Recently the staff are losing their professionalism, everyone is getting impatient, burgers with cheese often comes without. The delivery service is loosing accuracy with the timings. #savemybigtasty😭

They had an offer today. It was drive-thru only. When I came over to take it, there were 3 cars ahead of me, and I couldn't stay in that line because now I'm blocking the entrance for the adjacent buildings (shared parking). I park and head inside in an attempt to find a solution. I talked to the manager concerning this issue, and his reply was, "I can't let you order before those who are outside there's a line." I get it, but like I can't block the entrance with my car, it's unethical. In a nutshell, he said it's okay to block the road (couldn't do it).

My first Big Mac experience. I wasn't expecting my burger to be so good. I was hoping for more more but i was satisfied. Great friendly service. The place was very clean.

The service is super bad. I wish I cannot even give a one star. The staff are unfriendly, and they talk to customers with superiority. They don't promote for their offers, i came to know by chance about the offer of the Big mac. And what made me shocked, that the staff member was smoking a cigarette while taking my order on the drive thru window. At last they forgot to add the juice to my daughter's happy meal. I will never visit Mcdonald again

The worst Mcdonalds i have ever been to - they dont receive in dollars I went inside to order the new mushroom burger which is priced close to 475000lbp but i got stunned that the receipt was 950000lbp and they said that the price for the dine-in is the double and the original price is only for the drive through ! the most stupid concept ever !?

terrible to be honest, the food tasted worse than other mcdonals for some reasons and it was badly made, the cookies were broken and tasted horrific as well, i dont know how they were able to mess up the fries too like? and the atmosphere was so bad there is no place to sit and its so bad.

Not bad for a fast food lunch.However, it differs a lot if compared to old MAC quality.
