Because it is situated on the road which is most busy through out the day, sometimes traffic jam, famous bombay bakery is near, whose cake is highly over rated, lol but now days you will observe a long queue of people who want that kind of cake hehehe, Hyderabad mobile mall is also near from this complex, Many other brands you will not find in this garrison complex but you will find near to it.

you can find different types of shops and food at one place. if you have less time and whole bunch of different things and food to buy then thats the place you should definitely go. you can buy branded shoes, clothing, bags, cosmetics, yummiest and different variety of food and fun game place to keep your kids busy while you shop then you must go there.

A place where I spent the best time with friends, I visited more then 100 times with friends it has different outlets of different brands, and my most amazing experience is Mirchi 360, where we dine very often and it has huge parking areas for cars and bikes.
