This place has a great ambience. They plays some great music, and the volume is not too loud and not too slow - just nice. The staff are friendly. It's a good place for singles, couples or a small family. You can have the food to go or just dine in.

Food is great, nice and cozy environment. Buy one free one every monday at 6pm till close. The reason i gave 3 stars is because there someone keep came in the shop asking for money since 3 month ago, he wont leave until you gave him money, last time he was outside the shop, and now he came inside the shop asking for money and last time he claim that his finger was cut and infected, need money some buy medicines, that time I gave him 10 dollar and thought it was real, until the second, third day even after a month, Istill saw him outside the shop asking for money to buy medicines, same scam trick since last month and yesterday 1 july 2019, he came inside the shop asking for money from me and my friends. I know he already trick me once and i wont gave him any money, but he wont leave us until he got the money. This time he will claim that he is hungry need some money to buy food. And he will bother you until you gave him money, i dont know why the staff inside the shop not doing anything. Just let him came inside the shop and do nothing

This is my second time going to Sri Aman Secret Recipe. Staffs are very friendly! First visit was when i ordered cake for my husband’s birthday and they were very very nice to me. I ordered 3 days earlier to reserve the cake. Second time when i wanted to book for lunch reservation with my colleagues. Very fast respond on facebook messenger. Keep it up! Definitely will come back here again!🥰

Bad experience with this shop!!!. Arrive there at 9.15pm but the staff refused to take order. He told me they close at 9pm which doesn’t reflect their business hours sign mounted on the door, stating operation start from 9am to 10pm. When I asked about the sign stated until 10pm, he said the operating hours stated on the business hours sign is wrong. If that is true, the manager should make correction on that sign so that no misunderstanding occur.

Cozy cafe with minimalistic interior design is pleasing to the eyes. Depending on the order, your food will arrive between 10-30 min, which is excellent. It is a chain restaurant, so the food might feel formulaic, but that also means you're guaranteed the same taste every time you order the same food item. Recommended!

Secret recipe Sri Aman. Worst restaurant I have ever been to. 7 of us to dinner. The kitchen can only make one dish at a time. It took over 1 hour to make 7 dishes. And then the last dish was wrong. Try their cakes. They are pre-made so the kitchen staff cannot damage those

This is my first time with my family here. Service was awesome. The food was served in a short time and was very tasty. My children were also quite surprised because their food was ready quickly because our experience at some SR branches took quite a long time to prepare.
