This one is the best amongst other hotels in Sitamarhi. Recently opened and services are at Par. I have visited for arranging rooms for my colleague and they were having very pleasant experience always. Hotel is on prime location and in the heart of the City. Definitely it's not a budget hotel for small city like this but not too much costly if you are meticulous about service and hospitality.1 less star for higher tarif.

Had a great experience while stying in hotel shree, rooms are clean & nice. Service is little bit slow but you will enoy the outcome! Foods are just amazing, Love It!😄

Food was awesome, veg and non veg both were good, i enjoyed hydrabadi biryani, place is spacious, clean and hygienic, staff is also good, good place to celebrate small get togethers, birthday etc.

The service of the hotel is very bad, there is dirt, the ac is not good, the cleanliness is not right and the behavior of the people is very bad, I have stayed here and regretted a lot.

The Star is just for The Service Standard and The Ambiance as very tough to find one in the Locality. The food is below average And you can almost hear the Kitchen Staffs. The Cutlery and Crockery provided were Dirty. Overall Needs Improvement

Worst Hotel, Booked for engegement event, but they made the complete event a nightmare. They switch off the lifts on purpose, spoiled our image by not providing food on time to our guest, we literally had to fight for everything. Worst of all the staff is manner less and rude. They should not call it a hotel. Please avoid this hotel specially for any event purpose.
