Okay customer service wow. Your clients are packing their shopping bags while you stand and dance with other cashiers watching customers do the work... So just curious why do you have people designated to packing the groceries of your customers when they are having conversations dancing and not packing? Not the first time experiencing this service. Otger time your clients get ignore so staff at tills can finish their conversations and attitudes, didnt know us shopping their was a privilege and that your staff is doing us such a favour by letting us spend our money at your store.

This is a great grocery store.. They have a MEDI+RITE pharmacy for you medical needs.. There's is a money market wich is also quite convenient.. They have a very wide variety of products and goods.. More than your usual Checkers would.. I would definitely recommend stopping here if you need to stock up.. All and all 8/10..

Bought Lancewood cultured full cream buttermilk this week and it has expired yet the date says use by 23 Nov 2021. It's not the first time this happens... had a bad experience with some yogurt also... so it's a zero from me

Checkers hyper does Rustenburg proud...If you enter the enterprise....U will never say one is in Rustenburg.....it's like you in Joburg.....or any huuuuge city u can think of in our country....Soooo neat and brite....it's just a super wonderful delight to shop here.....Everything is found under one roof for our convenience.....prices are also pretty decent....Love the atmosphere totally....visit em now...

Very nicely laid out, professional and friendly. Definitely was a good shopping experience. I urge management to please do something about the fly problem by the cooked food section. Other than that, I'm extremely impressed. Well Done.

Would just like to say thank you for the quick and excellent response from the fresh food manager to a rotten piece of meat that was bought there, I know it can happen at any store. We were refunded and reimbursed with a perfect piece of meat. 5 stars are to little to explain our experience. You exceeded my expectations.

Good shopping experience, lots of parking assistants,the shop itself is clean,well laid out with lots of options to choose from in groceries. In over 6 years of shopping i have forgotten items in about 2 occasions and i was assisted to retrieve them without hassles. It can be very busy especially around month end but the service is acceptable and the queue waiting times are not excessive.

Thank you to the whole Checkers team, since opening the store you have brought Rustenburg a much needed retail service. We appreciate your well stocked shelves and efficient and helpful staff. Long May it continue.

Piece of advice with regards to parking space, it's best to do your shopping early in the morning especially on weekends

Long, slow queues! Unfriendly staff. It seems cashiers are slow on purpose. Worst experience. Screw my ebucks, I'm not returning to this store

Used the 60 60 app to purchase not all items was delivered when I phoned the staff was rude and refused to deliver my item they were consistent that I pick it up and I do not own a vehicle thus the reason I'm using the app, they refused to solve my issue and dropped the phone in my ear. I phoned back twice to speak to management where no one is answering the phone 😕 super disappointed will rather shop at pick and pay from now on

Two cashiers working at main tills, express tills closed. Long trolly queues as a result. Staff in little groups chatting. Finally someone asks why there is no one at the express till, turns out the cashier who was watching everyone going to express tills and and turning around to go stand in long queues, was just at another till chatting up a storm. I exclaim "what!" and join the queue. When I get to till, she scans my items angrily and roughly. After the third item fell hard on the floor, I confront her and tell her she's being extremely rude and inappropriate. And I also confront her about her obvious prejudice. She watched black customers go to tills and enquire and everyone kept quiet. One white man asks, and suddenly, they are running back to their tills. More come out of the woodworks when their fellow colleagues ask them to process their purchases. It's annoying and unnecessary that a trip to get some drinks and snacks turns into confrontations and annoyance. Yuck. Do better.

I am very angry and dissappointed in Checkers hyper money market,I sent money to Lesotho on the 5th September,the money was not received at Lesotho because they say the system shows that the money was collected,I went back to Checkers hyper rustenburg to check who collected the money and where but i dd not get help..i am not happy at all and this is fraud,I need answers and i need my money

Very poor service, not on trained employee. The delivery never arrived but they took my money. Every time the butchery has a smell and 4times i got sick of the meat. Please close the place or get new management.

Once again standing in queues down the aisles in checkers as they have 5 tills open out of 30.... On month end!!!! This is why we generally avoid this shop...

I want to give a HUGE shout out to Checkers Hyper Rustenburg for their sixty 60 delivery drivers, dressed as Santas. And then waving and hooting when driving by them, greeting my kids. It made my children's day, believing that their presents are on their way 😁😁 well done 🎁🎅🎄🎉

Queues were very long. About 12 tills open out of about 35. Took almost an hour just to pay. Can't more tills be opend during this busy period? My feet even hurt.
