A club member card is issued. It is accessible to all halls and the swimming pool. There is no time limit for training. The opening hours are from 7:00 to 22:00 on weekdays and from 8:00 to 21:00 on weekends, which is very convenient for visiting. When purchasing a subscription, the manager (leader) of the club, Anna, walked through all the halls, explained and told everything in great detail. For which special thanks to her. I mostly go to the pool. I will describe it. At the reception you will be given a key to the cabin, built into an elastic bracelet. In the men's locker room, in addition to booths, there are scales, a TV, a clothes dryer after the pool, a bathroom, and a cooler. There are hair dryers available. After the locker room, sauna, shower. Next is a swimming pool, 23 m long. Four lanes. Lane 1 is bordered by a jacuzzi, families with children swim on it. There is a separate bowl for children. Water aerobics classes and the like are held periodically. In the pool itself there is a shower, a good hammam, and at the exit to the locker room, as I already mentioned, there is a sauna. The water deserves a special mention; it is salty, and the smell of bleach is practically not felt. There are peak times, and there are times when the pool is almost empty. Using an empirical method, you can select a convenient schedule with a minimum number of swimmers. Overall, I rate the fitness club excellent. I recommend.

The cost of a club card, compared to similar clubs in Novosibirsk, is high. The promised service is at a low level. In fact, towels are not provided, there is nowhere to hang outerwear, there are not enough exercise equipment, the room smells like mountain cakes, the hammam does not always work (Under renovation), there are no bags. The extractor hood in the shower does not work and there is periodically no soap. During group classes, people lie in two tiers. Etc.

The first time when I arrived, no one greeted me or explained anything, only one volunteered to help. The instructors at the pool are friendlier. About the pool. The situation in the pool is very annoying - why do women 60+ go there?! Chat while swimming in the pool?! Also, unfortunately, they don’t take a shower after the hammam and go back into the water. Someone stubbornly either makes masks or exfoliates in the bathhouse... Yes, this is all written in the contract, but who reads it?! It seems to me that it is better to explain this right away when purchasing a subscription. The instructors would once again not offer their services, but would repeat the rules of being in such a place. There are also women who generally swim with makeup and no one makes any comments to them. This is very sad. The water temperature in the pool is normal. It's only cold there if you don't move. Keep in mind. Sometimes I even feel hot. Hammam - as you get there, but sometimes it’s cool and smells bad, I don’t know why.

I'm just starting to come here as a club member. Previously, I visited no more than three times a month using a Classboom subscription. Group training here is great! It was because of them that I wanted a subscription here. BUT... There are really a lot of people here, which does not correspond to premium status! In order to study comfortably (in groups of 3-10 people), classes are offered for an additional fee! This is despite the fact that subscriptions are not cheap anyway, and the club positions itself as a premium one (whose ratio of people per square meter should be no more than 0.7-0.8, so for group - and not only - it would be the same comfortable). There is a lot of imposition of any paid services. Starting with a gift visit to the doctor for fitness testing, where it is proposed to make a body composition and nutrition plan, and then during introductory personal training - suggestions from trainers. Massages are also available without any special conditions for club members. Well, the above-mentioned classes are available for an additional fee. The administrators at the reception had not heard at all about the standards of work in the service sector, much less about the premium sector. They don’t smile, they answer questions with difficulty, and some requests, if you’re lucky, are fulfilled reluctantly - this is clearly visible. Only the guy (I think his name is Dmitry) behaves appropriately 🙂. The question is - why then the high price of subscriptions? 🤷🏽‍♀️

Not a bad club. Good selection of exercise equipment, swimming pool, sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, children's pool (t32°C). Small things spoil the impression: the handrails above the children's pool are all rusty, in the children's shower everything is overgrown with stones and rust, as if they were not cleaned there at all, although this is not the case, they are washed regularly. The booths are terribly narrow, of course in the summer, when you come with sneakers and a spare T-shirt, this is not critical, but in the winter, when 150 blouses need to be taken off and there is simply nowhere to put them, the width of the booth becomes a problem. But this is not a problem in itself, but the fact that there are 4 seats per row of booths (for 20 people). Once, having met three neighbors in a row of booths, I just had to wait until they all left, because I didn’t really want to push, and otherwise it was physically impossible to squeeze in. In addition, in the women's locker room there is a place where the inflow blows directly into your head and it is impossible to hide from it. I try to change clothes on the side, especially after the pool. Of course, there are more advantages, but.. ... there is always a but, so you can’t count on the ideal, just like warm water with the declared temperature in an adult pool 😜 But I still want to note the work of professionals. All are young, ambitious, interesting, passionate about their work. Both in the hall and in the pool. Polite and efficient at the reception. Cheerful and kind, professionals at children's showers in the playroom and children's activities. So we are happy, despite all the inconveniences. We’ll add a fifth star when the booths become wider 😁 as in the advertising brochures.

The pool is not open for a month out of the year, and the hammam is even more so. The shower taps are broken, the floors are dirty, the wringer is more often broken than it works. The fraudster Natalya Petrovna Krylova worked in the team; she collected money directly in the director’s office, printed contracts with the official seal, and the administration then demanded repayment. There was no apology or anything civilized. If you want, sue, the lady said, without even introducing herself on the phone...

A good fitness club for Novosibirsk. Well worth the money invested. Pros: in addition to the gym, there is a swimming pool with a sauna and hammam. Issue of towels at the reception. Cons: the repair of the men's toilet has been going on for more than a month (!), one of the showers has been going on for three months, soap dispensers are not always filled.
