This place is beautiful and clean. It's rarely one would see ANY place with such upkeep and professionalism. Starts with calling them ahead to get your records and list you in the queue so you could save time. Their equipments are modern and their staff friendly. They go out of their way to handle kids too. Not cheap but worth every penny.

I went to the Dr embet Dental clinic for a dental exam. The clinic is attractive and clean. Most of staff members are respectful and nice while some of them are rude.The cost is very expensive compared to the service they are providing. Over crowded and long waiting time. Coming to the treatment, some of the dental hygienist or the Dentists lack experience and patient care. The Dentist who examined me didn’t spend 15 seconds to do my exam. He didn’t spend adequate time to exam my teeth and gums properly. Not asking me if I have pain or any problems. When they performed X rays, the don’t provide you a protection at all. After the x ray, I needed to have filling on my 3 teeth and they did the filling. After 2 hours 2 of the fillings comes off and my gum was exposed for infection. I called their office but I was told to pay again to do the procedure. What a rip-off. I went abroad and saw a dentist and needed a root canal. I was treated properly and my teeth and gum became healthy. After all my experience with Dr Emebet dental clinic, it’s not a place where you can get a very good exam. I would not recommend the Dental clinic to anyone who’s reading this comment.

I was looking for a good Dental clinic in Addis but based on the reviews I read and previous comments n experiences of others, it impacted my decision to come or not to your clinic. The waiting time, diaspora focused n price… Any ways keeping the best qualities, give due attention to customer complaints n concerns for best dental care service to all.

The place is clean, however service is terrible. The nurses don’t follow proper service queue, they give priority to those who they know or their previous customers. New customers get low care and quality service. My first and last visit to the clinic.

Excellent place to go take care of your teeth in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The whole team is very professional while Examining and also providing solution. Humble and caring professionals. They made your stay feel like home.

The clinic is very clean, well ventilated, and has a nice look to it. The customer service was good but it could be better. There is a little chaos at the registrar. You might wait for hours b.c it is not first come first serve policy, i don't know why. The doctors are qualified. But it is very expensive for most Ethiopians and I'm sure they know it. They may use Europe standard instruments but if they are aimed to serve Ethiopians, they should make it somewhat affordable. In my opinion, they can ask a higher price for non-Ethiopians b.c they can better afford it. I went there after watching Dr. Emebet's interview on YouTube. What she has done for her employees and for this country in general is admirable. And she would even contribute more if she could make it more affordable while maintaining the quality. Once a year for free is also a very patriotic thing she is doing, we have to give credit where credit is due b.c it will help many in need but one has to wait long time to get that and there may be a long waiting line...i wouldn't want to clog the waiting line even more b.c i want to l Pay for the services if only they were affordable and have taken into account the living condition of most Ethiopians. Dental clinics are expensive everywhere i know but nobody should get bankrupt just to get a descent health care in general.

She is so kind and best professional with her work . I remembered when I was 10 you took me to her old clinic to fix my very painful jaw tooth even if I was scared of anesthesia and the procedure but felt good when I saw her beautiful face she was treated me like my mam and pain gone forever . Is she still beautiful like she was before ? Hope she will ever be ..... She deserve more than 5 star

It’s clean and have good equipment but they have weak customer service! The doctor her self does not show up on time I wait for about 3 hours ! and they finally send me to other doctor!
