This is a public awareness review. Saturn in Saarbrucken has a store salesperson with the worst customer service skills I have ever seen. He should not be working in direct contact of customers. Worse, I had the feeling he was ready to become violent. I wasn't sure if I should feel at risk for a moment as he gave me a crazy stare and very terse answers. It was the strangest experience I have ever had in a store with any salesperson anywhere. I was there to purchase a computer monitor that I saw they had in stock on the online shop. I went there and it was in the markdown section. I tried to ask the salespersons questions about it and he seemed bothered that I was asking him. Without getting into too much of the story he was totally unhelpful and perhaps dangerous. He did manage to tell me he had checked the monitor and it was completely tested so it was good. He said this with such a rude attitude. After he abruptly walked away from me I decided I was going to find the manager. In the meantime, another salesperson offered to help me and he was at least a nice young man. He even took the monitor out of the box to test it, but before he could test it we saw that the screen was cracked. Thank God the helpful salesperson was there or I might have taken home a broken monitor. He offered me a discount on any other monitor but I wanted that model. The story gets worse. That same day I wrote emails to the store and to online Saturn and neither have replied. I mean, absolutely nothing. I will have to write a letter to Ingolstadt as I have done once before concerning another store (totally different kind of issue). I don't know why I have to go to that level, but I guess the individual stores and online website don't much care how they treat their customers. But I will say this, the person in Saarbrucken didn't behave in a way that anyone should take lightly. I would not be surprised if something eventually happens concerning this person and finally after reading other reviews of their store here, it seems this is not an isolated incident. Beware shopping there. I'll update this if Saturn ever decides to reply to me. I'm sure I'll get contact after I send the letter to Ingolstadt, but that's a sad necessity.

Here you can nearly find most of what you need. But it's hard to find someone who knows English and the staff are really impolite. I already know some German, so I asked a question from one of the personnel in Hard drive section, he answered and I didn't understand a part of a sentence, and asked humbly in German whether he can explain that part in English, and he told me "when you want to buy from Germany, you have to know the language" in German, after I insisted he said one sentence in good English and continued to speak German. I know I'm in Germany, and I know I should know German. But it's none of anyones' business whether I can or can not speak good German. He could have simply said: "no, sorry".

[Englisch Version] Honestly, I'm very disappointed in Saturn. The service is very bad because a lot of the workers there (and I've talked to at least 8 people) are very rude or bored to even listen to what you have to say or ask. Some even cancelled the call after 10 seconds without saying anything. Furthermore I have been told that due to some delivery issues they ordered the item I wanted 10 WHOLE days after I bought it online. I mean seriously, can you believe that? That due to some delivery issues it takes 10 WHOLE days to order the product? Also they said it would only take 1-3 days until the item arrives but I am still waiting for it even after another whole week. Unbelievable really. I can not recommend (at least not the online-order) Saturn to anyone since it's unreliable and consists of bunch of people who have no respect and no idea what they are doing. [Deutsche Version] Also ich bin schon extrem enttäuscht. Der Kundenservice bei Saturn ist unangemessen, weil viele dort einfach unhöflich sind oder gar keine Lust haben, dir zuzuhören. Manche haben sogar einfach aufgelegt. Dazu kommt noch, dass mir gesagt wurde, dass die Lieferung sich aufgrund von irgendwelchen Problemen um 10 Tage verzögert. Sie meinten, sie haben die Bestellung des Produkts erst 10 Tage, nachdem ich das Produkt online bestellt habe, eingereicht und es würde 1-3 weitere Tage dauern bis es ankommt und ratet mal was passiert ist: Ich warte hier eine weitere Woche und es ist immer noch nicht da. 2 Lieferschwierigkeiten? Wer weiß, wahrscheinlich ist eher die Unfähigkeit des Marktes weshalb ich (zumindest den online-service) keinem von euch empfehlen kann, außer ihr habt alle Zeit der Welt, und damit meine ich ALLE.

I am not satisfied with the customer service. Very rude service. Better purchase it online.

Best electronic store around! We went to look at cappuccino makers and were impressed with the vast selection to choose from. High end, quality electronics that are reasonably priced for the most part. One of my favorite places to shop!

This is located in the city center of Saarbrucken, Germany. This is where I bought my Samsung A33. It's a very large, all-inclusive supermarket. Apart from human beings, you can get almost everything you want here. Good stuffs indeed.

A nice shop and they've got a nice collection of many electronic devices, but the customer service can be a bit difficult when the store is crowded with people.
