Amazing Hotel. Its quiet, great location, great amenities. But most importantly, all 3 of the front of house staff we met while there for 4 days were all lovely. They were so helpful, spoke great English and were happy. The room was great, biggest and most comfortable bed I've ever slept in plus a balcony (this was room 220) Cannot recommend this place enough

This place is fantastic - beautiful, clean and aesthetic. Staff are friendly, speak English and are welcoming. Having managed a hotel myself, I can honestly say that these guys do a great job and deserve 5 stars.

Hotel is really cute and surrounded by the residence buildings. located in a nice friendly local neighborhood. Definitely stay here again. The staffs are really friendly and helpful. They even let us pack our breakfast for early fight to catch.

I was happy to spend my birthday weekend here. The hotel is well located, decor of the rooms is great and nothing was broken, cleaning service is perfect. Breakfast is also tasty with a good choice of cheese. Will definitely come back :)

I've tried a few places in the area and this is the best hotel in Clichy by far. Great staff, awesome bar and garden for an afternoon chill. The room was perfect as well. Totally recommend. Can't wait for my next stay !

Here is a hotel that pushes the bar higher than ever vs. a standard Parisian hotel. From the check-in experience to spaciousness of its rooms, from the amenities to its flavorful coffee served alongside delicious food offerings in breakfast, this was truly the best stays that we have had in Paris by far. We didn’t get to try other facilities as we only stayed for one night but I am sure they wouldn’t disappoint either.

Service and workers are disrespectful. As a guest you want to feel welcomed. Wouldn’t stay again. Checked out after 2 days even though i intended on staying longer. Wouldn’t recommend but by all means. The man on night shift is disrespectful. His name is Karem. Karem needs to find happiness. You never know who is staying at your hotel. Be respectful

Very good hotel, the rooms are clean with a desecent bathroom. The service was very good. Didn't have the breakfast, but it did look good. The Hotel is in a calm part of paris and close to a metrostation , so you can get around the city easily and quick.

The hotel is modern and well designed, it’s situated in a quiet street so be rest assured of a good night sleep. Staff are the friendliest I’ve encountered . A video of my comprehensive review is out on my YouTube channel France-aholic

Everyone was so accommodating & friendly. Very nice hotel, cozy rooms & the continental breakfast was fab. Close to the metro - so easy to navigate through the city. As well as nice cafes and bakeries in the neighborhood. Would highly recommend to anyone. :)

A very pleasant hotel, nice staff who speak perfect English, comfortable rooms and beds, cute rooftop and garden. In the evenings you can purchase a bottle of wine in the hotel's bar and enjoy it in the garden. Breakfast had a lot of options and was delicious. Great location. Minus one star because sometimes they didn't have hot water when taking a shower.

I had a nice experience in this hotel. The staff were absolutely friendly, caring and respectful. The room was clean, quiet and included good quality furniture. I only had 2 issues there: 1. The double bed was queen size which was not mentioned anywhere during reservation. 2. The quality and the variety of the breakfast was lower than average for a 4-star hotel.

The staff was super friendly. The hotel is walking distance to the metro. (a bit on the outskirts of the paris circle but better, bigger rooms than what you get for dt paris) There's the best little pastry shop by the corner. You can grab your fresh morning pastries and come to the hotels outdoor terrace to enjoy!

The company will not allow me to change the dates of my booking and have taken £300 which I can not get back as I was unable to fly because of family behreavement. I was due to take my little girl to Disneyland for Christmas and not only was the whole thing devastating having to tell her we could not go while suffereing with a loss of a relative, the hotel staff lack empathy and compassion and will not move my dates to January. I will never book with this company again. Absolutely awful to take £300 off a single mum before Christmas and not offer a kind gesture to change the dates of my stay when it would not affect them in the slightest

Very pleasant staff, helpful too. Excellent English for those who don't speak French. Very clean. Lack of coffee , tea, and milk in the room and in the guest lounge. I had to keep asking for more.

We stayed here for 4 nights. It’s right outside of Paris. Zone 2 of the transit system so it’s not hard to get into the city. The hotel itself was pleasant. They rooms are a wee bit small but we were there just for the evenings to sleep. The breakfast is incredible and the staff are welcoming and kind. Clean room. ** If you’re booking a queen bed, let them know that you don’t want 2 twin beds joined together to avoid any surprises upon arrival.

Lovely modern hotel. Brilliant staff who were super friendly and made our stay even more special. Thank you to the team at L’imprimeire!! Clean and spacious room. Close to metro and shops. Great for sightseeing. Nice private surrounds set away from the road - bar, lounge and roof terrace. 5 star stay! If you are traveling to Paris this is the place to stay.

I normally forget to write the positive reviews, but I could not forget the amazing customer service I received from all the staff here. A special thanks to Dissa who was super friendly and attentive but also went the extra mile to tend to my every need !

We had a mixed experience here. The rooms were were cleaned, staffs speak english and were friendly. However, the experience was marred by the absolutely terrible wifi - we could hardly browse a webpage with the connection, and when we complained not much could be done. Also, our room had to be changed because the water drain in the bathroom was malfunctioning which made water leak into the room. The room we moved to didn't have this problem but wasn't well illuminated and the Air Condition was not functioning

This was an awesome, reasonably-priced hotel in Clichy. Getting to sights around Paris was about a 15-20 minute subway or Uber ride. It was very quiet at night, even though the bar and patio was a neighborhood gathering spot. ALL of the staff were EXTRA extra friendly (night & day). Every time you walked by, they greeted you and ask if you needed anything. They all spoke English very well. My flight had arrived early in the morning, so I arrived at the hotel at about 7am. {check-in is at 2pm} So there was no room available for me when I arrived, luckily I had family/friend who had arrived the day before. I went to their room and hung out in the lobby. They had a room available for me by 10:30am.. I was GRATEFUL!! The hotel was clean from top to bottom, on every floor and the elevator. The rooms had a decent, functional set-up. The WiFi was excellent. If you are thinking booking this hotel, I would Highly recommend it! Close to the subway around the block, along with bakeries, restaurants, a grocery store and even McDonalds. The bed was comfortable. A/C The only thing I wish the room had was a fridge and an iron/ironing board, but I learned to live without it.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The hotel was very accommodating to our changes and requests. It is a very modern, clean and chic hotel that is close to the train station, grocery stores and restaurants. All the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend!

In my case the cleaning was more than bad. In the first room the water didn't flow away in the wash bin but ugly mud came out of the overflow (see pictures). The staff's problem management was not bad, after getting another room I had the same problem with the shower but more disgusting. A whole bunch of mud & hairs came out of the drain (again: see pictures). The staff promised to give me some reparations next morning, but unfortunately nothing happened. They didn´t even ask about my stay... very unprofessional..... the breakfast was not too extensive - no eggs at all (neither scrambled nor sunny side up nor something else ...)

I had a lovely stay here! The location is perfect and quiet, the hotel is amazing with clean rooms and comfy beds. I also loved the tea selection. Definitely recommend.

Great staff, very good breakfast, the butter is my favorite and the french baguette was delicious. Only I missed at breakfast was water instead of fresh juice. Not everybody likes to start day with sweet juices. Room was very clean, hotel is close to the metro station, very quiet rooms, we slept very well.

This place was simply amazing. The room: Tasteful decor, perfect storage for clothes, and a spacious bathroom. My room was on the second floor so I got my own balcony. I was also only a few steps away from the rooftop terrace, which is the best spot for reflecting on whatever wonderful Parisian adventure you got into that day. The breakfast: Worth it if you book it with your room online but if you have good brunch spot bookmarked in the city then you can skip it. Staff were always polite and some staff were more pleasant than others. Food itself was a good variety: croissants, yogurts, bread, cheese, cereal, hot food (sausage, bacon, hash browns), pastries, fruit, and you can get fresh waffles and eggs to order. Get a good seat with a view of the courtyard and settle in for a hearty meal. The location: Super close to the train. Not really even 1 block because you just walk around the corner (Tip: do yourself a favor and buy fresh bread from the bakery on your way to the train. The smell will pull you in and one must not resist fresh bread while in fresh bread country). In addition, there are two supermarkets right at the corner with everything you need just in case you blew all your money from shopping in Le Marais the day before and you need to improvise a budget supper. Also ample restaurants around the hotel in case you don't want to venture out to the city for a day. Overall a quiet area. We were surrounded by apartment buildings but I never heard a peep from outside. The hotel: Beautiful space. Outdoor patio was inviting and spacious. Check-in was quick and reception staff in general were very helpful during my week-long stay. Also coffee and tea were always available in the lobby which was a plus. Thank you for helping make my vacation an unforgettable one, L'imprimerie!

Loooovely hotel not far from the city centre. L'Imprimerie Hotel is situated in Zone 3 so if you're travelling around Paris on public transport and aren't going to venture further out, a Zone 1-3 Mobilis travel ticket is perfect which can be purchased from any Metro station. Everything from entering the hotel to leaving was perfect and the little touches made it even better such as being able to borrow their umbrellas and the free tea, coffee and Wifi in the lobby area. Everything was pristine and new and felt like I was the first person to stay there. I was in Room 15 which was situated on the ground floor. It was a twin ensuite and was equipped with a Samsung TV (perfect for casting) and all the regular amenities. The have all the latest facilities and all the good branded shower gels/shampoos which gave it a luxurious feel. The lobby area is a chic little spot perfect for relaxing and the hotel is happy for you to do so if you've got time to wait before/after checking in/out the room. The staff are so helpful and made me feel right at home. As it was a short stay, I didn't get to use the gym or sauna facilities and it was raining so didn't go to the garden area but these are all accessible and ready and waiting for guests to use. They were empty during my stay which is perfect for introverted people. Really enjoyed my short stay here, I would highly recommend.

Excellent hotel! Staff are all very welcoming and professional. When there was an issue with our room they fixed it promptly and offered us another larger option, due to the inconvenience. Facilities in the lobby are great for working and the garden is perfect for a break to sit out in the sun. It’s our second time staying here and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good value hotel in the area.
