Think twice before you book this hotel: The amenities were used and refilled, the photos were taken when we first arrived to the room. They don’t clean the room even we turned on the “make up room” light. They simply don’t check, you need to call them for cleaning the room. Even you call, they can forget too. Definitely not a five star or even four star service. We have a baby so asked for extra water, no hand over or taking notes, we need to ask every time. We paid for the exclusive membership, they told up they upgrade us to club room, meaning it’s exactly the same room and no club benefits, it’s such a joke they call it “upgrade”. There’s nothing exclusive, you don’t even get proper cleaning service…….. There’s no baby amenities provided, not even simple shampoo, shower gel or lotion, had to buy our own. It was windy, the room was like having an earthquake, called the duty manager, nothing could be done, my baby couldn’t sleep at all. The stay so far is a disaster, people simply don’t understand what’s mean by five star hotel. Such a shame on the management team. The owner of this hotel should think if the people they hire are doing the job or simply passing the days.

I stayed here two weeks last year with my toddler and husband. Absolutely amazing customer service. The staff are all so welcoming and accommodating. The cleanliness of the room is stellar. The rooms are beautiful. The beds are comfy. Definitely worth paying extra to get the bigger rooms. The amenities are fantastic. The location is great for a tourist in that its in the heart of Amman. However, if you have a car, the downside is the horrendous traffic that I had to encounter everyday just to get out of the area, as it is a lively location especially around the weekends. If you plan to stay around Abdali it should be fine. That was the only downside to our stay. We ordered in-room food and it was also 10/10. I travel a lot and can confidently say that this has been one of the best hotel experiences that I had!

Bathroom needs maintenance and they are not clean, there were no towels we had to request, bed sheet and pillow cases are dirty and we asked to change them (and it took them two hours to come and clean) For a 5 star hotel this is not accepted. For this amount of money i'm paying i expect much much better cleanliness and service!! The only good thing about the hotel is the location and view

This hotel seems to have terrible noise isolation. When the wind is strong, the aluminum surface of the building vibrates and bounces to the window, making huge noise. Cannot really sleep at night. Also the service at the reception and the lounge is terrible. They seem to have mask on their face and do not have a sincere welcoming attitude. No intention to solve requests from the clients and only make things more complicated. The only nice service I encountered in this hotel is the reception from the gym.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Rotana Amman Hotel and I must say it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the luxurious and stylish design of the hotel. The lobby was spacious and welcoming, and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. One member of the staff who stood out in particular was the receptionist, Zaid. He greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. He went out of his way to ensure that I had the best experience possible, and even offered me a complimentary upgrade to a higher room category! The room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities that I needed to make my stay comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable, and I was able to get a great night's sleep each night. The hotel's location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants.

It’s a great option in Amman. The location is very convenient. The staff are great from the reception to the concierge. I checked in on April 2 at 10pm, the receptionists were welcoming and cooperative to accommodate my request. I enjoyed my Ramadan iftar on the 3rd of April because all the staff including the chief were very friendly and helpful. This is my second time there and absolutely it is my gem in Amman. Thank you everyone

Very luxurious hotel at an exceptional location on Abdali Boulevard. Rooms are very comfortable and sunny 🌞 thanks to the wide windows. The breakfast restaurant has the ever richest buffet that you might imagine. Service is excellent, and staff are friendly and professional. The minus star is because when it comes to organizing meetings and conferences, there are many deficiencies and shortfalls. This is regrettably becoming the weakness of this hotel.

Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, but there is a shop a cross the street plays loud music till 2:30 AM and I couldn't sleep because of it even though my room is in the 16th floor, every time I call the reception about it they tell me that it should stop now and nothing stops, the hotel should take actions to stop them

I wouldn’t even would like to rate it as a 1 star. The worst service ever witnessed. We arrived late at night and had a reservation for upgraded nonsmoking rooms, then they told us it’s not available and took advantage that we arrived late and were tired, made us sign a paper for an upgrade and made us pay extra ... I don’t know what to say about that. The rooms smelled bad , cleaning was poor, amenities none. Everyday we had to ask for towels, soap, shampoo nothing was available although that’s an upgraded room... The way they talk to costumers is disgusting. Today we checked out and we told them that we are dissatisfied and the manager’s response was okay which further proves my point. We’ll raise a claim towards everything that happened. I have no words to say, the worst worst experience ever... please don’t ever make this mistake and book this hotel it doesn’t look like it seems at all.

Starting with the check in, the reception took really really long to clear up just 1 person. Rooms are designed well but not well maintained, plus the external panels right outside room windows would flap heavily with the wind creating a disturbing sound throughout the night, which kept me sleepless. There were issues with electric points, kettle, and also the television. So in all nowhere close to a 5 star experience. Although the staff are quite courteous and they helped me in getting taxi or other information when needed. The hotel looks fancy but need to improve to keep up the 5 star tag..

Good location, rooms are ok, service is poor. We were told by the room service that there's not enough towels because the hotel is fully booked! Also, they are very stingy with their toiletries and complimentary coffee and tea bags, you get one tea bag and a couple of sugar sachets for 2 people!

A five star hotel with a 2 start restaurant! The food is low quality and no diversity in dishes! I had lunch there and they served 2 types of pasta one of it is sooooooo dry that I couldn’t even chew it! and the roasted beef with vegetables you could burly find meat in it!! If you wish to have a good meal it’s better for you to save your money and go eat in one of the local restaurants that’s located near!! I was so disappointed that I couldn’t even think about taking photos!!

👎⭐☆☆☆☆ Horrible experience at Rotana hotel. They seem to think "cleaning" and "room service" are optional. Called twice for cleaning, got ignored twice. The shower gel, shampoo and conditioner bottles are EMPTY since we checked in!!!! Unbelievably disappointing.

Located next to the Boulevard with Panoramic windows that give a great view of Amman. Service was very good and the staff were attentive to any items requested for the room. I stayed for a week, having breakfast everyday which had a wide selection of choices. Only area for improvement is attention to detail in the rooms, minor points of untidy finishes which slightly detract from the overall opulence of the hotel. Overall great experience and would recommend.

My husband and I went there on our honeymoon and the staff were so professional and kind, the breakfast was amazing and had so many options. The room was clean and everything was as I expected. I don’t need to say much more about the view you can see it for yourself in the pictures. All in all it was a great experience, would definitely be going back there and I already started recommending this place to my friends who are about to get married to stay there 👍🏻❤️

The Rotana hotel in Amman is a luxurious 5-star hotel located in the heart of the city. The hotel offers various accommodation options ranging from deluxe rooms to suites, all equipped with modern amenities. Guests can enjoy a wide range of dining options at the hotel, including international and local cuisine at the various restaurants and cafes on-site. The hotel also features a spa, fitness center, and swimming pool for guests to relax and unwind. Travelers have found the hotel to be clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with helpful and friendly staff. However, some have noted that the rooms can be small and there is some noise from the street. Overall, the Rotana hotel in Amman appears to be a good choice for those looking for a luxury stay in the city. Great experience

They have zero kindness in dealing with honey mooners. They dont provide even a single flower even if you want to pay for that. Not even a special romantic preperations like decorated towels. Staff are not trained, you get different answers from each staff member and then management just pretend it was a mistake. Rooms are designed in a stupid way that only glass wall seperates the toilet area from the room and when lsomeone uses the toilets the whole room will be lighted. And the light and noise wil prevent others from sleeping bcoz there is no doors seperating the 2 areas. Do not disturb sign is digital and whenver use turn off the room lights it also goes off and tou have to be waked up by room service, who are also rude, specially ladies. Very bad experience. Not recommended at all

Great location, nice service, but we had bad incident while checking in our room we found hair in the bathroom shower, we asked to change but they said there weren’t availability but we insisted so they changed it with no compensation. Employees were nice, friendly and helpful. Rooms has nice view. Dj sound was annoying we didn’t know where did it come from? Beside that everything else was good :) I liked the photos, but some of the drawings wasn’t understandable for me? Attached 2 men shaking with a Zibra in the middle :)

I stayed here for a couple of days recently during my holiday in Jordan. The first two nights we stayed in a room on the 42nd floor. The view was amazing. The room had panoramic ceiling to floor windows. Felt like I was watching the city from a landing plane. Service was amazing. Breakfast was very good. Lot’s of choice. Only advice I would love to give Rotana Amman is: attention to detail whilst cleaning. The room didn’t feel 5-star clean to me. Also, if you stay here, don’t forget to check out the Boulevard nearby. Really cool place to visit to just walk or enjoy one of the many restaurants!

The staff were unhelpful they were trying to push me and my family to go for upgrade or take the rooms w higher price , i had to wait till 3 pm to go to my room at the end I received it dirty where the trash of the previous guests wasn’t removed , also whenever i needed cleaning of the room i had to call the reception !!!! The food of the room service was so bad as well .

A Perfect Home Away from Home Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have had the pleasure of staying at Amman Rotana on numerous occasions, and I can confidently say that it has become my go-to destination every time I visit Amman. This hotel not only delivers exceptional service but also provides an unparalleled level of comfort, creating an atmosphere that truly feels like a home away from home. From the moment I step foot into the hotel am consistently greeted by the warmest smiles and heartfelt welcomes from the well-trained staff. The customer service here is truly outstanding, with each team member going above and beyond to ensure that my stay is as memorable as possible. Whether it's the front desk staff, the concierge, or the housekeeping team, their commitment to guest satisfaction shines through in every interaction. The rooms are nothing short of exceptional. Every time I stay, I am amazed by the meticulous attention to detail and luxurious amenities provided. The beds are incredibly comfortable, enveloping you in a cocoon of relaxation after a long day of exploring the city. The cleanliness and freshness of the rooms (a special thanks to Mr YOUSEF QADDOUMI, me Husam Alzoubi and Mr Abedalhadi Alnbrawi my amazing room housekeepers) are immaculate, making it a pleasure to return to after a day of adventure. One of the highlights of the hotel is its exceptional dining options. The on-site restaurant offers a variety of mouthwatering dishes that cater to all tastes. I would highly recommend trying their signature dishes, as they never fail to impress. The extensive breakfast buffet is a great way to start the day, with an array of delectable options to choose from. Of course not forgetting the Rotana club on the 42 floor thanking Mr Hassan and Mr Rageai for their great service. What sets Amman Rotana apart from other accommodations in the city is its unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction. The management team is always accessible, and their willingness to address any concerns or requests promptly reflects their dedication to providing the best possible experience. Location-wise, couldn't be more convenient. Situated in the heart of the city in the Boulevard area, it offers easy access to popular attractions, a shopping district, and public transportation, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. During my stays at Amman Rotana, I have also had the opportunity to enjoy the hotel's amenities, which include a well-equipped fitness center and a relaxing spa. These facilities enhance the overall experience and ensure that no matter what your needs or preferences the hotel has got you covered. In summary, this hotel consistently delivers outstanding service, impeccable accommodations, and a genuine sense of hospitality. Whether you are in Amman for business or leisure, I wholeheartedly recommend staying at Amman Rotana as your home away from home. B Sincerely, Moi Khatib Rotana rewards Platinum

It is ridiculous that we are encouraged to use your official website to receive the best service and then not provide said service. The Rotana Hotel should be better than this, given the name. We were a newly-married couple living abroad and we booked our stay 2 months in advance, for a tier that would have us stay on a floor between floor 25 and 32. When I arrived on the day of my wedding to check in, I was given the wrong room and the lowest floor. When I informed the staff that I had booked 2 months in advance and specifically requested in my notes when booking to be given a higher floor (which is why I booked so early on), I was told that the notes didn't appear on the system. I was told this by two different staff members, despite being told 2 months before on the phone when I called internationally that my notes would be paid attention to. On the contrary, when I arrived, it was like a surprise. Nobody knew anything about the booking and the notes were nowhere to be seen, and I was told every single room in the hotel was already booked. Later, when I went to check the room, I found it smaller than the one I had paid for. After talking to multiple staff members, they seemed to find out then and there that they could in fact access my notes. Despite accessing them, they asked me to summarise what the notes said (as if they didn't understand English). I told them to read the notes because it's all written there. I then overheard staff members telling asking each other why they had given me the wrong kind of room, and one staff member asking the other "why didn't you check?" to which he answered "I don't know" and then was told "you should have checked". I also heard them saying they had incorrectly given me a "single". I also couldn't help but notice that there were actually many vacant rooms - not that the hotel was totally booked. Later on, a higher ranking staff member gave me "his word" that the correct arrangements would be made, and asked me for any special requests to make it up to me. I told him I just needed a good room and told him to forget about everything the notes said. I informed him that the whole process of booking in advance and checking in early, many hours before my wedding, was to avoid issues. He promised he would make sure to arrange for everything as needed. Later on that night, after the wedding, I was happy to see that was indeed done. We were given a gift in the hotel room and we were given a better room, which we liked, and would like to book again - if only it had a bidet sprayer (shattafa) rather than the seated bidet. Other than that, we had trouble connecting to the tv via the casting service. It kept disconnecting randomly and lagging. Finally, the digital indicator below the TV was quite bright at night, and we had to cover it with a towel. For the breakfast buffet, a greater variety of items would be appreciated. The swimming pool is rather small. For some service matters when we first got to the room, we had to call multiple times or go down to the reception desk to make sure the matter is dealt with (such as there being only 1 towel instead of 2 for us couple, or having only 1 pair of slippers, 1 toothbrush set, etc. Speaking of the toothbrush set, the refill only gave us one instead of 2, although we had requested a second one (they cleaned up 2 and gave us 1 back).

Very slow services, wasting my time and the family time. We booked 3 rooms, they were not ready at check-in time, we went to get breakfast down in the boulevard area to give them time to prepare the rooms, but when we came back it weren't ready yet, we had to wait more than two hours before we can have the rooms. We call asked for the rooms service to clean the toilet, we had to wait almost an hour and still not arrived. 🥱😏

The fanciest and luxury hotel in Jordan or maybe in the area 😅🤣 I loved the 50 floors at 188 meters high over Amman (the capital of Jordan), which is already on the top of the mountains! Amman Rotana is the first tower hotel in Jordan, offering 412 luxury hotel rooms and suites. All rooms boast floor-to-ceiling windows offering remarkable views of the city and are flooded with natural light. This 5-star hotel is designed in a vibrant modern style providing a combination of deluxe accommodation, diverse culinary experiences, state-of-the-art meeting and event facilities, including the Monarch Ballroom

The view is amazing, but the stay had its ups and downs. to start with, the staff were nice and super polite and professional. However.. We stayed during Eid Al Adha, and they were at full capacity, which led to a small drop on the quality that you would expect from Amman Rotana. We had a baby, and we only received the baby bed on the 3rd day of the visit because they didn’t have enough beds even though were promised with the bed on the check-in. After we complained for 3 days, they upgraded our room as an apology. After our case was known to the staff, they made sure to check on us in every occasion to make sure that we are fine and not needing anything. The breakfast was okay, nothing outstanding but not terrible, the coffee was a machine coffee and it wasn’t wow. I would rate it 6.5/10 overall, it would be a 9/9.5 if we didn’t have to complain to have the premium treatment from the beginning (as you would expect from Amman Rotana)

I have stayed at this hotel twice this year (the reason was the good location) I will start with the cons (since it’s the most significant):- - receptionist have mask face with no welcoming attitude - I planned to extend my residence for 1 more night , then I called the reception to inform them about the plan then (Mr Ahmed) “I knew later he was the reception supervisor”, he answered that you have to come to the reception now with very rude attitude as I’m staying in his bedroom. 2 hours later (before checkout time) he opened my door without any excuse and he switched on the light while I was sleeping, and he said get out because the hotel is fully booked. Then I came down to the reception to another guy and I simply renewed my booking. I wish the hotel management take this seriously. - there’s noise from the disco - the housekeeper stingy in refilling the consumables. - the restaurant waitresses are neglecting when I try to call them Pros: - Great location - clean sheets - The dine-in service is good.

Staff well very welcoming Location is very good being beside a mall for waking Furniture was ok House keeping was below average (you need to frequently to call to remind them for stuff forgotten to be supplied and replaced! With their poor sound isolation and nearby disco in the boulevard sleeping at night was mission impossible. Until 1-2 am. Seems to be a problem during the whole summer as per their staff Breakfast food presentation was good but the quality was poor

Stayed there for a week during a business trip in the summer of 2022. This review is in comparison to other Rotana hotels in the Middle East. Location: it is in the heart of Amman, with easy access to multiple shopping outlets, a mall, and a variety of restaurants. Historic sites are around 10-15 minutes away with a car. The building is one of the tallest in Amman with a great Amman panoramic view from higher levels in the hotel. Service: The hotel is often busy in the summer, and we often had to wait in line at the reception. Staff are professional, helpful, and offered us great service as expected. We felt welcomed there and the staff was able to look after all our needs. Room: We booked a suite, which was sepacious had had a great panoramic view. Bathroom was big, with a big bathtube, similar to other Rotana hotels. The electrical outlets in the room were universal. Unfortunately though, despite it being a new building rooms were not in a good condition. Compared to other Rotana hotels, the rooms were worn-out and seems little to no maintenance was taking place. Electrical outlets were not functioning well. Either the outlet is torn or damaged that when inserting appliances the adaptor cannot go it all the way leaving it unstable. Nonetheless, appliances did not always work, and had to check on my electronics from time to time to ensure they are charging. Furniture was clearly not in its best condition as well. Bed cover was torn from the inside, and the bed mattress was extreemly firm and uncomfortable. It was a first time to see such mattress in a hotel room. There was no pillow selection option. Pillows were somewhat acceptable. The carpets were stained as well. There were also clear damages to the wooden floor and glass door between the bedroom and living room. Housekeeping were professional and helpful, though we had to call them in to clean the room. Eventhough the overall design is similar to other Rotana hotels, if felt like the final touch of Rotana was missing. Room service was not bad, though would've expected a better experience. The cart was broken and unstable. The breakfast at the 360 restaurant was great. A good variety of continental breakfast with tasty local dishes. However, at times some of the cold foods like cheeses and cold meets did not look freshly cut. Service at the restaurant was great, of the team members were very helpful going above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. The restaurant though was always busy, especially after 9am. C

Horrible stay.. toilets are dirty, bed sheets have stains. And they wont even apologize for it. There is too much noise of partying late at night. I will never even consider staying here again. Way bellow expectation.

Hotel staff were so kind and warm, always put a smile on my face. It was my husband’s birthday when we arrived the first night, the hotel upgraded our room and gave us a little surprise by offering a complimentary chocolate cake, it was amazingly delicious! They sure made us feel welcome! There’s no doubt I’d stay at Rotana if I ever visit Jordan again!

Do the breakfast buffet or live with regret. Beautiful. The location worked for us, I don't know if the location is good or not. Other than location, this place is perfect - people, rooms, food.

The stay at Amman Rotana was phenomenal, you enjoy every minute at the hotel, the staff are super helpful and friendly. The room is excellent, super clean, and modern. The food is great. One more time at amman should be only in Rotana Two comments only: 1. Delivery can’t deliver to the room neither hotel workers, as the hotel policy states. I suggest to ask the guest if there are any expected deliveries during the stay, then to leave a deposit and when the delivery man arrives call the guest confirm the price and use the deposit or part of it then deliver the food/things to the room 2. The bread section is relatively far away from other sections in the 360 res. At breakfast. would be great to have them closer to each other

Everything was amazing but At the last day when we lift the hotel we noticed missing money from our car, israeli money, and the only people who drove our car beside us those who work at the car parking service at the hotel. We are so angry and disappointed in this hotel. We are so sure that it was stolen from our car. The money were in the car and we locked them with a key, they even opened the lock and locked for money!!!!!
