The positives: The rooms are modern. They accept dogs. The front desk staff were extremely professional under fire. Great value. Coffee is available 24/7 in the lobby Constructive Criticism: The rooms were not ready at 3:00 pm for check in. The rooms could have been cleaner. I spilled water and when i wiped it with a napkin it was black. Makes you think floors haven’t been really mopped in a while. The bed is hard like a concrete slab covered with a mattress pad Although there are pictures of a pool, this location doesn’t have one. The breakfast is not good. Egg patty, sausage patty, cereal, and one very slow waffle maker. The area is a little bit sketchy. Lots of truck drivers obscured parking. Lot of weed smoking outside

I've stayed at this hotel a few times due to work. This is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. The employees at the front desk are rude and short with you, as if you're bothering them. Every room I stayed in had a stench, and the showers were stained. They don't have elevators, so you have to take the stairs. The secondary entry doors are don't lock, so people can just walk in without a keycard or without coming through the front. Their breakfast is horrible. They don't have a designated person to prepare the food. Instead, the person at the front desk does. All they do is walk back to the breakfast area for about 10-15mins and open the doors. They claim they don't serve bacon, but I saw chunks of bacon in the bottom of the sausage tray, which tells me they don't take the food out and of the tray to prepare fresh food nor do they clean the trays. People are constantly hanging in the parking asking for money and cigarettes. I've stayed at this hotel for a total of three weeks in the past month and a half, so this isn't coming from a one night experience.

Our room was on 2nd floor - no elevator. Mold/mildew smell. Husband couldn't stay in room. Went to stay in car. In the morning, manager gave us a room to hang out and sleep until late check-out. Nice breakfast.

The room was nice and clean bed very comfortable. It felt like home away from home. Breakfast was great. The front desk attendant were very nice and polite.

The room was musty smelling. And the room had obvious water damage. The walls are super thin and could hear the neighbors talking ALL night. Also the road is extremely loud. Not the safest area, there was a security guard every night in the lobby.

My second time there and it was better than the first time. They're doing construction right now which is good to see some hotels actively improving themselves. Bathrooms are nice , cable TV , and love your dove comp gifts in their bathrooms. Went to Legacy carryout for some awesome crab fries.

I stayed at La Quinta for two nights in mid-June and had a fantastic experience overall. The hotel impressed me with its cleanliness, friendly staff, complimentary breakfast, free parking, and convenient location. Considering that a race was happening in Waldorf over the weekend, I found most hotels in the area to be excessively expensive. However, La Quinta was a budget-friendly option that exceeded my expectations. Before making a reservation, I had read some customer reviews online that made me a bit hesitant about staying there due to its lower cost. However, I was pleasantly surprised by my stay as everything turned out to be better than anticipated. I would rate my experience 4.5/5 stars, deducting 0.5 points for the intermittent Internet connectivity and some customers coughing directly into the breakfast area. Since there isn't a 4.5/5.0 stars option available, I have chosen to round up my rating to 5/5 stars due to the overall pleasant experience I had during my stay. The hotel offered a wide variety of breakfast options, and I was able to avoid any concerns about food contamination by choosing packaged items.

Handicap rooms are small and not very wheelchair accessible. Person lives in his wheelchair so he had a hard time moving the wheelchair around. Then we woke up with bugs . Otherwise all the servers were friendly and attentive

Happy with our experience. Older building but very comfy for us and our pups. We got military discount, close restaurants (Golden Corral) and others all for under $100!!🎉🎉🎉

First floor door at the end of the coridor to the right of the front desk has lots of traffic in and out and when the door at the end of that corridor shuts it sounds like a three hundred pound door slamming couldn't get any rest. The manager knew that door made an awful very loud noise. This is a Tuesday night. Hate to be the one to stay on the weekend. Not a good LaQuinta to stay in. This La Quinta needs new management. The best I can say, it's the hood LaQuinta.

It served its purpose, the room was fairly clean except for the strange stain on the ceiling and a couple of spiders. I looked for bedbugs and did not find any that's a plus. Despite the pictures of a pool, they do not have one. NO POOL!!!
