The hospital has good customer service and clean environment but the price in their pharmacy is well expensive. I recommend the management team to review their price to be affordable by the community.. or I suggest to the hospital visitors to use other pharmacist walking distance from the hospital you can get everything with the fair price.

This is one of the best hospitals in Ethiopia and I do appreciate D. Aklilu for his professional integrity & patient care , especially incase of emergencies their response is admirable. I was surprised that such hospital exists in Addis. Despite having such an excellent service you wont see them much doing promotions. They give more value to your life more than anything unlike most other hospitals

It is avarge health care providers. The staff was very nice. The doctors schedule is a mess. The doctors don't keep the schedules they tell you at the reception. Other than that, everything else was OK

Would not recommend this place. They ordered a colonoscopy which required three days of preparation only to then tell us they couldn’t do the colonoscopy because the power went out and their generator couldn’t power the machine. This, after three days of bowl cleansing and detox. They had us wait for hours, exhausted, and said 🤷🏽‍♀️they couldn’t do anything about it. Their laboratory was even more disappointing…too many false positives. I shudder to think about how catastrophic their diagnosis would have been had we not decided to get a second and third opinion.

We have been very pleased with this hospital in all aspects. This hospital met more than my expectations to start with a customer service officers to all the hospital stuff have been treated with my mom with do much compassion and care. We e have been appreciating all the cleanliness of the hospital and yet our room is cleaned up to three times a day. Thank you so much for taken care do whatever it takes to care for her. And if there is unfortunate events that can make you end up in a hospital I highly recommend Yanet specialized medical center.
