The beachfront location is stunning, rooms are comfortable, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. The food is delicious; however, there aren't as many diverse options. Overall, a fantastic choice for a relaxing and culturally rich getaway.

The food was great here, I met new friends here and the sea was best. I really liked chilling at the beach and people here are really kind. Ben is the best moderator here. I hope you’ll meet him.

I was been here for a week with friends and it was amazing, all the staff was very pleasant and kind with us, the animation guys did also a great job, everytime promoting activities and ask us to participate. Special thanks to Mahed, Khalid, Simo, Misso, Emma and of course senõr Ramon Valentino that choose me and my girlfriend to participate in a traditional morocco marriage, which was a great experience. All the dance team was really really good, promoting everyday night shows, with a lot of quality. Special thanks to Max. The only thing that I think can be improved is the buffet space, which is a little bit short when the hotel has more people stayed. Another point is having somewhere a 24h space with just a bunch of snacks and fruit for example, if I'm hungry during the night I have to wait until the breakfast opens.

Pros: Rooms are spacious, we had a shower and a bathtub. Even at the lowest level, AC was able to cool down the room (and without any noise). There are two large pools, one with events and loud music and the other one which is good for relax and calm - shallow on one side - suitable for kids (even the smallest ones). Most of the staff is also friendly and ready to assist. Cons: Food is average, mostly the same, and there are long queues. Especially during lunch, I usually ended up just with fries and vegetables. Also, there is a weird smell in the dining room, half of the machines do no work, and we have even seen cockroaches a few times. We have been there in a group of five people, and three of us had some kind of intestinal issues. The sea is kinda nice, but the beach is occupied by local sellers and not very clean. Most of the sunbeds and umbrellas are in a bad shape.

Honestly, I was in the hotel these days, but there are several points that I did not like at all. With regard to nutrition, there is no diversity at all, with a lack of quality nutrition. There is no taste, knowing that my family has had diarrhea as a result of feeding. As for the pools, they are not clean, knowing that there is a large percentage of chlorine. A beautiful thing that can be mentioned, especially in this hotel, is the evening parties, every day a new note. This is a personal experience.

one of the staffs the one responsible on archery, when my turn came and i scored i asked him "how much did i score?" ; he replied "four fingers" in front of my whole co workers!! i would escalate this to the hr but i was even ashamed to even mention it to them! this was a trip organized by the company where i work , from september 28th to october 2nd. all of us got food poisoning from the food cooked there, first day there was sausages, fish and chicken, and then after they started serving hotdogs and juice made from rotten fruits. wifi wasn't working, the dj was working with youtube and he had a horrible taste in music : salsa the morning by the swimmingpool, salsa all day and salsa at night at the discothèque, he only knew 2 or 3 songs and played them on loop. edit : reply to the manager, "jebti reb3at sba3" what is it that i misunderstood here? you are hiring people from the streets sir, or ma'am. and 5 stars hotel ya hasraa

Had a very wonderful vacation with my family and my girlfriend. The staff was friendly, bar men were professional, the activities were really fun, my favorite animators are named ema and ihab (they really need a raise for their efforts) the rooms were nice and the food was even better. Totally recommend and I’ll totally come back for another time. Bravo!!!!

I spent my holiday week with my family at Iberostar Saadia. It is one of my best hotel resort stays so far, hotel is clean, service is great, room is spacious and buffet is amazingly diversified. What made the experience even better is the quality of client service and the hotel team who accommodated our needs and made our stay pleasant (I’m thinking of Fati at the reception and her management skills, Ben, Lacoste, Chinwi for the vibes and all the others hotels employees) Thank you again and definitely coming back ;) Cheers!

We booked a superior room with pool view, instead we were given an absolutely awful dilapidated room that didn't even have a shower! The front desk staff was absolutely useless and had no explanation for that. We changed to a decent room. The food is relatively good compared to other all inclusive hotels. The manager should teach basic customer service skills to their front desk staff especially with moroccan customers who pay a steep price to stay there.

I did visit this resort a week ago ,and I have nothing to complain about in fact by being a cast member at big entertainment company I found that your cast are great starting from Brahim the duty manager and Karim at the restaurant the food was awesome been served by your freindly staff.Talking about entertainment you got Tarik ,Mario ,Ben and also Chlakh &Dakh that i did get his name on top of that the Brazilian dancers . my only complain is the photographer i ve seen him asking a lot of people and I do pass by him he does turn his back with no eye contact .And also did try to talk to Sara the assisting manager to give her my compliments but she left waiting for an hour but I m not gonna holding againt her .

Poor room service, you need to wait the whole day in order to take a shower because there are no towels, and even after asking the staff the problem still occurs. Other than that the restaurant is crowded and you need to wait an average of 5 minutes in order to get your food,(even a slice of pizza or an omelette).

I enjoyed the yoga on the beach very much. All (and I mean everyone) the instructors are so nice and inclusive. The yoga was very relaxing and all other activities were amusing and fun. The instructors presented us with several games to play on the beach and were extremely entertaining. Really, there is no getting bored at this hotel/resort. I have been very active and fit during this stay while still relaxing, it’s a great combination of activities. Especially, an instructor named Lara was very gentle and nice to us. She always informed us of on goings and kept us up to date and in touch with everything. Her kindness is truly amazing as well as everyone else’s. ❤️❤️❤️

I’ve been staying in this hotel for years since 2015-16, the last time was last year. So believe me when I tell you that I know this hotel very well. They have so much problems that I can’t mention them all: 1- cleaning rooms : each time I stayed there I had to call reception to complain about that even some times around 1500 and rush them to do their job. I always got the same answer (they are so many rooms and clients so take care of, so what???) 2- room towels: you always have to beg them in order to get enough towels for the whole family. You are going to a 5 stars hotels during summer, you are supposed to enjoy and have fun and guess what each time you are going to your room to shower your kids you can’t find enough towels... nightmare! 3- food service: always crowded during lunch and dinner time. Plus it is so hot in the restaurants that you can’t even enjoying it! True that they do their best to provide enough food for all quantity wise, but the big problem is that the quality sometimes is bad! Animation: timing especially at night is badly chosen (too early from 1900 to 21:30) bearing in mind that some people at that time are still in the pool or beach while few others are rushing to take dinner to get a bit of fun. Plus, Crew needs to learn how to be more professional!! 4- the worst nightmare I had last year in Iberostar hôtel Saidia : I was staying with my family, my two sisters’ families and my mother ( we were 12 all together in more one suites and two rooms). So my sister sent her little daughter to the kids Club in the morning. After few hours, when we went to get my sister’s daughter back around 12:30 am, we couldn’t find her. They lost her somehow!!! We spent one hour and half to find her!!! How could they lost a little girl (4YO) when they are supposed to take care of kids!!! We went many times to pool animation asking them to ask around using their micro they refused. We went many times to the reception to ask over micros and ask clients who might have seen her, they refused too!! They cared just about their reputation!!! When we discussed with so many managers to figure out what happened they were unable to explain nor to handle this emergency situation!!! So this is my overall experience after staying so many years in this hotel!!!

The hotel was awesome, big and full of beautiful and aestheticly pleasing furnitures , the staff, the server's and the service was just incredible and amazingly nice and entertaining, they kept us entertained and away from bored. For the buffet, the food, the presentation and the cooking, everything about it was just on point , for the activities they were definitely my favorite parts of the day. The rooms, the hallways and the swimming pools were all cleaned up and neat amd that's great !! i would definitely recommend giving this amazing Hotel a little visit !!

Warning to all who wants to visit this hotel !!!!! Save your money and find somewhere else to stay. Having travelled the world and stayed at some of the best hotels I can say with certainty that Iberostar Saidia has nothing to do with the 5 stars they are advertising with. This is more a 3 star hotel if it should have the correct rating, In the 6 days we stayed there we experienced : 1. A fully booked hotel, with no capacity to support the guests when serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. This meant daily long queuing to get out meals. 2. Rude Concierge letting us wait for 1 hour in queue only to tell us that there was no available table reservations for dinner in the 2 special restaurants same day. (Put a sign up at your desk and inform your guests that you are fully booked and stop wasting your guests valuable time That’s 5 star service) 3. Dirty room floor upon arrival. 4. Loud music due to shows and parties running from 11.00 AM to sometimes 12.00 PM, making relaxation impossible and hard to get kids to sleep. 5. Key cards to rooms that keep failing to open the doors every other day. 6. No room service.

Hôtel Iberostar has an amazing view in front of the ocean , it has two pools one for animation and activities and another for people who prefer the calm and peace plus the club of ado where we meet new people and do divers activities in groups this club is managed by a friendly and funny girl . The hotel has two disadvantages, one is there are no air conditioners in the restaurant and the water is too salty.

Hôtel Iberostar is a big place perfect for families who want peaceful vacations , there is a two pools , one with animation and the other one without . It has also an amazing view on the ocean . The teenclub is made for having fun with other people and is managed by caring and funny people . But there is no air conditioner in the theater and the water machine is not good for the people who aren’t used to the local water .

The animation was perfect and really friendly and nice and the bar have so many beautiful juices and also the snack near to the piscine is perfect than the oujda restaurant, the WiFi are not that perfect, in conclusion it’s a wonderful experience.

My stay at the hotel was nice. Nice people, good staff, nice activities, privet beach is nice too, but not that much drink choices and not really a big fan of the cups either. Other than that, I highly recommend the hotel.

Accommodations and hygiene are really good. It has a huge variety of very well made food and the staff is super nice and caring, I remember specially Ben, that is one of the staff that is really nice and is always there if anything is needed. I recommend visiting this hotel, for sure.

Our stay was sooo fun. We loved everything about the hotel. The animation was amazing especially Lacoste (Khalil), Ben Bella and Hamza ❤️. They were so warm during the whole stay and always had a smile on their faces. We'll definitely come back next year and hope to meet all of them again.

The hotel was great. Everything was lovely the swimming pools were clean .. the stuff were all lovely and welcoming from the security to the animation team to the reception .... I loved more the animation team.. they meet you always with a smile and invite you to their lovely programs. My only concern was the food it could have been better. All is all a great place to enjoy your time and relax.

Lovely vacation! Animation team was very good, they work very hard to keep guests entertained. Food was a very good surprise. Good quality and good variety. Only down side is when they closed the restaurant for lunch and started serving lunch in the pool area.

The animation team was top-notch with the shows and good energy levels, and even with night shows. Simo, Emma, and Lacoste went above and beyond to take care of my girlfriend and I for the week of vacation we had here, and the games were nice too. The WiFi was good in the room and even sometimes available at the beach, and the food was also good for shoulder season (we went in September), but I do wish the hotel staff cleaned the rooms for ants more. The showers and beds were very clean and looked like the photos as well. No complaints, would visit again.

The hotel is very well located, beautiful view and relaxing. Some things can be improved but staff is very kind and always ready to help. I was expecting a little more level from people, the clients, as I previously read reviews about garbage in the beach, in the floor and yes it’s true, but it’s not staff fault but clients that don’t know how to behave. Also clients can place a towel in the sunbed and leave them just to mark the place and cannot even go there for 4 hours as I saw many… another thing it’s about the meals. It’s a buffet, yes we pay for the food but not the waste. Many people just put mountains of food in the plates and then they not eat and it will go to trash bin… so I say that the worse problem in here it’s mainly the clients not the hotel or staff. Service staff is very helpful and kind, they work hard and fast. Barmen after 2 days knew what was my drink. I didn’t even have to ask. Ahmed is very kind and nice. Star friends, are amazing. Very funny and smiling. Always trying to get us to participate in the activities. They have a very good energy and vibe. Mario was fantastic in everything and I can only have good things to say about all star friends. Dancers and parties were very good. We just don’t need to hear Portuguese popular music in here as we came from Portugal and we don’t want to feel like we still in Portugal. Maybe the music could be more wisely selected. At the end of day in the pool, chill out music. And more music from Morocco as we want to feel in Morocco , not in other countries. We can make a lot of things in the hotel and outside. It’s safe to go outside on a bus to saidia and to the marina. I could come here alone, and would not have any problem as we see police everywhere. Hope one day I’ll return.

Their warmth, kindness, and understanding went above and beyond, creating a memorable and enjoyable atmosphere during my stay.

It was a pretty good experience. The rooms were very nice and cozy, the staff was useful and kind and the beach was absolutely incredible. The wifi also works perfectly and its incredibly fast. The animation is also great and very interactive (specially a young man called Ben who cheats on UNO). The staff speaks portuguese (my natural language) very well.
