Tremendous location, near Hwy 10 and Hwy 23. No continental breakfast BUT close to Taco Bell and the Salvation Army. The liquor store is just down the way too! In addition to the great soft beds and color television, you could experience that wonderful feeling that at any time someone may try to open your door--too drunk or high to realize that's not where they've been living the past three weeks. If you're looking for a place to stay up all night high on methamphetamines (or nod out on dirty heroin) or, to simply get away from the old lady after a fight, the Gateway Motel is THE premier place for you!!

Couldn't rate any higher. Manager made us check out after 3 weeks. Poor room service. Towels were always being waited for becase none were clean.upstairs noise was at an all time high. Police visited- alot of times during late night. Not to mention my car got hit in the parking lot.

Holy SNAP. We was up in st. cloud......No where was a good price....but den...as the Denver Broncos selected Bradley (ducking) Chubb with the fifth overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft...the lord told me Gateway MOTEL. And so I was like okay...we called and got a room cheap...like cheaper than your previous sexual experiences...And den bruh was like "yo, we just renovated"...I was like alright...room was slick, real talk, we will gladly be back.

Worst motel I've ever been to and worked at...

Nice staff and within our budget. A big plus is it is on the bus line. Beds, TV, shower and toilet, microwave and fridge. On site laundry and vending machines. Walking distance from Target, Shopko, and Cashwise.

The new staff is orders of magnitude superior to those who they replaced. Combined with the renovations that are being undertaken, make it a totally different place altogether. Staff has repeatedly, nearly daily gone the extra mile to ensure my comfort. I can't stress the extent of changes,and all for the better!

I was a guest. The rooms heat did NOT work and it was real chilly almost cold. The rooms dont get cleaned very well the walls were thick with cig smoke and what ever else smoked. I wrecked 6 bath towels cleaning in there. The wifi is terrible to say least. If u can connect it goes out all the time. I couldnt stay conbected longer that 15 min. The carpets well put it this way, i didnt take my shoes n socks off ever. I had to tape my phone charger into the outet because it wouldnt stay in.

I called and asked for a smoking room,was told at two p.m. ok. I get here and wait an hour,from 2p.m. to 3 p.m. then get a room. After getting in the room I see its non smoking. Go back to office am told that's all they have. Call this place Gateway to Hell. That's what it is. Convicts and drug dealers and homeless abound this area. I will never stay here again. Look for a different place,save yourself.

The staff went out of their way to get a room ready for my stay! They have an older building but the service was phenomenal!

This place is under new management and I must Say Ashley Is doing a very great job.. Rooms are cheap.. Complementary breakfast in the morning..and service as Needed... I cant complain.. Never had any issuses with this place anytime I have stayed... Remodeling is taking place and they are doing a very great job, pulling the hotel together as I have heard it was a wreck..

Unable to pay for a room online with a credit card and refused to allow me to pay for a room over the phone with my credit card. No way to pay unless in Person🙄 If you can't pay over the phone at least have a websight you can pay and verify.

It's good for short notice availability and they have made a lot of improvements since the last time I was there in 2013. However the room I was first given the housekeeping was not done and the bathroom fan made an awful noise. The staff were very accommodating and immediately moved me to another room. I was pleased with the second room even though the sink was broken and stayed that way for the three nights I was there and I had to shove towels in the space around the air conditioner because it let in a very cold draft, but it was clean and affordable and if they keep up with the improvements I would most likely stay again and refer other to stay as well. It's a work in progress but I'm on board with the Gateway facelift keep at it !!!!

Gross. I helped a friend get her stuff to her room. The staff was nice, but the room smelled like it was a flop house for a long time. Under the bed we found crusty food that'd been there for a LONG time... This place needs a pressure washer, and bleach. Bad.

We found some drug substance in our room and there was dirty socks under the bed so we will not be coming back here ever again

Is a place to sleep and shower. Not very clean. Likely to have drug addicts as your neighbors.

They didn't have keys to half of the rooms. So as a handicap person I was forced to go up their stairs.

Good people stay away. Liars are hired and managed here.

The first room i got. i pulled back comforter and there looked to be a pile of puke at end of bed they switched me rooms and here are some pics when i moved the bed back from wall. there were cigerettr butts, empty chip bags, big red and purple stains. ashes everywhere. they also had a busted window that ckuldnt be opened but duck taped all the way accross. the desk drawers were just busted off laying on floor

Very cozy and warm. Great breakfast as well. Super friendly staff.

It was decent price but not very cleanly and smell was bad.

Unsatisfied, room was disgusting,very strong odor of a chemical, carpeting had something spilled, microwave was filthy, ceilings had mold. I would not recommend staying here, we ended up leaving and not sleeping here
