    I hoped there was 0 stars to pick Incredibly horrible customer experience. I travelled to Lisbon constantly over the last 5 years mostly for work reasons and this was the worst apartment I stayed in so far. The problems started before arrival when I tried to book two rooms for work colleagues after I had already booked two rooms for me in another co-worker and they couldn't make the same price because they said the prices are automatically raised. Over the phone a woman told me one price then another person spoke to me took my email and sent much higher prices by email. I called them back and they said that I was lying that no one said the first price I was mentioning. Then upon my arrival it took me 40 minutes to get my keys, I tried to reach them by phone because after 6pm there was nobody at the front desk so, I was tired after a day full of meetings and after quite a few attempts somebody finally answered the phone in a very mean and unhelpful way saying that I would not get the keys if I didn't pay the touristic fees which I wasn't allowed to pay because the link they sent me didn't work then after 40 minutes of waiting and trying to reach them by phone, unsuccessfully, a person came to the reception and gave us the keys to the rooms. My suite had a giant engine from the giant street clock that clicked every minute during the whole night so I could not sleep. No closet, no hangers, vacuum cleaner in the middle of the room, giant noisy clock, noise from the elevator shaft.

    I wouldn’t stay here. We booked for five nights and stayed two. After the first sleepless night due to noise from bars below our room until 6:0am. We asked to be moved and was promised but it didn’t happen. We tried calling and emailing to no reply. The room was dirty and dated and frying pans burnt with egg residue still on them. Rising damp in the bathroom and cockroaches. I was offered drugs and asked for money on numerous occasions and felt unsafe outside the appartments. Over the road was a park and was full of rubbish with a bar and loud music. I don’t mind anyone having a good time but this was the next level. Please stay clear of this place you will regret it.

    Let me start by saying that I absolutely cannot relate to any of the negative reviews I have seen on here. My girlfriend and I have enjoyed a wonderful stay at Five Stars 8Building last month! No complaints whatsoever! Everything went well from the beginning until the end. Communication with the host was perfect. They anticipated well on our late arrival by giving us the instructions for obtaining the keys while we were waiting on our flight. The accommodation was exactly how they said it would be, in good condition and managed properly. Would recommend this place to everyone!

    Cheater! Never book here again! The service was extremely bad. Bed sheets were not changed. Not even after several requests. You permanently need the roomcard to be able to move. The credit card was charged for damages that never existed. There was fraud.

    worst customer service i have ever experienced, unfriendly from the first minute. got dirty bed linen, didn't change after 5 times of asking. reception barely manned to reach anyone. 200€ deposit withheld for damage that was never reported and which I only discovered 1 month later on my credit card statement.

    This place is an absolute scam - stay away! I recently booked this place for my birthday and it was a horrible experience from start to finish. When we checked into our apartment (which took hours as there is no reception and you have to wait for someone to show up), we were immediately disappointed - the apartment was horribly built (eg: fixtures falling off the walls) and there was an awful smell. We asked to move but they didn't have anywhere else to put us, so the next day, we spoke to the concierge Ricardo and told him we wanted to check out and have the second night refunded. He agreed and told us we would get a refund, so we left and booked another hotel. A few days later, they turned around and told us we would not be getting a refund and are now refusing to give us back our money. They have been dodging our phone calls and refusing to speak with us. If I could give it zero stars, I would. STAY AWAY!!

    We booked an apartment three months ago. Two weeks before arrival, we received information about its alleged destruction and the need to cancel the reservation. We are currently in Lisbon, out of curiosity, we checked the availability of the apartment - it is available, of course, for much more money. Scammers.

    Absolute scammers. I have been sent here from another one of their locations. The communication was very poor, no internet, horrible soulless apartment. I have asked them to cancel the rest of my stay and refund me, they agreed, but now I have to dispute this in court as they refuse to pay me back even though I have moved out after the first night. Would not recommend.

    Great apartment, the price is great value for the size and services. The location is perfect! quiet area but 10 minutes walking from everything! We loves the location! Just a negative point on the reception hours, even if the receptionnist were nice, most of the time, there is security because there a re not always open and they are very bad, not hello, we told them the card was not working, he said it's not my problem, very rude. Change the security company you are working with!!

    Due to the pandemic, the apartment complex was closed, and they promised a voucher or refund (in case you could not use it in the next year or so). After all, I asked for a refund (of the total amount that I paid in advance), but nobody from the Lisbon Five Stars 8 Building staff has not responded nor paid back my money. It is outrageous.

    Despite the warnings issued from other google reviewers, we decided to book here - big mistake! They cancelled on us two hours before our check in time, which meant we had to urgently find alternative accommodation. Avoid avoid

    This is probably my most conflicted hotel experience. Its facility is the best during our 10-day trip. After we checked in we were surprised at how big and nice the room is. However, the noise level is CRAZY as outside the bedroom is a bar. On a Thursday night the noise went from 11p.m. to 5 a.m. It's not ordinary level of noise - out of all the hotels I stayed, that night was probably the loudest night in my memory. This noise level is simply unacceptable, I'm surprised why they don't do something (e.g. change the window as now it's the most simple version with little soundproof). Also the hotel charge for luggage storage which is quite uncommon.

    It’s above a nightclub. I have not slept the entire night. I’m on the fourth floor and the windows are completely closed and it yet the walls are still shaking. Do NOT waste your money here if you value sleep. I am writing this review at 1am because the music is so loud and does not stop until 5am.

    I was not able to travel due to Coronavirus outbreaks. I start email exchange to come to mutual agreement . Have to say they kept the advance payment. And now they are not answering my mails at all. Just a warning to all customer- do not pay in advance. This company is not customer oriented. Karmen

    This accomodation is a disgrace. It is very noisy downstairs, especially during holidays and weekends. I asked for a refund because I could not sleep, but they charged me extra just to have another room. The refund was out of the question. I recommend to avoid it at all costs.

    Nice apartment - if you read the instructions they send you then check in is all pretty straightforward! Nice spacious apartment for family of 5. Location perfect. There is an underground car park over the road and if you download the Telpark app it is €9.50 per 24 hours. Overally really impressed and good value.

    scammers. one week before arrival, they report that the booking is canceled. reservation made 4 months in advance. the price in this period is not realistic to find. no willingness to cooperate. apartment finally re-issued for a much higher price, available on time. alternatively, before the arrival, we got the apartment on our own. 10 km from the center, no elevator, no air conditioning ...

    The rooms are gorgeous and very luxurious but the noise outside is sooooo loud. We could barely sleep. I'd recommend the place for anyone who is a deep sleeper. We were also on the 2nd floor so fairly high up.

    I love the apartment, they are beautiful, have everything what you need during travel, you can control temperature. At first time, we had a problem of check-in, since they just lost our reservation. But fortunately, we coped with it via phone with the manager or whoever it was. The windows are bad, you can easily hear everything from outside. The children from school woke me up at 8:30 :( This is sad, if to change windows - almost everything would be perfect. And what is sad to me, they do not have an option to store luggage before check-in. You can do that only with their partner company in the same building, but only for €5 per luggage. So nice place, but if you have alternative- I would go with it

    On a holiday when there is no nightlife it’s a perfect stay. Located at a perfect spot. Check in is with a locker code. Appartment is spacious and has an individual stylish furniture design. Amenities are enough. Even the sofa beds are comfy. Minus one star for not the cleanest bathroom, also you can clearly hear everything from the streets, with windows locked on the top floor. Dish soap was dirty from the oxygenation of the bottle

    cockroaches every other day, it is horrific. the room was otherwise serviced every four days which is good. don’t stay if you’re light sleepers, the streets below are constantly noisy, especially drivers with their loud horns at random hours of the day
