Shower not working, AC have 3 switches and all must be on

This hotel looks good from the outside but the rooms are terrible! The first room we were taken to smelt aweful!!! Almost everything was broken or badly stained. Goodness gracious! Thankfully the staff were very helpful and agreed to change us TWICE to a more manageable room. All the rooms and their toilets need total remodelling. Floors, walls, shower, WC, doors..... are either stained, chipped or broken. Only reason I'm giving them 3 stars is because of the helpful staff.

A nice hotel to lodging and meetings.

Nice place but need more works also need to be renovated.

It's a good place as there is access for physically challenged persons.

A friend of mine stayed here and he used my phone he loved the hotel and this is the proof he used my phone and it was him the whole time and now2 years later he just disconnect from my phone and this is the only proof I have left because he just removed the fuse he had on my phone liked to his when he stayed at the lovely hotel .I am saving it now because he just hid any proof I had that he was on my phone. Excellent and cost effective hotel accommodation

Very comfortable and conducive environment.

Good parking spaces for vehicles. Room is ok, bed quite comfortable, but bathroom had leaking pipes resulting in flooded floor. Room goes with breakfast. Staff are courteous. Access roads very good

Very good hotel. Well located. Good food. The new outdoor bar is an excellent addition. Adds value and essence to lodging here. Serene environment. Though sometimes affected by the rowdiness of the Chinese restaurant next door. All the same. It still scores a superlative assessment.

A lot of upgrade and enforcement of rules as regards smoking and noise. First night wasn't pleasant

It's such a wonderful place always bubbling with people and activities. Their food is tasty and well served.
