I enjoyed my stay here, it’s a budget hotel but it’s comfortable and the staff is extremely friendly and helping. Especially the morning receptionist Mohammed was very helpful and kind. They changed our rooms from the 2nd floor to the ground floor which are more spacious and the AC is cooler as well as you can open the window. I’m delighted to be a guest here and 70% credit goes to the staff.

I was quite happy with my choice of this place in general. The receptionist was particularly very cordial and helpful. The hotel is fairly neat and clean and location is peaceful. The shower area was covered with half glass, which means you have to be very careful while taking shower, otherwise there the bathroom may be flooded. There were no separate soap, shampoo, conditioner bottles, they had a one-in-all product. I also missed hair dryer and electric iron, but I didn't ask the receptionist though. Room didn't have small fridge and microwave, which are normally available in almost every hotel in North America, but probably not in France. Breakfast is charged extra, and is good for the price you pay. It is a good hotel in general!

Awful! The employees were rude and the rooms were horrible. The AC was out and when asked, the front desk responded the repair man was coming three days later. With no windows and zero air flow, it was unbearable. Clearly this is an irresponsible and recurring problem since other guests have commented on the lack of air conditioning in earlier reviews. The rooms are tiny, no amenities like hand soap or hand towels, and the outlets didn't work (yes, with an adapter and converter). We put our 'do not disturb' sign on the door, the staff ignored it and did a poor job of cleaning. It is close to the subway, but that's about the only positive to this place.

All the staff I had interaction (reception, cleaners, breakfast counter) with was more than great (friendly, helpful, went out of their way to help). Clean spaces/room. However the room was plain / no amenities where offered. Soap was only available in the shower so nothing to wash your hands in the sink. More hanging space for jackets would be great. The desk space was crowded for no reason (there was a lot of empty space on the other side of the room). No kettle/fridge or even a glass to put the water bought from the hotel.

The Good: 1. Price 2. Hot Water- one of the best showers I've had in Europe The Bad: 1. Hot! Air condition would not work, so the rooms were sweltering 2. Walls are super thin. Everything you do in your room can be heard by everyone. 3. Breakfast is very limited in options 4. Some rooms were not tidy see picture for messed up curtain

Air conditioning did not work and windows don't open on our floor, so we were hot even though the weather was cool outside. I heard other guests complaining about the same issue to the staff. Visible water damage on walls near windows in our room. Friendly staff. Very small breakfast area was overflowing with tour groups in the mornings. View from our window was graffiti laden.

We got to hotel at 1050 pm, after being out in sun siteseeing all day. This hotel had vending that was working, no access to bottled h2o of any other fluids. Many,many rooms had blackmold, around window. No phones in rooms either. I would never never recommend this hotel to anyone!

Overall impression was very good, but there were few faults. Our room was not ready for our arrival, there was lack of hairdrayer, water in hotel was full of chloride, poor noise isolation.

Good room, basic but clean and fresh. Only issue I had was the fact that there was no bin in the room so nowhere to dispose of anything.
