Bad value for money. I have never paid so much for such a bad service. Check-in process goes bad. They Don't pick up the phone. We were 7 and received 4 towels and 4 bedlinen. Location is great if you want to party until 5am, it is so much noise outside: scooters, taxis, bars, restaurants, and on top of that at 2am they start rolling the garbage containers and wash them. Conclusion: book somewhere else. I need to add that I have been coming to Lisbon for 21 years!

Wonderful apartment, nice and clean, in the center of lisbon. Check in is on line only, I expect to have a telephone number that is available. I tried to call but no body answered

Very clean, great location.

Location was great, apartment was spacious, beautiful, well-equipped, cleanliness was okay, however communication with the host was non existent after they had gotten the money and the necessary covid information from us. After that we were basically ignored. Prior to arrival we got an unnecessary amount of emails, sometimes multiple at the same time saying the same thing. After arrival in Lisbon I messaged the host multiple times about the check in codes. No response. Calls were answered only after multiple tries, we were left waiting in front of the apartment. Had to call multiple times with heavy bags waiting in the heat because codes were not sent. Super annoying. Then during our stay, I had a question, which was also left completely ignored. Nice apartment but I've been to other apartments with contactless check in and communication was a lot better.

Be careful with reservations in Prima collection; We booked a two-bedroom apartment through booking and they didn't show up to give us the keys; They left us on the street without any explanation, they didn't pick up the phone or read emails, I think it was all planned, not even an apology email, fortunately as we had booked through booking they relocated us to another hotel but we were there for more than four hours the suitcases at the door and no one showed up or called From the moment they charged for the stay they stopped answering the emails, finally the day before our arrival and after insisting over the phone they answered that they would come with the keys but they never showed up and they had already charged for the stay, it's a shame that there are so few companies professionals and that are covered like another company such as booking

Amazing experience at this luxury serviced apartment. Friendly and professional team. The flats are stylish with all comfort you expect from a 4stars hotel and more! Some elegant historical touches made us feel part of the city. I highly recommend for stays in lisbon.

Apartment was very clean! New and modern. Easy check in. Noisy area so kept windows closed.
