I briefly worked there about five years ago and while I enjoyed the job itself and the employees, what I didn't like were the owners. They like to talk about the other employees behind their backs - I was one of them. I overheard them talking about how if it weren't for an employee no-showing they wouldn't have hired me, and made rude comments about an issue I had with my eyes. Between that, seeing mushrooms growing out of furniture, them hiring people who weren't here legally (they didn't even have a social security number), and their concern about getting the health department called in them (if they weren't doing anything wrong, then why the paranoia?🤔) that was enough for me to quit. Oh and that "breakfast" they served - that had been warmed up over several days time, it was never fresh, and from what I understand it's gone downhill ever since Red Roof Inn was demolished and their customers have drifted over to Super 8. So folks, please spend your money on a much better hotel than this one.

Super nice folks. Only complaint I have is there is no washer and dryer for customers. With a pool here I would think they would provide at least one of each. Everything else was great.

I had a short trip in the area and stayed at this budget hotel. It is a bit dated but the rooms are clean and quiet even on the side facing the highway. There are quite a few restaurants and grocery stores nearby so you don't have to go far to find what you need. The Culpepper's bar and grill next door is very convenient to the hotel and they have great food.

Excellent room amenities. Clean comfortable bed. Great TV and WiFi. Great breakfast that included scrambled eggs, biscuits, and sausage gravy. Great staff.

We were very disappointed in our stay at this hotel. We chose this hotel because they had decent reviews but after staying there I am not sure how. The customer service was terrible. People were smoking cigarettes right in front of the entrance. We were standing at the front desk staring at the attendant without being acknowledged. Once we exited the elevator the hallway reeked of cigarette smoke on an all non smoking floor. The room was extremely outdated and gross. Hairs in the bed and stuff on the floor. The toilet paper roll was wet. I was extremely upset about paying $130 for this terrible, run down hotel. I would suggest anyone considering staying here to keep driving and spend a little bit more for a nicer and less disgusting place.

All of the staff at this location are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and everything works. The beds are comfortable and it's very quiet.

The beds were comfortable which was the best part about the hotel aside from the location. The service was terrible. We had to be moved to 3 different rooms upon check in. Room 1- had someone already staying in it, Room 2- was full of 20 or more mattress. Room 3 was our final room, our room key would never work after the first swipe so we got more of these then I could count. It rained while we were here and our room ceiling leaked to the point we had to put a trash can under it. Workers didn’t care. Didn’t offer to move us or refund or discount any of the money (nor did I ask them to because I’m not that type, it was just the point). Continental breakfast was very basic. Which was fine for us, just don’t plan on this being a full breakfast if you’re a big breakfast person. It was a quiet location and had a great restaurant called cullpeppers in the parking lot with it that you could walk to that I highly recommend. I won’t be staying at this location again.

Stayed here for an overnight getaway with my boyfriend. Definitely a great place to go when on a budget! ( Can find deals on Expedia) Room was very nice! ( But for the stains on ceiling from something leaking) The king size bed was very comfy to sleep on! And the worker at the front desk was really nice ! Let us borrow a cork screw opener for the wine we bought from a store. Will definitely come back when we are looking for a nice but inexpensive room to stay in!

This place nasty as hell. I don't recommend nobody to stay here. The staff is very rude and they don't want to mention about the cockroaches. I complain and they did nothing. Spend your money somewhere else somebody need to call the health department right away.

It takes 16 days and nights of accumulation to reward yourself for one free night. Also, the cockroaches should nullify your 82 or 8.2 radio of a 100 # corporate. Come on, Wyndham hotels. Check my spelling, who's the voice?

Great location and quick to get to from the interstate highway. The parking was very convenient, and a discount card was given to a local eatery. It was close to the historic district, to Lindenwood University, and to multiple cafes and restaurants.

Best hotel I've ever been too. The young lady and gentleman that work the office were nice as can be and never had an attitudes during our whole stay

The room was small, and was a rough. The bed and pillows were ok. The realissue was little ants, that where in and around cabinet that housed the refrigerator and microwave, that made us crazy. Just sitting a drinking glass on cabinet was a real issue. We travel to St Louis and St Charles area at least twice a year. Thought we try to save a little on hotel, not a good idea. Will not stay here again.

This was definitely a great place to stay. The clerk was extremely friendly. You can tell that the team here truly cares about what they're doing and making sure you have a good stay. I would definitely come here again! Thank you so much!

Not bad on the cleanliness of the rooms nothing special is allotted in the rooms just basic small room well kept. The lobby is easy to get in and out of the staff is hit and miss. Some are extremely helpful others would not help if you were on fire. Decent stay for the price look for deals they make it easy more affordable for the stay.

The room had a smell like they need to Clean the carpets and there was a wet wash rag laying in the middle of the floor when we 1st open the door GROSS!!! The man who checked us in was very nice but the woman sitting in the office with him looked like she had her fair share of meth, The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was nice. The remote control had the batteries taped in the back cause of a lost cover that someone couldn't spend a couple dollars to replace, When we gave back the card keys in the morning to the guy with glasses, He laughed at us for some reason, Thought that was rude. Breakfast was good!

The quietest hotel I have stayed at in a long time. I had three nights of peaceful sleep, which was appreciated, have already booked a room there when I will be back in November.

Elevator was broken, yet we were placed on the second floor. We are seniors. So, we had to haul our luggage up a full flight of stairs. This is not our first unhappy experience with a Super 8. It will be our last. Two stars is generous.

Clean updated rooms, check in staff nice, hot breakfast. Have stayed here in the past. Never disappointed. One of the best Super 8 hotels.

KEEP GOING....If I could give a negative amount of stars, I would because this place was a real disappointing joke from the beginning. Considering it took my husband 28mins before the lady at the front desk even acknowledged him and there were only two guests checking in ahead of him. She then took another 20min trying to assign a room and collect payment. We asked for a double queen room but ended up being assigned a king room, so back to the lobby we went only to be told it was going to cost $12 more for her mistake. At this point we had been going back and forth for nearly 1 hour, I was extremely tired and very frustrated so I decided to pay that amount thinking that the next person taking over would actually know what they were doing and be able to fix and refund what that lady could not. My total that evening came to $111.85 even though we had a confirmation number for a double queen room reserved for three people at the price of $78.49 which she refused to even look at. The gentleman that came in on first shift was not very friendly either and immediately started saying to my husband that we were lying and that his employees were trained better than that....ha, he must do all the training at that facility!!! In the end we never did get compensated for the difference which leaves me very unsatisfied! I will definitely be contacting Wyndham, maybe they can help me out!!!

I stayed here June 14, needing only a place to sleep on a long road trip. Even though the room was non-smoking, the smell told me right away that someone had smoked in it. The bathroom seemed clean but the rest wasn’t. There was a dried glob of something on the nightstand. The sheets felt damp. The volume on the tv didn’t work, no sound at all. I travel through St. Charles sometimes but I won’t stay here again.

So this stay was terrible from the start. I called to ask if they had any available rooms that night and was put on hold. The lady at the front desk then informed me they had a room. I told her I would be paying cash and she said I had to give her a card or she wouldn’t “ guarantee“ there would be any rooms for me. I said I didn’t want to give them my credit card info but she assured me my card would not be charged. So I reluctantly gave her my credit card info and started to get ready to head over. A hour later I get a charge to my card for the price of the room. We didn’t end up going after that. I called the next day to resolve it and the guy told me he didn’t have my card or my name on file. After yelling at me, telling me I was wrong and I needed to call my bank, he hung up. Sketchy and untrustworthy do not come here unless you want to be lied to.

Okay, so the staff was nice. Our towels and bedding were clean. Bathroom was clean. That's about where my good review ends. Our room had NO SMOKE ALARM. just the exposed wires where it should have been. There was clearly makeup smeared all over the back of our door. Our AC unit made a god awful noise all night. The elevator was broken during our stay, we were on the 3rd floor and in town for work so we were exhausted. A domestic dispute was almost always happening on our floor. Overall bad experience

When I booked the room I marked an unknown arrival time as we were coming from 8 hours away. My husband and I called our financial institution before leaving to inform them of our drive out of state to assure our card wouldn’t be fraud locked. We arrived at this motel around 12:30AM the first day we were to check in after an 8 hour drive. The over night clerk proceeded to tell us that they ran my card 30 minutes before our arrival and it came back as fraud so they rented our room to another person. We get alerts when this happens and didn’t receive any such alert for fraud also we have been using said card for purchases all day during the trip. He takes another 30 minutes to rebook us a room. We proceeded to hand him my husbands card which is linked to the same bank account and of course it goes through without a problem. If my card (“1st used card”) was fraud locked our account wouldn’t have been able to accept his card due to the account being locked. Anyways fast forward we finally get into this room and we realize that the showerhead is loose from the wall. Good thing that was an easy fix so my husband completed this. Next the swing lock on the door was missing all but one screw, so to feel safe my husband fixed that. Also on further inspection there was blood drops on our toilet paper roll that did not belong to us. And most motels you can get back inside at the stair wells with your card key and that wasn’t the case here. Once you went out those doors you had to walk all the way around the motel to the main lobby door to get back in. We also asked the front desk for extra towels and to inform them we did not need turn down service, to come back later that day and find out that they turned our room down anyways after being asked not to come in our room. We will be coming back this way but we will not be staying at this facility again.
