An interesting way of food service - it was served in pans by an automated delivery system. Every food item was marked by place number and table number. We ordered food via an application which was available on the tablet. The only thing was confusing for us - we didn't understand that we should take a card, connected to our place. The service was quick, the food was tasty.

Cool restaurant, very reasonable prices, the food was good. Of course, we sat in the restaurant for the experience of the food coming down a rail from a height. Considering the wait outside in line was a bit long for us, it was really worth the experience. We enjoyed it.

in the beginning my daughter had to convince me to give it a try 😉 in the end it was a very nice surprise and a special dinner 🤓 the service is good and very nice (there is no waiter 😉 or waitress) .. it’s very easy to order food via the tablet and everything is coming very quick and directly to your table via the food elevator.. it was very funny and a new way to eat.. the food itself was very delicious even if there could be more on the card.. let surprise you it makes the visit in Europapark more special
