A landmark of Russian Island, one of the forts that is also a must-see. It’s a beautiful place, you can climb up the fort so that you get a beautiful view of Cape Tobizin. Nice place to stay

Probably one of the most accessible forts on the island in terms of location. About ten minutes walk from the highway, but there is no road, i.e. It is better to choose a dry season. The fort itself is gradually falling apart, and there is a lot of rubbish inside. It’s good that they put up signs, but the building itself needs to be put in order. You can take good panoramic photos from the fort wall.

Beautiful view! Worth a stop. But of course, wherever the crowd steps, there is garbage. You can park your car nearby, everything is within walking distance.

Wonderful place. The greatest engineers who created such a Fort, which is 100 years old and stands still. It is better to have flashlights with you when visiting.

Fort No. 11 - “Fort of Prince Svyatoslav Igorevich.” Located at an altitude of 1.2 km north of the base of Cape Tobizin. The main function is to block the New Dzhigit valley. P.S. Take care of the common heritage of generations! PICK UP YOUR GARBAGE!

The road from the Parking lot to the fort is for jeeps. you can drive straight to it) well, it’s a bit of a walk, in the spring everything is dry in the wormwood, so-so, you need to choose a more picturesque time

Beautiful view. Accessibility from the main road. More or less clean. The downside is that it is very overgrown and difficult to inspect inside. It is a pity that such an interesting object is not used as a museum.

I was very impressed by the size of the Fort and the quality of the construction. They knew how to build! The attitude of people towards historical monuments, and indeed towards nature in general, bottles, cans, garbage is appalling. Is it really difficult to take away what you brought with you?

A must visit for lovers of historical sites. It’s not far from the asphalt, along a stone road, there is an opportunity to climb inside, but you need good flashlights. You can walk through the forest and, if desired, go to the beaches

One of the most easily accessible forts. 10 minutes walk from the asphalt road. Although in itself it is not as interesting as other forts on the island, I think. The view from here is not the best, from forts 10 and 9 it will be more beautiful :) but going to fort 11 is closer.
