(Translated by Google) not even one star I left my backpack at the tour company's storage for the tour, but I put the pouch containing the money deep in the backpack in case it got wet in the rain, and when I checked after the tour, 500 euros were gone. It's so disgusting that I took only part of the money and packed my backpack again as if it wasn't. The price of the tour was excellent and in the end we were pooled with sunset travel as there weren’t enough people from the same agency going on the same day as myself and another girl. Teresa was great to coordinate with on WhatsApp and I was able to book the tour from La Paz. I would recommend this agency to others although they didn’t execute the tour in the end.

We booked this tour at Deep rainforest tours, but the tour was executed by Fluvial tours. We paid 800 bolivianos per person, for a 3D, 2N pampas tour, excl. transportation from La Paz. We were very lucky with the weather, no rain at all although we are in the rainy season! Only a lot of sun, so bring your sunscreen. There are too many mosquitos to count, so bring enough repellent: you are going to need it!! First the positive aspects of the tour: The food was great, the cook really put a lot of effort in making someting different every meal. The vegetarian options looked really nice as well. Since it’s rain season it wasn’t too crowded on the waters, we come across only 2 other groups. The lodges are ok, but not great. All beds have a mosquito net. We had double room with a private bathroom (shower with cold water and toilet) Also, our tour guide spotted a lot of animals. Then the negative: we were picked up from our hotel in a 4x4 car, not a jeep as promised. The ride towards the boat is 3 hours on an extremely bumpy road. A jeep would be highly appreciated. There was a guy sleeping in the back of the car. At the lunch place I asked him if he lived in Rurre and where he was going, it turned out he was our guide. He spoke English, but rather said nothing or said it in Spanish first, although he knew that nobody spoke Spanish in our group. During the tour he didn’t give us any attention and didn’t talk about the nature / wildlife, only when specifically answering a question He slept in the hammocks most of the time. All the guides feed the animals: pieces of meat to the huge Caimans who live around the logdes, and bananas to tiny monkeys at the water side. It’s a great experience and I recommend it to everyone, but maybe don’t book it at Fluvial tours.

One of the most inexpensive agencies for the tour, really good guide and great food at the lodge.

We were ROBBED this agency (as well as some other travelers in the same way). We left our bags at the office and after the trip we found that 500 eur was missing. Not all cash was missing, just one note. Service isnt reliable as well, and not worth 700 bol at all.

Best price for this type of tour, they are all relatively similar as they're on the same river. Excellent food considering you drive 3 hours and boat another 3 hours into the middle of the pampas! Garry was a great driver and stopped for sloths and capybaras, Yo-yo was an ever-helpful, soulful guide who somehow made the mosquitos seem not that bad. Ahh though, the mosquitos. The tour agency in La Paz told us to buy white, long sleeve shirts and trousers but no one told us that if you really want to see the Amazon and not just a million mosquitoes then you should only go between May and September before the rain allows them to breed like crazy. The river was muddy and smelly from the rain as well, but Nature didn't care and put on a grand display of Amazonian animals. Take my advice, don't go between Christmas and New Years unless you bring your own mosquito net to walk around in all day.

I was in the jungle for three days and in the pampas for three days. Both guides were knowledgeable, funny and simply amazing! They both speak good English and explain everything about the flora and the fauna and even go the extra mile when needed. The food was incredible (also vegetarian options available when asked before) and the nature is beautiful. Bring lots of mosquito spray and sun screen! I'm really happy I booked with Fluvial! I can 100% recommend them.

The boat tours were fine, and the food was very good. The guide spoke decent English, though his comprehension was very low; we quickly realized that we couldn't ask him questions simply because he couldn't understand us. My main issue with Fluvial is that their lodge is trashed and falling apart. The cabins are old (mine had a broken toilet), there are gas cans, and garbage strewn about the property. They even had a garbage fire while we were there. How could a "responsible" tour company possibly have a garbage fire in a nature reserve? Honestly, Dolphin's looked like a far more professional lodge/operation, though they admittedly did ask a little more for their tour; but still, it might be worth it.

I did 3D/2N pampas.toir with them. Our guide Rosauro was great, he found lots of animals and kept making sure we were happy with the tour. Excellent food, for each meal we got a spread of several different things. Rooms are basic but fine, mosquito nets at each bed and shower in each room. Very happy

Amazing tour and probably the best deal you will find in Rurre. Accom is a bit rough around the edges but you are in the Amazon after all. Food was incredible and different everyday. Guide (Yoyo) was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.
