We walked in to ask if there's any available room because the other hotel was full. We managed to get a family room, queen bed + single bed. I'm pleased to see they have a lift in the building because my dad has difficulty walking up stairs. This is definitely a plus point. The bedsheets has stain, and bugs on the bed and in the room. Luckily they are not bed bugs, just some micro creatures. Hehehe Bathroom light is not bright enough and there's no ventilation or exhaust fan. There's a water mark, probably some water leak on the ceiling just above the bed. The Aircon is cold enough and we were able to watch some local TV stations. There's also free WiFi. One night stay is fine with such conditions. Next door is a bakery and on the other block is a food court with many choice of food. And Hospital Sri Aman 2 is just behind the shop.

Terrible service and even worse hospitality. We had to ask a cleaner twice to find someone to come to the reception desk. They then wouldn't allow us to use their internet to book with Agoda or let us see the room because "That is our operating procedure". I wouldn't recommend staying here just based on the unpleasant way the girl behind the reception spoke to us. I'm guessing the management don't care for the workers and that reflects in their interaction with customers.

booked two different room, standard queen and double single. both were fine, the air conditioner seems quite new and working perfectly. just that the washroom light were kind of dim. they only provided what i guess should be body wash in a dispenser. so do remember to bring your own shampoo. staff were very responsive and checking in and out were smooth took less than 5 minutes.

Suitable for solo travellers. Room was small. The queen bed takes up the entire space. I wouldn't say it is satisfactorily clean, but guessing the price is alright for what you get. Though the woman receptionist isn't friendly when I made my booking. Poor customer service.

Have the tv but the mosquito appear. Hahahahha

I find it was a pleasant place to stay. It's not luxurious but everything in my room is working and the room is quite small. Pretty decent I suppose. I enjoyed my stay. It's just that I hope they provide kettle to boil your coffee in the morning just in case you don't have time for breakfast outside. It's a bit far from the "Pusat Bandar" but that is fine. Very recommended if you're looking for a good price. The customer service was friendly.

It's a nice and cosy place for me to stay for a sporting event weekend. The room is quite small but well maintained. Basic aminities available... Still near to town area minus the traffic sound. Love it!

Room is fine, aircond is fine, toilet is fine until i switch on the tv. The tv signal is bad. The staff came to my room to check and tey to fix the problem but it doeant work. The staff said maybe connection problem due to the bad weather. I reavhed here around 2pm, no rain until 8pm...

The building looks new, but the room is terrible, the mattress is sinking, the toilet is smelly (comes from the bathing area drain). Can hear people chitchat & tv sound from next door very clearly, if they don’t sleep you can’t sleep.

The room is nice.no curtain though.good parking spaces. Only needed water kettle maybe,for us to drink warm water at night or some instant food at night..overall, just meeting receptionist, friendly..

When we first entered the room, we've got a big welcome by a HUGE cockroach which was fying around us. The washroom is very smelly. and the AC is not working properly. So we went down to the counter and told them about the room condition. The both receptionists were showing us the ignorance like we were disturbing them on their stuffs. And they just simply give us another room key without any apologies. So we went to the second room given. This time, we saw alot of ants walking around the towels and doors. We were frustrated and we went directly to the counter again saying we want our deposit back. And we were being asked :" what do you mean 你现在是什么意思" in a very rude way. Next, the receptionist told me okay we will spray before giving you the third room. So....do you mean that if there is no customers, you won't even take care of the hygiene? So when customers check in, only you guys told me you guys will spray and mop? This is the 3rd times I have been changing rooms in a hotel! Dear Place2Stay Sri Aman, how do you expect tourists / locals to stay here with those insects and stinky smells?! Excuse me, I pay for good service, good hospitality and of course, good hygiene and good hotel environment. You guys don't deserve a star. 0/5. Conclusion: Room is smelly, dirty. HOT AC. Wifi is not working AT ALL. Rude receptionist. Not even helpful. No more next time. Choose to stay in here if you want your days and nights to be accompanied by cockroaches, ants etc.

No provided extra mattress, blanket and pillow, coffee and sugar packet, aircond remote controL not functioning.,

The bathroom area is very dispointed. The water just come out from the door into the bed room. There no something to block the water. And the aircond very slow. Turn to 16C and it take 30-1 hours to cold.
