I am not quite sure how this hotel qualifies as 4star. People calling this hotel great must have zero experience with hotels. This is an Ethiopian Airlines transit hotel and I must say it is a huge dump!! Extremely dirty and disgusting!! I changed 3 rooms and the were all the same. Dirty, dingy, frayed towels. Dead roaches. No safety latches...just broken off the door frame and no one bothered to replace it. I had to jam my door with furniture from the inside as an added safety measure. Lights in all rooms flickered eerily the entire time. Bedding dingy, stained and dirty Wifi did not make it to inside the room so I had to sit at room door to use my device There is so much to say but I will make it a priority to not ever be assigned this hotel on my transit.

Went as part of the layover program with Ethiopian. Dinner was horrible!!! Breakfast was better though. The room was cozy but the bathroom leaked when I'd flush the toilet. Also no hot water. Not sure how this is even a thing, the water from the pipe is ice cold!!!!!!

My rating is truly fair. The reason I stayed here for a night was because of an Ethiopian Airlines overlay. I didn't have a choice of hotel to stay in, this was an accommodation voucher. It was an unpleasant experience, and I found myself sitting in the bar testing a few local beers. This is the only reason I gave a star. The dinner that was served was four starches of choice and more starch that was a chicken noodle stir fry washed down with water. No salads or drinks (hot/cold), and the service was terrible. The pictures shared here are a true reflection of my experience...

Worst experience ever. Bedroom without ac or heating. I was there with a group of friend in transit and Ethiopian Airlines put there. We were traumatised by this experience. WORST HOTEL EVER. bed sheet are dirty, bathroom were also dirty with already used soap samples. Unsafe for women. The food was also AWFUL ! Someone try to enter in one of the room. If you are looking for an hotel RUN from this place. And if you are put in this hotel for transit RUN.

Was accommodated as part of my layover in transit by the airline. Room was on the 8th floor, very basic, no hot water despite repeated requests to get it fixed. Staff behave like they know about it, but nothing is done. Food wasn't bad, again very basic. If you have a choice, go someplace else . And it's NOT a 4 star hotel!!

Ethiopian Airline should remove this Hotel name from their list for layover stay of passengers. Really very bad experience no internet, near to expire food, washroom condition pathetic.

The overall experience of the hotel was good however I am taking 1 star off only because of the shuttle service. I can overlook the condition of the shuttle actually they are not that bad but the amount of people they filled in those shuttles!!!! See after a long 14 hour long flight I don't want to get into a tight vehicle. I suggest use same shuttle busses but leave some space for the carry on bags that passengers carry!!

Stayed overnight on Ethiopian airline transit. The rooms are just ok, will just pass for clean. The food was cold and tasteless...bread had a terrible spoilt taste, and I was forced to spit it out. The breakfast had tea and coffee with no milk.

I didn’t have a good experience. The rooms were old and the bathroom wasn’t great, no hot water and my window was open. It was pretty cold but since it was a few hours. I managed through. The food was not good. They have a lot to improve.

One night layover wasn't bad at all. I didn't have all the time to explore. At least you got the internet in your room to communicate.

Beautiful old style hotel located at 10-15 minutes from the airport. 👍The rooms are clean and spacious, the staff are really courteous 👎the restoration really needs to be reviewed, and you may run out of hot water in your room ...

This was paid by the airlines as part of the 12 hour layover. They were fast checking us in and dinner and breakfast was included. The rooms were clean and there is a hot pot in the room for tea. Water was also included. I would recommend it for a layover and the shuttle was quick to and from the airport. They did ask for tips a lot but was should be tipping some anyway.

I missed my connecting flight in Addis ✈️ on Ethiopian Airlines, and I was taken by shuttle to this hotel. The furniture seemed old and dated. There was water leaking in the bathroom and required some plumbing. I was unsure if I should have slept in the bed, so I decided not to sleep in it because I didn't trust the bed, and the sheets, and covers. I was just uncomfortable. The mattress was just foam sitting on a baseboard. I was offered dinner along with other guests who missed their flight. The food looked appetizing but was warm, not hot. I asked the waiter to reheat it in the microwave, which he did. The worst experience was when the waiter supposedly gave me bottled water, which I drank a little of it. The next morning, I was horrified to see pure dirty water in the bottle, I gagged. The waiter gave me fake bottled water, and I was scared that I was going to be sick. I showed him the water and he apologized but didn't explain why he gave me that kind of water. So be very careful with bottled water here. It might be fake!! I don't know if other guests had the same experience with their water.

Stayed here for a layover with Ethiopian Airlines. Worst hotel stay experience ever. No air-conditioning, broken washroom taps, toilet flush didn't work, no toiletries or towels provided e en after multiple reminders, pathetic food. It was simply a nightmare. Shame on Ethiopian Airlines for even thinking this hotel could be a 16 hour layover option !!!! I was extremely pissed.

A great hotel at the beginning but as year go buy, the hotel is losing his greatness.... However the staff are great and will provide you a quality service! Food is fine and the rooms are well kept and clean! You have hot water in the shower.

If you have to spend the night during airport transit, and there’s absolutely no other option, then stay here. Staff’s unprofessional and unhelpful manner particularly merits.

One of the best hotels I've been amongst all three I've been to in Ethiopia. With great accomodations, an effecent staff who are already and available to tend to their clients' needs. I loved my stay here albeit a brief one though☺️
