, not minding the presence of guests.

I am rating based on the starting price point. At that price ($110/night) my expectations were very high given the town where the Hotel is situated. However the service fell woefully short of the reputation and brand. To start with I complain about a feature I find horrifying in hotels. Unclean bathrooms. The shower had ugly patches at the bottom which had turned green with algae and age. I was completely ignored for the three nights I spent there. The covid breakfast protocols were in place but not communicated to guests. I went for complimentary breakfast and was queried by staff why I came down and was not served in my room. The internet on the first night was fast but konked out on the second and third nights. The structure showed it had vestiges of a glorious past but now was heading rapidly the way of most Nigerian hotels - poor maintenance and indifferent service. I advise guests to consider other hotels especially at that price.

its a world of its own. the calm Environment is one of a kind. its equipped with cool facilities like, pool, A Gym...its just awesome. The breakfast buffet was yummy too

Lovely location, peaceful and serene. Comfortable and secure rooms. Absolutely divine beds. Great fresh meals. The staff were absolutely friendly, hospitable and professional. A definite do again in the nearest future.
