I don't like leaving bad reviews. But this hotel made my reservation for the wrong day. They couldn't accommodate me for the day I actually came for. Then they charged me for the day I didn't ask for.

This hotel should not carry the Marriott name. Very janky. Waited two hours with several people to check in. Not one employee to be found. Looked everywhere. Attempted calling the general manager several times, no answer. I called bonvoy and they were shocked. They attempted reaching somebody and were unsuccessful. They advised me to find a new hotel. I did. If youre looking for a Marriott brand in Saint Cloud, spent the money and go to Courtyard or the Residence Inn. This poorly managed property should not be considered for your travel plans.

DUMP. Seemed fine upon arrival, even though there was obvious trash that wasn't cleaned up under/by the couch. I was staying here for seven weeks for work. I was asked during my check in if I wanted housekeeping service for which I said yes. A week went by and I had not received any fresh towels or new sheets, etc... I ended up asking housekeeping while they were cleaning a room by me if I could grab some towels. She asked if I needed anything and I asked if she could change my sheets since it had been almost two weeks at that point. She was super nice and did so BUT my room was NEVER touched again. I was there for SEVEN WEEKS!!!! I even called down to the front desk to ask when service days/hours were. The lady said, "between 9-3." I had asked why my room wasn't being refreshed with towels or anything. She was rude as hell and responded with, "um.. did you ask for service when you checked in?" She said she made a note for them to come the next day to clean my room (which was getting moldy in the bathroom by the way) and guess what? They never showed up. They would be cleaning on the floor I was staying on but never my room, or my co workers rooms that were staying there. I didn't have any signs on my door to not be disturbed either. I had to do laundry there since I was there for over a month. The washing machine wasn't taking any quarters. I went to the front desk to ask about the issue and a gentleman said to me, "I don't know. That's not my problem, that's maintenance." During my stay, I noticed two cars constantly in the back parking lot outside my window. They would be hanging out when I would leave for work in the morning and when I would get back after 10 hours. Then I started noticing that they were doing drug deals! Random guys would come up to the cars, while the guy hanging out all day sat in there, they would exchange and the guys would leave. It was happening all the time! The guys sitting in the cars all day would even be in the lobby when I went down for coffee. I do not know what is going on with the place but I would stay very far away. Mess!

Room hadn't been vacuumed, bits of oreo cookie everywhere. There was a plastic bag tied over the smoke detector, pull out couch bed had wrong size sheets and no blankets, tv had power but didn't get any channels, pool area had no towels, once waited at reception for 10 minutes and nobody came to help, two other times waited 10+ minutes to be helped by the person who was at the desk but too busy with other things to assist me.

Rachel checked me in. She is very nice and friendly. She will take care of anything you need, while making your stay absolutely wonderful. Her staff are all awesome, they will do the same for you like Rachel. I stayed a week so each morning there’s hot breakfast and fresh coffee waiting at 6am. I found out later that she was the GM. So recommend asking for her throughout your visit if you get checked in by someone else. My room was clean and cozy. The hotel is clean and cozy. I will definitely be staying there again and again when I’m in Saint Cloud or just passing thru. 💯⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars overall if possible.

The gentleman that works the front desk was fantastic! He absolutely goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. I personally would give him a raise, but I don’t own the place so I cannot.

A great hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast is one of the best I have ever had at a hotel! Jenna, the breakfast attendant, did a fantastic job with the variety of choices. The food was hot and fresh. Michelle at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. I used the pool and hot tub. They were quite enjoyable. The only issue is the location in regards to the entrance and exit. The hotel is located off a main road but it is somewhat tucked away/hidden. There are 2 different entrances/exits, both quite small, one off the main road and the other on a side road. It took me awhile to figure out how to get to it (I am not from the area.) If you are coming from the east, you have to take the side road or go down a short distance and do a U Turn. Just a little weird. Exiting to get back on the main road to go westbound is challenging since it is an intersection at a divided highway with no traffic lights just a stop sign. The traffic in the area especially around 5pm is crazy busy. Overall, a great experience. Thank you to the staff at the Fairfield Inn and Suites!

Linda checked me in on Tuesday, October 24, 2023. She had some difficulty with the reservation system, but she remained calm, friendly and was not frazzled. She offered me water while I waited but it didn't take long before the issue resolved. She was professional & welcoming. I stayed here again on Thursday October 26, 2023. And this time it was Jarrlon who helped me. Very kind, very professional, patient and obviously a dedicated employee. I went up to my room thinking it would be a typical room, but it turned out to be a nice upgrade (which I didn't request). Both nights my rooms were comfortable and very clean. I appreciate the treatment I received here. Michelle who is the manager was friendly and helpful. I've never had a bad/unfortunate night's stay here. Keep up the good work and thank you!

I have stayed here several times over the last 6 years and it is always an excellent experience. Staff are helpful, inviting, and friendly. The rooms are very clean and quiet. The location is absolutely fantastic and is only minutes from prime sites and shops. The best thing is the continental breakfast is fresh and delicious. Highly recommend to anyone visiting St. Cloud.

Marie Is the hardest working employee at the hotel. Never ever seen a front desk employee do everything. She needs a raise. I have been here for 6 nights and will be here for another 7. Room is clean. No issues. Hot coffee available all the time. I don't eat breakfast so can't tell you about that.

We were in town for a dance competition. The front desk person who worked overnight was amazing. Our door release broke and we ended up getting stuck in the room. The maintenance person wanted to leave us in there until morning until she reminded him that's a fire code violation. The manager needs to find a new job. An hour into breakfast they ran out of everything and when we told her she seemed annoyed. Her excuse was someone forgot to go shopping.

General manager and other front desk personnel ( white girls ) Very rude argumentative with me and another customer. There was a mistake on the hotels part and they were going to kick me out and the other party involved. Wouldn't recommend this hotel. General manager lives on site micro manager over staff. Accused me of getting Jazz with her not the case as i was on the phone with my office personnel trying to figure out what was the problem. The over night lady is very helpful and accommodating friendly,(black lady) she is helpful with questions about the area !! Breakfast plenty to choose from and hot !

Gross. This place was nasty, dirty, unkempt and felt like a flop house. The building smells like a THC vape pen cartridge. The rooms are dirty, smells bad, the furniture looks like it has puke stains, brown stains in the shower, air vents and outlet covers look like they have never been clean. Overall just ghetto and dirty. It feels like im gonna get hepatitis C just sitting on the bed. I wouldnt even let my dogs stay here. Overall super disappointing and gross. Gross. None of it was nice.

So, when we arrived I was waiting for like 5 mins for the front desk lady to get off the phone. Sounded like it was a personal call. But the check ✔️ in process went smooth after that. Got to our room 312 and after like an hour we noticed the TV didn't work. So, they gave us a new room. New room was great. But the next morning we went down for breakfast and there was only waffles and cereal and bread left. It was only 9:20. The girl running the front desk for that morning who was not the normal person to do the front desk said that breakfast was over at 9 a.m. but the sign on the wall clearly says that breakfast is over at 10 a.m. So I asked her can she go in the back and get us some more food because the sign says that it's closed at 10 a.m. and there was like five people besides our family in there waiting to get food. And she then proceeded to tell me that the normal front desk person was not in and when she gets in that she would get us more breakfast because she was not allowed to go back there to do breakfast and I informed her that everything is precooked and all she needs to do is preheat it I know because I used to work at a hotel and all she had to do is microwave it and put it out (unless breakfast cooking changed since I last worked at a hotel). She then said that she wasn't trained on it so that she was not able to go get us more breakfast. What doesnt make sense to me is that who set up the breakfast this morning?. So my issue is that I visit this hotel mainly because they have continental breakfast and all fairfield's to me have the best breakfast options but not in this case so as far as the hotel itself it's an older model hotel it looks like. I'm used to going to the Blaine location which I have exceptional service there and I'm just upset because the clerk at the front desk this morning did not want to help us with getting more food for the guests that were waiting to eat. The girl I'm talking about had black and red hair with tattoos on her arm. Can someone please train her so can serve the guess correctly? I think everyone needs to be trained on breakfast and front desk. Let's not forget... What happened to the person that didn't show up for their shift this morning? They need to get a talking to also because cause they let the team down by not showing up on time. Smh I'm done

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. There was a problem with the TV in our room and CJ from the front desk was super helpful with trying to fix the problem abd when it couldn't be fixed, he moved us to a new room. He made sure that everything worked before he brought us our keys. Great job CJ!

We had a one night stay at this location. We enjoyed the beds. The rooms on the 3rd floor seemed clean and fresh. We had fun in the pool (warm) and hot tub. Front desk staff were kind and responsive. The big lighted sign (outside) wasn't working, so when we came back after a late dinner it took awhile to find the hotel. We let the clerk at the desk know, but he didn't have a way to fix it/turn it on. It was a quiet stay even though there was a soccer team staying on the second floor. Breakfast was good. There was milk, juice, cereals, breads/muffins, waffles, and breakfast sandwiches. My friend enjoyed the coffee. I would recommend this hotel with a few of the "glitches" fixed.

The rooms were clean and the pillows/beds were actually more comfortable than most hotels. I didn't get to have breakfeast due to leaving early for work but the dining hall is quite large.
