Currently it’s been a few days of trying to get an appointment and bad customer service. The receptinist at the store is very willing to take appointments but due to this new rule of only getting appointments from the manager is beyond ridiculous! An amount of customers should be considered for future dates or put on a waiting list something not told to just speak to the manager and see what they say?!! I believe there should be another manager handling customers and the owner of the store informed of these problems and better service each time. How do you expect customers to always come back?

They used to be good, but now they're the worst... And the one that replies on WhatsApp is very rude and texts back after a day!

One hour and 30 minutes for grooming (full service) 15 kd .. to sum it up EXTREMELY SLOW + EXPENSIVE. Also they don’t sell varieties of pet supplies!

The owner is so friendly and sweet. My cat is aggressive and sometimes I can not cut her nails by myself, but the staff are professional and knows how to deal with her very well.

Fail to manage a simple task such as appointment booking. Pet perfumes at crazy prices. Good grooming. Small store. Overall, one star worthy.
