    A month ago I came to this McDonald’s on my break. I placed the order through the app and waited curbside. I waited 30 minutes for old/cold food. I could barely bite into the nuggets and the other food looked like it had been sitting under a light for days. I’m not even exaggerating the food was not edible, I called the store and was told by a “manager” that it wasn’t their job to refund me for the order. So I stated “but it is your job to give your paying customers good quality food is it not?” Of course they didn’t fix the issue so I contacted corporate requesting a refund because the food wasn’t edible and I was over going back & forth with the “manager” over the phone. I was told a case was opened and I would hear back from the actual store manager within 24-48 business hours to discuss the issue and receive a refund… again it’s been a month and I have yet to receive a call or my refund. But don’t worry cause I’ll never give them my money every again.

    Ordered a cheeseburger happy meal. The cheeseburger was missing the burger patty. Therefore I did not get a cheeseburger… or happiness for that matter. One star for you.

    The drive thru is slow as molasses and the people barely acknowledge you just hand your food and shut the window. The food is slapped together without any care at all. I gave it a 4⭐ rating only because of the convenience of the location.

    Place is really going down hill. If you order curbside through the app it takes them forever to bring your order out when you could have gone through the drive through three times over.

    Food is always hot n fresh. But most times service is super slow even if there is no line. Update 5/19: Changing ALL of the stars from 3's & 4's to 1's!! Should be negatives!! Service was AWFUL!! I ordered curbside because drive thru had 6 cars in line. There was only 1 other car waiting for curbside. We watched the 6 drive thru cars get served and at least 5 more vehicles get served!! By this time FIFTEEN MINUTES had passed!! Went inside to speak to manager and he asked the crew if curbside was backed up then told me that the other curbside order was large so it held up my order. If that was the case then NONE of the drive thru orders nor any inside orders should have gone out. We ordered 2 sundaes, an oreo mcflurry and a medium fry. The manager fixed my fries saying he was "giving" me a large fry for my wait. But to add insult to injury, the 2 sundaes were less than half full with a splash of caramel sauce. Asked the young lady why and she gave some dumb answer as to being able to get the spoon to the bottom of the cup. I had to leave before I would've started cussing at the ridiculousness. I had my bf go back inside to handle it. PITIFUL!!

    As good as you can expect from fast food service. But nobody was rude. The time was a reasonable. No complaints. However, nothing was exceptional either. That's the reason they're getting four stars and not five. They get a full for being a step above par most fast food places have terrible food and service. They were at least par on every level or better. So for that four stars and thank you

    Purchased a medium mocha frappe from here this morning and oddly enough I kept finding pieces of plastic in my mouth. Poured the rest out to find more and I can only imagine how much I swallowed. Disgusted and don't have a clue how so much was in my drink. I've never had this happen before and never had an issue with this location since I started coming here. I hope I don't get sick especially since I'm pregnant. I'll probably write off fast food now because of this.

    The service is always abysmally slow. Today I waited for a total of 15 minutes between getting to the speaker and being asked to wait and actually getting my food. I was the second car in line. The problem is that this particular Mcdonald's location never runs both of their ordering speakers and has accepted being a subpar McDonald's. Franchise license should be revoked. Don't eat here if you can help it.

    My food was great and I genuinely think the staff did a good job given the situation it was in. They only had three workers running drive thru, front counter, and headset, and they were running all by themselves. Did they have the best attitude? No, but I wouldn’t either on a busy Friday morning with 20+ customers and Doordashers angry at me because of something I can’t control. I could tell from the second I walked in that this was a staffing issue, and I think management needs to help their employees work efficiently

    It was comical how bad this restaurant operated..Employees arguing and cussing in front of my kids and had to go back TWICE to get food correct. The manager was present the whole time but could not control the circus act..He seemed defeated in his life decisions and has given up..clearly

    All you have to do is take a look at their customers to find out what is wrong. They are the sickest customer group I have ever seen. Each will be a patient one day.

    Big Mac combo meal for in dining. This is what I got folks. Brought my meal in a bag. Food was cold, bun was hard, establishment empty(now I know why). All this for just under 10 dollars. I will never eat or buy there again.
