horrible
customer
experience.
I
travelled
to
Lisbon
constantly
over
the
last
5
years
mostly
for
work
reasons
and
this
was
the
worst
apartment
I
stayed
in
so
far.
The
problems
started
before
arrival
when
I
tried
to
book
two
rooms
for
work
colleagues
after
I
had
already
booked
two
rooms
for
me
in
another
co-worker
and
they
couldn't
make
the
same
price
because
they
said
the
prices
are
automatically
raised.
Over
the
phone
a
woman
told
me
one
price
then
another
person
spoke
to
me
took
my
email
and
sent
much
higher
prices
by
email.
I
called
them
back
and
they
said
that
I
was
lying
that
no
one
said
the
first
price
I
was
mentioning.
Then
upon
my
arrival
it
took
me
40
minutes
to
get
my
keys,
I
tried
to
reach
them
by
phone
because
after
6pm
there
was
nobody
at
the
front
desk
so,
I
was
tired
after
a
day
full
of
meetings
and
after
quite
a
few
attempts
somebody
finally
answered
the
phone
in
a
very
mean
and
unhelpful
way
saying
that
I
would
not
get
the
keys
if
I
didn't
pay
the
touristic
fees
which
I
wasn't
allowed
to
pay
because
the
link
they
sent
me
didn't
work
then
after
40
minutes
of
waiting
and
trying
to
reach
them
by
phone,
unsuccessfully,
a
person
came
to
the
reception
and
gave
us
the
keys
to
the
rooms.
My
suite
had
a
giant
engine
from
the
giant
street
clock
that
clicked
every
minute
during
the
whole
night
so
I
could
not
sleep.
No
closet,
no
hangers,
vacuum
cleaner
in
the
middle
of
the
room,
giant
noisy
clock,
noise
from
the
elevator
shaft.
