I went to the clinic in November 2022. I liked everything about the consultation, very polite and attentive attitude. But after the consultation, something strange began to happen: when trying to make an appointment with a doctor, the clinic administration either promised to call back after some time and make an appointment (in the end they did not call back and did not make an appointment), or indicated that all the specialists were very busy, but a new doctor is about to appear who can see him (again, no one called back or accepted). Wasted several months waiting for an appointment. It would be great if the clinic informed new patients about such queues for appointments and approximate waiting times.

The clinic is just great! Just before leaving for another country, I had to get an implant; the tooth was hopeless and also hurt terribly, they understood my situation, admitted it urgently, Dr. Anton, did everything very carefully and painlessly. The implant has taken root and the crown has already been installed, to say that I am delighted is to say nothing ☺️ The clinic has all new, modern equipment, the girls at the reception are always friendly and responsive, the feedback works clearly. I am very glad that I was lucky to find such a clinic, I will only contact you, thank you very much to the whole team 🙏

Based on the results of the study, the somnologist prescribed a sleep guard. In the first message he indicated this, including the name in English and Portuguese: Mandibular advancement device (MAD) or Dispositivo de avanço mandibular (DAM). I waited two months for an appointment. At the reception, Dr. Anton said that Portuguese doctors do not know anything. I haven’t looked at the polysomnography results, but the reason is snoring (I don’t snore). He immediately began selling the favorite product of all post-Soviet dentists - bite correction with replacement of all crowns.

Disappointed. I called the clinic and made an appointment. She immediately asked me to set aside time not just for a consultation, but also for treatment. I arrived, the clinic looks great. That's where the positives end. Doctor Anna picked me up. In the office, she asked what was bothering me and examined all the teeth (without commenting on each tooth). Having already examined everything, she said that the fillings on about 10 teeth need to be renewed and wisdom teeth removed. I was ready to start treatment on the same day. I was told that I needed to take a photo, which cost 100 euros. I don’t mind, I understand that it is needed. Although the price, in my opinion, is not justified. But, as it turned out, in addition to the image itself, I need to go to a consultation with the main doctor so that he can draw up a comprehensive treatment plan. But the appointment for him is approximately in April-May (as Anna told me). Without this plan, she cannot treat anything. My first “whaaat?” I explained to the doctor that my filling on my front tooth had fallen out several times and I needed a new one. She started telling me about teeth grinding (this is the first time I’ve heard this about my teeth) and that I need to see the main doctor first. My second: “why are you in this clinic?” If you have a rule in your clinic that the head doctor first draws up a treatment plan and only then can they do something for you, then be kind enough to voice this over the phone right away. I didn’t pay for the “consultation”, but believe me, getting to you from another city, finding someone to leave a small child with... I don't recommend(

A little over 2 weeks ago I signed up for a consultation, which costs 50 euros. At first glance, the clinic staff seemed responsive and pleasant. The consultation lasted about 10 minutes, where they didn’t tell me anything clearly, but they promised to send me a treatment plan within the first week and a price list by email. 2 weeks passed, the first time they answered the call and said that they would check the information with the doctor and call back, but there was no answer, then they stopped answering completely - they just dropped it, and no one ever dropped the price. upd. Immediately after the review was published, they contacted me and a couple of days later they sent me a treatment plan and price list) But from what we discussed with the doctor, nothing matched. There is no more trust, much less patience. It's a pity that the first impression we left was completely different.
