Great place to go for grooming if you want to see your animals get tortured. These people have no business taking care of animals. Very rough and animals are very unhappy. Pet zones are minimally stocked w items.

They shut doors in front of me saying they are closed at 9.56 pm - fine, I understand. I returned to my car to see 2 more customers entering after me and being allowed. Had to return and ask how European customer is different from Arabic and they had nothing to say.

Good place for pets products and pets saloon. Not a large variety of pet products available.

Cute small pet grooming store, they offer a variety of food items, accessories and treats for all pets.

Best place I can find to get anything pet related, They offer a lot of services for cats and dogs and some other stuff too, but mainly for cats and dogs, You can bring your cat here to cut his nails or hair, there is also ton of products but i find some Quality of life products missing like a brush that cleans it self, or a smart litter box, However you still should pay this place a visit if you want anything from normal litter box to food or even litter, I also want to add that this branch is small, and the grooming service is always busy when i come by.

Almost everything in this place is great except for their filipina supervisor. Went there in the evening of March 22, Wednesday. She is very arrogant and does not treat her staff well. I felt really offended with how she treated me as a customer not to mention insulted. And the way she ordered her staff in front of the customers , especially the maintenance/janitor staff of yours, was really bad. Not coming back there anymore.

It's great and all but just to access it I'd have to drive on dirt roads and I just washed my Bugatti. Sheesh

Glad there is a Petzone in Sabah Al Salem with grooming service also, is a small petzone but they have quite enough products for your pet. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Although the front "parking" area should be decent and fixed by who may concern, is not the shop problem, cause as usual is just sand and rocks so i hope they make it better for a more attractive front for the shop and the costumers.

Good service, but two hours waiting for grooming plus no waiting area.

Great place to do your pets shopping. Im not to thrilled with the fact they dont have an appointment booking option so getting gromming done is not that easy. That's the only reason i haven't given 5 stars.

Basic stuff for your pet here. They got grooming services though. Better off going to Salmiya or Al Rai branches for more products and diversity.

Sufficient amount of pet supplies, however, they take forever to restock. You can't rely on them if you have certain favorites.

Small shop but can fulfill your requirements to get your pets needs from most things. I love the grooming area as I get to see those cute pets up for grooming and some after grooming.

This is a small shop so more like an “express” and great for when I’m food shopping only. Close to my home and quick. They do have pet grooming services but I groom my own pet so don’t know about the quality of the grooming. I love that it’s close and fast!

Nice great small branch, with large parking space area. This branch has all the essentials it would be awesome if they sold some birds like Lori etc.
