My friends and I enjoyed a meal here and I would highly recommend it. The service was friendly and the dishes came out in a timely manner and were well cooked and flavorful. I started with the tomato gazpacho soup with mozzarella and then had the sea bream. The fish was served with a delicious curry sauce. For dessert I tried the floating island which was also very tasty!

Lovely little spot just steps from the Luxembourg Gardens. Gourmet food at good prices. We had the fluke and the lamb, both fantastic. My wife said her Floating Island dessert was the best dessert she has ever had! Good service although we did wait a very long time for our check to arrive, but that is really the French way-- we Americans are always way too much in a rush! Highly recommended.

We had a lovely dinner the other night and everything was delicious! This is a wonderful fixed-price me or which I consider to be very affordable Everything about the experience was nice, including their lovely wine list If you're looking for a gourmet experience that will not break your bank this is the place to go! I had the foie gras, the bass wrapped it up with the pear clafoudie. We were there for about 3 hours and everything was what you would expect

Enjoyed the jam on my foie gras appetizer and I would definitely get the chicken - juicy and flavorful like the one NoMad NYC was famous for (I’m assuming they sous-vide and seared it). The polenta fries it came with were also fun, crispy and tasty. Hazelnut creme brulee is a safe choice, and if you’re sensitive to alcoholic flavors I would advise against getting the pineapple parfait (still good though).

Absolutely happy with the lamb pastry as well as the desserts. The steak is not recommended.

It was a very nice lunch in the heart of Paris. We were aloud with our dog, were given a table in a separate quiet zone. The food was delicious, service superb.

This place is excellent! Our family of four ate dinner here on Saturday night, celebrating an anniversary. The restaurant is cozy; the service attentive, prompt and courteous. But the food is simply exquisite with elegant presentation. From the entrees to the desserts, everything was perfect. All of us cleaned our plates! We highly recommend it.

Make sure you make reservations for this small restaurant. The food was very good across all courses- one highlight was the lamb pastilla with lemon and grilled eggplant, Service was professional.

Nice, hidden gem restaurant. Their lamb was so very soft, amazing. Scallops was an equally good alternative. If you like it, the foie gras was also delicious. We were told that it’s the Chefs new recipe for Christmas. Can highly recommend it but ensure to reserve a table for weekends as it was full

Real french place. Degustation menu 27 or 37 euro (2 or 3 course). Especially very good lamb, rabbit pate, all deserts. Affordable and good wine list, reasonably good choice. Highly recommended. Have to book in advance. A little slow and old-fashioned.

Of our 10 days in Paris this was hands down our favorite restaurant. Simply just amazing food. I wish I could make mushroom soup like theirs. Thank you all so very much.

Truly a memorable restaurant. The service was polite, warm, and efficient. The food was outstanding, every course. And while some people prefer loud bustling restaurants, this one is quite and relaxed. Highly recommended!

Very good restaurant. We had 3 course menu: salmon, steak and choclate desert: all were magnificent. Service is really attentive, nice atmosphere.

This is what I consider a true French dining experience. The restaurant is intimate, modest and unassuming. The food is magical! Very unexpected with lots of fragrant flavors and textures. The service was great and the patrons were very friendly. We did the tasting menu and shared a bottle of champagne. I will be back!

One of the best spots we went to during our Paris trip. Would highly recommend the rump steak and crepe. Looking forward to the next time we come back!

We came to La Maison du Jardin on our first night in Paris and could not have been happier. Lovely setting and friendly competent service. The food was first rate. I started with the mussels then had the scallops. Both wonderful. Our desserts were yummy too! (Chocolate crème brûlée and pear tart). This restaurant definitely appears popular with locals.

Really fantastic! The food was wonderful and the service was amazing. There was the option to get either 2 of three courses for 40€ or all three for 47€ per person. We went with all three and were given a menu with dishes for each course on it. Once we ordered, we got our Aperitif which was a lovely mushroom mousse that almost tasted chocolatey, and was really presented well. We scarfed that down, and it really boded well for the rest of the meal. Some highlights were the sweet pickled beetroot mousse, the white asparagus, the veal. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and with a total bill of about 110€ for food and drinks, it is a lovely time for what you pay for. Would go again!

La Maison du Jardin is divine! Our dinner reservation was booked by my dear friend who is a flight attendant and who has over the years collected a treasure trove of highly recommended restaurants in Paris. There were 5 in our party & everyone’s order hit the table in a timely fashion, smelled heavenly and looked like a work of art, we were all immensely satisfied with our choices. Also, I must mention that their foie gras is what dreams are made of because I will be dreaming of it until I return and have it a second time. The staff are attentive, charming and take pride in their profession, they took such great care of our boisterous table and left us wanting for nothing. Even though we didn’t have much room for dessert we ordered 3 for the table and they didn’t disappoint either, it was a sublime feast for the eyes and the palate. Merci LMDJ<3<3<3 I’ll be back.

Best meal in Paris this trip. Excellent food and friendly staff. Reservations are recommended. We came for dinner but they also serve lunch and change the menu daily. Great wine list. Very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend and would definitely come back.

Our best dinner In Paris! This reasonably priced cozy bistro near the Luxembourg Gardens offers delicious food with warm and friendly service. We dined at several outstanding restaurants during our five days in Paris, but La Maison du Jardin was our absolute favorite. Can't wait to return!
