This Review is based off multiple visits. Menu items may change over time. TLDR: This is my favourite airport lounge anywhere in the world. I would give this place six stars if I could. My first experience through this lounge was with a First-Class ticket. But this lounge is easily worth paying for even if it is not included as a perk of your ticket or existing rewards membership. Pay for the access, you will not regret it. The lounge has lots of food options. Sushi, Patties, potato wedges, cookies etc. If you have never had one before, try the (Jamaican)Patty. Your tastebuds will thank you. There are many different juices and soft drinks available, along with lemon infused water. Alcoholic beverages are also available but be aware that most mixed cocktails will not be available due to a lack of supplied ingredients. E.g., no mint so a mojito is not an option. As long as you are looking for beer, basic liquor on its own or mixed with juice or a soft drink (like rum and coke or cognac on the rocks) you will be just fine. For my most recent visit, i had vegetable sushi, a chocolate chip cookie, seasonal fruit slices(watermelon) and potato wedges. To drink, I had a few beers and a mango daquiri. All the food was above average with impeccable presentation. The drinks were also perfect. The lounge offers a nice quiet atmosphere that is less hectic than the main area. If needed, the business centre would be a big asset. There is also a shower that would be good for someone having a long trip. Although I do not recall seeing any towels, so that is something to consider. Maybe that is available upon request. In the lounge, travelers do not need to pay attention to departure times of the flights. A specific announcement is made for your flight and anyone who may be in the lounge with you for your flight is escorted directly to the plane and there is no line to wait in. On one particular flight, my plan was delayed by a few hours and I could not have been happier to be able to rest in comfort. In case you hadn't realized, all the food and drinks are complimentary although I would encourage you to tip your staff. Speaking of tip, every staff I encountered offered me sterling service. I wish more staff in other industries were as competent and courteous as they ALL are. One staff I was dealing with was kind enough to let me know that she was leaving for the day and let me know which staff would be taking over from her in case I needed anything else. Just a few housekeeping notes: On entry, I would recommend starting by letting the reception staff know what your entry method is. E.g. "Good evening, I have a reservation/would like to pay for entry.' As some people may have a reservation, have a redemption coupon/ticket of some sort or decide to walk in and pay. I have only used Club Kingston for Departure, never for arrival. You are able to purchase a departure and arrival pass together if you so choose. Personally, I don't see much value in using the service for arrival, as you still have to deal with customs and security on your own, but i suppose for some people (especially a honeymoon or a bigger party) this may make sense. I will ALWAYS use Club Kingston and recommend it to anyone who plans on departing from this airport.

Consider arriving early at Norman Manley Airport and pay for having access to this lounge. The price worth each penny. There many options of drinks, good food, excellent wi-fi and a well trained, kind and very attentive staff. Instead of waiting for the flight in a crowded place, choose this lounge. Excellent value for money.

Nice, clean lounge. Easy to find. Simple check in process (if you have Priority Pass). The food is simple, but fresh and tasty. Drinks are complimentary (tipping is appreciated, US or Jamaican dollars work). Staff is friendly and helpful, especially Samara! Thanks for taking care of us during our business trip to Kingston!

Easily accessible after the shops and duty-free. Staff warm and welcoming. Table service when I visited which was very good. Lounge had adequate seating and did not feel crowded at anytime. Wi-Fi was fast and all the family were able to connect and do our different online activities. Food was tasty and menu had a good variety to choose from. Toilets were spotless also. Only reason I couldn't give 5 stars is that there was no designated kids zone. I travel often with my children so this is important for me. If travelling with no children then 5 stars.

The VIP service was exceptional. I was greeted upon arrival and the process from immigration to customs was smooth especially because I had a connecting flight and needed to transit quickly. The departure lounge was clean, comfortable and the food was tasty. It is definitely worth the money spent. Special mention to Jacqueline Clarke who was warm, engaging and made the experience a great one.

Whenever I am travelling, as long as Club Kingston is open for business, I and my family members would choose Club Kingston at the Norman Manley International Airport. I had long hold the view that their service was impeccable and second to none. The environment is clean, friendly, comfortable with an excellent customer service. However, I and my niece were truly dissapointed on Sunday, August 22, 2021 when we stayed in the Lounge. The service started out as we were accustomed to, but while we were dining a number of soldiers with sniffer dogs came through the main entrance and were all over the place. We could not tell if they were looking for someone or something specifically. I recall wanting to use the rest room and was delaying and it was just when I decided that I would go that the armed force came in. I am not a dog person, so can you imagine opening the door on leaving the rest room and be greeted by a member of the armed force and a dog? I would have flipped. I saw them coming from that entrance and I even said to my niece that it was a good thing that I had delayed going to the rest room. To make matters worste, we were also accustomed to being informed that the flight had arrived and be escorted to the boarding area, but not so this time. Club Kingston closed at 6:00pm but we were still accommodated and were, prior to coming, told that the necessary courtesies would remain in place. This was definately not the case. The flight had arrived and the time for boarding was active but it was only after my niece went to the front desk and asked if the flight had arrived that she was told yes that that she could now make her way down for boarding. I was shocked.

Greeted by the warm smile of Marsha ( yes I had to call her out) always enjoy the relaxed atmosphere in the lounge...the history art an food cannot be matched (closely followed by Emirates lounge on service but not food or history) the club sandwich ( pork is best) an any fruit juice with a dash of white rum is a must (yes even on a morning flight). If u don't want to worry about missing your flight you will get notified and they will ensure u get final calls if u like being last yo board. 10 out of 10

Food was good, though a bit disappointed there wasn't more Jamaican cuisine as options. Staff friendly, attentive, willing to help in anyway. I appreciate the call for boarding done over the loud speaker and staff walk through making the announcement to ensure all hear. Definitely will go again when on vacation in Jamaica, Kingston. I received 5 star service from arriving in the lounge to leaving. Immediately when I arrived I was warmly greeted & given instructions on how the lounge works. The sit down service & ordering something to eat & drink was amazingly efficient. I had to go back to buy something in the airport shop, but had my duty free package & hand luggage. This was offered to be watched by a staff member. We were advised to relax, boarding time would be announced & we would be escorted to the gate. A remarkable experience.

Having a safe,clean,beautiful place to rest on your travels is priceless. The price actually ranges from $35 to $90USD. The service is hospitable with most needs met by Club Kingston: good, plentiful, fresh food, an open bar, Wi-Fi, a small conference room, many monitors, a shower (presently out of service), clean restrooms and conference chairs.

It's an oasis away from stress of having to find a seat, from the noise, hustle and bustle and from queueing up to use a dirty loo. The service from the Lounge Staff is amazing - so attentive and eager to please. Hot and cold food available including alcohol and mostly free. It's the first time I've used the Lounge service during any trip abroad and now I'm hooked- best £30 - yes ONLY £30 for this absolute luxury - I've ever spent

The best priority pass lounge I've been to, and I have gone to lounges on 4 continents. Good food, good drinks, good ambiance, never too packed. Makes leaving home, a little bit more bearable.

Love it. It was an amazing experience. Enjoyed the comfort, food, and friendly attentive staff as I waited for my flight. You must give it a try. It has a full service bar at no additional cost beyond the entrance fee.... I had three-many rum punches. They were delicious 😋

One of the best airport lounges to visit. Excellent, personalised service. The staff are attentive and caring. The food is good and a there is a choice of alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks. Lovely place to relax as you wait to board your flight.

One of my favorite airline lounge experiences. Everyone working there was super friendly and helpful. Like beyond expectations for a lounge. The staff is probably why it rates so high to me. The self serve food options were vast from yogurt parfaits and salads, fruit, Patties, pasta and more. Everyrhibg we tried was very good. The hot food to order options were tasty, freshly cooked, and served quickly. There was a very extensive drinks selection. The bathrooms were really clean and the seating areas were comfy. All in all if you have a chance to visit this lounge, you won't be disappointed!

I had a great time there. I was glad to be in that very comfortable space. The menu was basic, but quite good. The customer service was exceptional. Kudos to the staff!

The lounge has met the challenges of the pandemic with rigor and fortitude. The cleaning and sanitizing has been stepped up to the max to ensure the safety of all guests. The staff remains warm, friendly and attentive and the food selection more than adequately meets pre flight needs.

It was well worth it! A/c, wifi, food and drink! Staff polite, pleasant and accommodating. They even take you down to the boarding gate, facilitating priority boarding! 10/10 experience!

Highly recommend Bob Marley cocktail. Also try the mango liquor. Staff are friendly and great. Lounge has flight announcements, in addition the staff announce and remind. Food options are limited but nonetheless great. You can look up the menu and order stuff, the staff will bring it to you.

No aircon stuck here for 5 hours and nearly passing out with the heat … Staff are great tho what a shame for public and staff to have heat about 35c

Very friendly staff. They will escort you when the boarding starts to the priority boarding line. Nice to relax there instead of the general area especially for international flights where there's a long wait from check-in to boarding. Food is replenished regularly and of good quality.

It's a fairly nice place and I've used it for years during my business travels but my last experience was very terrible. The customer service was very very poor and the staff was outright rude. there is no consultation amongst staff to continue what the other had left off and who suffered the disrespect? THE CUSTOMER. After finding out that it was their mistake, I was abandon and then apologized to while boarding the flight, now who does that? A Poor Taste was left.

Brilliant service worth the cost. The young lady on duty was very kind friendly thoughtfull. We came in from London on the 23/3/2022 she was waiting for us as we stepped out of the plane. Service 100% from start to finish. I will be using this service again in the near future. Quick and efficient service VIP.

Went in on 28 February 2022 with 3 young kids and asked to order food. Half an hour later someone came over. Unfortunately all the popular items on the menu were unavailable. No fries, no wedges, no chicken wings, no vegan options. I don't really see the point of paying for the lounge when so much of the menu is unavailable, service is slow and dietary requirements cannot be catered for. On the plus side...it was quiet so that was nice, but that was the only good thing really.

Lovely lounge with an amazing team that will make you feel welcome and well looked after. They provide drinks and food with everything g being table service when we went. They also take you to your gate when it is time to board. Very relaxing and made our airport experience a very enjoyable one. We will definitely be back.

The very purpose of this lounge and other lounges is travelers to have a place to relax while waiting for flights. This morning I am very disappointed to find out that if your flights isn’t within 3 hours you cannot get through the check and go to the lounge. I will doing everything to make sure that American Express and Citibank remove this lounge from Priorty Pass. May not work but we airport policy to change so that travelers can have a place to get to know matter the time.

The welcome from Anika when I entered the lounge this morning and the fact that she remembered me to say “welcome back” was heart warming…. and then the warm greeting and excellent service from Cheyenne! Excellent service!!

We recently discovered the uses of my Priority Pass, and what a place to start!... Club Kingston is extremely clean, comfortable, food is delicious, and service is top notch. We started visiting lounges after this, and without a doubt, even in the US, Club Kingston is the best that we have been to. The entire team, in particular Ms. Simone Burke, spared no efforts to make my family feel extremely comfortable and happy. She is excellent in customer service, and the best of Jamaica’s warmth and friendliness. Even if it is just for a casual drop in,….the ambience, spacious, neat and sparkling décor will amaze you… You will not be disappointed in Club Kingston!

Good and friendly service, though there was an unexplained delay in bringing some of the food order. It would have been useful to have information about the flight I was about to board. At the very least, there should have been information screens in place, and if not then staff should have kept passengers informed. My flight was delayed by over an hour, and the lack of any seating at the gate meant we were stuck there, standing, when we could have spent more time in the lounge.
