Even if the electricity is 24/7 off u can still see our churros on the floor the service was very slow and half of the food was cold. Horrible experience

The place is spacious and perfect to watch sunset. They have 5 different spots. The menu has a lot of varieties. The waiters are very friendly. The service was fast. We ordered chicken quesadillas and chicken fajitas. The taste is not that good. It’s better to order drinks maybe 🤔. The food needs a twist to taste better. They need more spices. The prices are fair not that expensive but not that cheap. I would come again because of the view and the place decoration. I think it’s a good place for bachelorette/ birthday parties There is parking in-front of the place.

We went for sunset, had some beers and arguileh, we have not tried the food. The location is good with beach vibes but the music was not matching the sunset beach vibe as it was pure mexican music.

For Mexican food Lovers This restaurant was recommended by an Instagram influencer in Lebanon. We were two couples, eager to explore this new cuisine. We decided to share our meals to taste a bit of everything. Also there menu offered a diverse menu of pizzas, international dishes, Mexican food, and beverages. The Crispy Chicken from the international menu was a standout; it was incredibly delicious and came with a generous serving of fries. However, we were less impressed with the plates from the Mexican menu. We ordered the Fajita Mix and another appetizer, but the flavors didn't quite live up to our expectations. Although the portions were reasonable, the dishes lacked the richness and authenticity we were anticipating. One downside of the experience was the poor lighting in the restaurant. It made it difficult to fully appreciate the presentation of the dishes and even affected the overall dining ambiance. Despite these setbacks, the sunset was an unbeatable view. If you decide to visit "Puerta Cafe" I recommend timing your reservation to catch the captivating sunset while enjoying their beverage menu. It adds a special touch to the dining atmosphere.

Went there for new year's. It was ok. The food was good, and the portions ere really fulfilling. Music was good and a mix of almost everything which was not boring. Drank wine so can't judge their cocktails. Price wise it is very affordable. The manager is friendly and service is fast. Despite being fully booked, it took them almost no time to serve the food. It's a nice cozy place with good yummy food. If in jounieh, it is a must go.

Last week my direction was to this place: Maracas Tequila. The place is nice and the atmosphere is cool as well. The staff is knowledgeable. The food is good, the fajita is tasty specially the chicken fajita. The nachos was good also. Portions versus the price are not really fair. The quality of food is good but somehow over priced.

2023.09.29 Dinner and drinks at Maracas. The location was on the beach. The Seaview was amazing at night. We had avocado dip, mix fajitas, salsa, and dip. They had a Dj playing lovely music. Smoking is allowed as well as shisha.

Very cozy place for the winter season. Ahmad the manager was very welcoming and explained the whole menu. Fajitas come in big portions and delicious! Cocktails are not much! Order extra guacamole cuz they are super!! If you need that cozy mood you should reserve in the couch section!👌

Amazing food & ambience

It's a cosy place in the heart of Jounieh. A beautifully designed tiny staircase leads you to the main door. Behind the door, a very friendly staff welcomes you and show you your table. Reservation in advance is recommended as the restaurant is small and places are limited. Decoration is typically mexican and the food is very tasty. I strongly recommend the Mexican shrimps ceasar salad, the mixed fajitas, the enchiladas and for desert, of course the churros, so yummy! As for drinks, a pitcher of margarita will do the job :) Music is very diverse and not exclusively Spanish.
