I attended a trial lesson, after which I was offered a discount on a subscription, I couldn’t help but take advantage of the excellent opportunity to get my body in shape and gain flexibility, and in the future to do the splits - my little dream. Flexyton studio is sure to help me achieve my goal! The trainers are very cool and responsive, always ready to help and show how to do the exercises correctly. There are four directions in the studio, I’ve visited two so far, but more is yet to come! In the summer I signed up for a trial lesson at the flexyton studio, because... I’ve been wanting to go stretching for a long time. I came and realized that I liked everything here: attentive trainers, responsive administrators and a friendly atmosphere in general. The effect of the classes is noticeable, although I don’t go to the gym regularly. In addition to the fact that the flexibility of the body has increased, posture has improved and muscle tone has increased, which makes me happy. After training you feel light and energized!
