Even the paid hotline doesnt work, which is not a surprise, imagining how many complaints they must receive every day. Wouldnt come here again, unless absolutely necessary.

Unfortunately for Sixt I photographed the vehicle in fine detail prior to collection and can prove the damage was pre existing. A well-rehearsed scam 2600 euros in bills for 2 tiny scratches on the paint without any deformation of the bodywork, on a car that was already well damaged at the start of the rental. Customer service inaccessible for discussion, repeated threats of additional charges. Did not want to take into account the quote from another approved mechanic offering repairs for 3 times less. It is very clear that the agency is only waiting to find a customer who does not take Sixt insurance in order to renovate the entire car at their expense. Don't be fooled, immediately ask for a second opinion when you receive the invoice for the damage and contact a consumer association (UFC type to choose). We cannot continue to tolerate these agencies operating like this.

This is the first time I collected the utility from the Bercy station agency: - we looked around to see the impacts already existing with the agent. On nous propose sur le site internet un forfait 5h, de 12h00 à 17h00. Nous arrivons à l'agence à 12h03. L'employée nous ferme la porte au nez car l'agence ferme de 12h00 à 13H00. Pourquoi alors proposer sur le site une location à 12h00? Et même à 12h30 sur demande? Nous ne pouvons pas revenir à 13h, cela ne nous laisse pas le temps d'accomplir notre tâche urgente. L'employée ne veut rien savoir et se plaint de s'être levée à 6h du matin. L'annulation de la réservation est impossible. Aucune humanité du service client qui refuse de rembourser la somme prélevée. On nous facture donc un véhicule qui est resté au garage. Cela nous a au moins permis de découvrir les services de Getaround. A 12h30, nous avons pu louer directement un utilitaire à proximité, pour le même tarif, sans tracasseries d'horaires. Pour nous, Sixt c'est terminé.
