We had the most amazing experience with Flecha Tours. We opted to do the 3 days 2 night pampas tour. We started off by navigating up the river Yacuma with our wonderful and knowledgeable guide Antonio. We saw lots of animals including monkeys, birds, caimans and dolphins. We then went to see a dramatic sunset and later spotted some caiman in the night. (Bring a zoom torch rather than a head torch as the light is more concentrated and you can see the eyes better) On the next day we went anaconda spotting but were unfortunately unsuccessful due to the time of year. Then there was piranha fishing where we had a great time catching and eating our piranhas. On the last day we swam with dolphins which was fabulous. Overall the experience was memorable and I would highly recommend Flecha tours! Special mention to Antonio, Ruth and Laura and her mum who were all very helpful and professional. The food was also great throughout the stay at the lodge. I'd recommend doing both the pampas and jungle tours as the environments are so different!

From start to finish Flecha tours was a dream. We arrived in Rurrenabaque without having booked a tour in advance. I saw a poster for Flecha at our hostal so sent them a WhatsApp. They replied almost immediately and were friendly and provided us all of the information of what the Pampas tour entails and what you need. The woman we were dealing with spoke to us in English as well which I really appreciated as I am one of those annoying turistas who doesn’t speak Spanish. We went into their office which is in the town to pay and the guy we dealt with was so nice and friendly. We got picked up from our hostal at 8:30 the next day and got taken back to their office (we could of walked so this was a nice bonus), where they picked up the chef (Rosie who was so sweet and honestly made the nicest meals I have had in Bolivia) and loaded up the van. We then had a 3 hour drive to the Pampas. When we arrived we met Tony who spoke perfect English (once again super appreciated by our group) and off we went. Tony is the actual best, he knows everything about the jungle and is so so sweet. He’s the Bolivian Steve Irwin. We saw an anaconda, pink dolphins, Pepe and Jesus the giant cayman, all types of birds, capybaras, lots of cayman and piranhas. The food was amazing, the beds were comfy and Tony was all you could want from a tour guide. A couple things to note, we went at the end of dry season and the river was extremely low, it was also a stinking hot 40degrees. No problems with mosquitos or bugs though which we love.

I did the 3 day Pampas and 2 day Jungle tour. Our guide Antonio for the Pampas was a class act. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and kind. It was clear that he had a love of the Pampas and was always extremely excited about seeing the animals, which was very motivating for us. I also got sick on the first night and Antonio made me a tea from the bark of a tree. By the next morning I was feeling 100% better! Antonio has no fear when it comes to the animals of the pampas and we got extremely close to them. From talking to others who did different tours, they did not get as close to the animals as us. Also, I am vegan and Rosita cooked amazing food and I never went hungry. All in all it was a once in a lifetime experience. We also had a great time in the jungle. Unfortunately we did not see as many animals but such is the jungle! Severo was a kind guide who tried his hardest to show us the biodiversity of the Madidi National Park. Nancy was also an excellent cook who catered well to my vegan diet. I would 100% recommend Flecha Tours to anyone looking to experience the Amazon in Rurrenabaque.

Wasn't sure what to expect. Booked 2 days 1 night tour. Collected at airport. Followed by three hour drive to Santa Rosa. Had Tony as a tour guide on the boat. What followed was an Incredible experience. Tony was amazing. He had such knowledge and was able to get us up close to all animals. He is patient and gives the time needed. Food included is great. The accommodation in the lodge is great too. Would recommend this to anyone. Message them on wattsapp if you want to organise. Ps. Fly to rurrenbaque if you can. Couldn't face a bus to or from.

Positive + Getting in contact was easy via WhatsApp, the agency replied quite fast and offered options. Staff in the office is also very friendly. On the tour itself, we were able to see lots of animals (alligators, caymans, different monkeys, lots of birds, even a tucan on our way there, the amazonas dolfines, turtles...) The food which was served during that trip was quite amazing (one of the best chicken we had) Negative - While being in the office, it was pointed out, that they would have "certified English speaking guides". Our guide seemed like a really nice and friendly guy, but unfortunately he was not really sharing any information, besides telling us the names of the animals we were seeing. (Based on other experiences, I was expecting some more information on the animals, on the area, the river, ...)

I came back from a tour with Flecha yesterday, and I was so impressed by everything! My boyfriend and I were in a group with another guy and our guide was Elvis... What a lovely man, he was so kind, funny and knowledgeable, the best guide we have had on any tour in our three month trip! The food was absolutely DELICIOUS and the chef so kind, she even let me take the yucca donuts (thank you!) The people in the office are also so kind, the man who we bought the tour from provides excellent customer service, had cold drinks for us when we got back, let us shower and rest there...a lovely man and I'm very grateful for all he did. Overall, this tour was incredible and it's quite clear the people working for this company care about what they do! Thanks for an amazing time guys! Hannah and Elvis

Did the Pampas 3 Day 2 Night. Tony was an amazing guide, better than the other operators because he was more knowledgeable/experienced and really went out of the way to ensure we had a great time. Other groups we came across with other companies were not excited like we were since their guides/conditions weren’t as good. The resort itself is very big and full of space for activities and areas to hang out and play billiards, ping pong, or chill in the hammocks. Rosita, the chef, cooked the best food we had the entire trip in Bolivia. She even taught us a recipe. Nice atmosphere and good people.
