Hôtel satisfaisant du point de vue de la propreté, des chambres et des menus proposés comparé aux autres hôtels aux alentours. Toutefois, très déçu de mon accueil ainsi que du caractère hautain de certain réceptionniste. Ne parlant pas arabe, j'avais l'impression qu'on ne m'écoutait à peine lors de mes demandes ou bien qu'on ne me prenait pas en considération. Aucun effort n'a été fait pour échanger et comprendre mes demandes. Je ne suis pas du genre à laisser des commentaires mais pour le coup cela a refroidi mon premier séjour au Maroc....

I spent 2 days in boutique Valley hotel, and it was a beautiful experience, mesmerised by the panoramic view, the hospitality of the crew, the rooms are wide and clean , i loved the modern and classy architecture of the hotel, calm and cozy beds with a fancy bathroom , also the breakfast was yummy , if you come to Safi dont think twice book at this marvellous hotel .

We where very happy about our stay in this hotel, clean and nice rooms. Helpful staff. But the best thing was the tour we had trough the valley of the old pottery makers, we cannot thank the guard from the hotel, that walked us trough enough, it was a tour that we will never forget, thank you again 🙏❤️

Super endroit, très bel accueil, les chambres sont superbes, je conseille la suite quand vous êtes accompagnées d'enfant, pour garder de la tranquillité. Emplacement au top dans Safi, très belle vue, piscine sympa, petit dej aussi sympa. Le rapport qualité / prix est vraiment bien.
