I have never encountered such uneducated and unethical behavior from the woman who claims to be the owner of the salon. She has devised arbitrary rules, labeling shoulders as blades and placing the waist below the actual waist, all in an effort to extract additional money. Her behavior is completely erratic – she not only screams at customers but also prevents them from expressing themselves, just so she can unleash her own tirades.

Unprofessional staff. Worst keratin straightening treatment ever witnessed. Like waves are to be seen just after few moments of keratin treatment with hair being so rough. Hella wastage of money.
