We came to collect information to share with colleagues about the conditions of service as there is no price on the Internet site. When at the reception we were told there is no brochure and despite a call to the manager we were not authorised to take a picture of the price list at the counter. Sad because it destroys all the efforts made to make it look like a nice place.

I had massage, the place was so clean and the massage was really good. The space is so nice, they have their own natural products. The only thing to improve is i was asking to have african wood massage which was ın their website at the end i ended up with swedish massage. Either better to delete that option from their website or make it available.

The receptionist Abay had the worst attitude when I tried to purchase a fulltime monthly membership. She explained both package deals to me then informed me they weren't available when i wanted to purchase. Made me feel stupid for even coming. Waste of time. Fire that women she's toxic and not an accurate representation of this establishment.

Super great ambience. Great smoothies. Can rate these at 6 star. But quality of the manicure and pedicures was below my expectations.

My first impressions were that the place is an Immaculate, warm and calming environment. I enjoy that they are a local brand supporting the local market and their brand. In particular, the sunscreen, which is one of the best I have ever used so far. My visit there was very pleasing. I will surely be going back to try their massages. It is pretty pricey, but a good place for your beauty needs here in Addis

The staff are very friendly. Working equipment are in good conditions. But working place of gym are very small it's hard to get fresh air. The shower room and locker room also small. The shower boxes at ladies room are only two it can't occupy as much as the average number of coustmer.

Excellent customer service, very clean gym and amazing spa. Quite and beautiful cafe to have snacks and healthy juice. They have their own sha butter cream and shower jel. I just loved the place.

We had a very good massages but over de SPA ,we had very bad experience it was very primitive not clean at all never renovated. The price is not equivalent to the service ,never do pedicure manicure they are not educated for , have never been badly treated ever in Ehiopia before, at the counter very an polite. We miss respect and friendly service.

I just visited Tilla in the morning & was impressed with the architecture of the building. I also liked the friendly staff that showed me around. On the down side I think the space for the gym is a bit cozy and needs to be worked on. 👌👌👌

A reasonable size gym catering for the fitness lover with cardio equipment and a smaller section for the serious body builder. Has weight machines and free weights. Has one or two smaller rooms for dancing, aerobics, karate type activities.

3rd floor. Medium sized rooms for dancing and aerobic courses. Gym room has more space for steppers and cardio machines than for functional training or weights.

Average service

I was quite disappointed by the inflexibility of Tilla Management. I had come to do a massage with my son. I was told that my son could not be in the massage room with me. This is a common practice in spa facilities elsewhere. Despite my son being young and my consent to have him join me I was not given any valid rationale for him not being able to be in the room other than “it is the rule.” Alas, Tilla is a non child friendly establishment.

This place is so beautiful, serene, and the massage I got was incredible!

Clean and private, but steam room is a bit too small, swedish massage was good, Cafe+ restaurant serving healtty foods. Good quality shampoo and conditioner provided which is rare here in Addis. Over all a pleasant experience.

Best massage I've had in a long time! Very good mani / Pedi too from friendly, well trained staff. Nice little cafe - looked like the food was very fresh and nice and healthy. Look forward to coming back another time to try the yoga! A great find in Addis.

They have Friendly staff,good location,good assistants. But some equipments are not well functioning. Old and poor quality equipments. They sale fake honey product full of sugar.

If you’re into the most hyped about Gym in town, to mingle with the powerful, expats and trendy people there it is. There is a long waiting list to be a member. You can however enjoy their pricey snacks and juices with no waiting line as they also serve the general public. Ample parking space as long as it’s not gym rush hours.

I had an amazing experience at Tilla! I went for waxing and I was pleasantly surprised with the service. Chacha, my attendant, made me feel very welcome. The place smelled really nice and was clean. I didn’t have to wait around and even if I did I noticed there was a juicebar/cafe downstairs where you can grab a bite. Nice atmosphere, will be going back inshaAllah! Also, everyone was good with English, which was a plus.
