My son was not a guest of the Motel. He was taken there by a friend to help get someone's car working again and was left stranded in the middle of the night in the dead of winter. My son is 31 and higher end special needs so he always tries to help anyone in need. Steve, working the front desk, insisted that my son call someone for a ride home because he was going to try to walk home in frigid temperatures. He helped him by talking to me on the phone and giving me the address and directions on how to get there. It's nice to know that the individuals working this location care about people...even ones not actually staying there. I can guarantee that this location will have my business in the future. Kudos Steve! I can't thank you enough.

Went in to see if they had available rooms, prices, and if they had a discount for AAA. It stinks in there so bad. That hotel room deodorizer spray they use. It's old and yucky Inside. It was like 80 and it was already midnight. No thanks.

Nothing special but great for the price. There are no elevators so that might be something to be aware of, nor is there a pool in case you are looking for a relaxing dip on your stay. Beds were comfortable, staff was friendly. Overall convenient. Walls were a bit thin but overall No complaints especially for the price. Would stay again.

The lady at check-in late at night was friendly and professional, things went smoothly getting in very late at night, and there were no issues with the room.

Old hotel that needs some major renovations. The room and fixtures were extremely outdated. The hotel is allegedly “non smoking” but my entire hall reeked of weed and my room smelled like cigarettes. Pillows are hard as a rock. Do yourself a favor and get yourself a better hotel for another 10-20 dollars.

Not a bad stay but there is some little things that need to be fixed/replaced. The room we had was smaller than what we are used to. The room was clean and the bed was not bad. We had room 115 I think and it was pretty loud all throughout the night from people coming through the side door to their rooms. Overall not a bad stay.

Pretty basic room and no microwave. Tiny bathroom. Our room was right next to the stairs so it was kind of noisy at times. Definitely should be better for the price you are paying.

This is a nice, clean hotel. I felt like it was a great value. The staff is friendly and helpful. My bed was really comfortable. Nice shower - clean with great water pressure. Lots to like about my stay.

Super clean, great step in shower. Not a huge selection on continental breakfast

The rooms were clean and cozy. The experience was fine, but a little pricy for what we got, to be honest. There are mini fridges in the rooms but only one microwave in the hotel. The coffee served in the morning was cold and there was no hot water for tea. The breakfast bags are just pre-packaged foods like fruit cups and granola bars.

I had a single bed room on the first floor for two nights. The main body of the hotel has historic 1960/70s vibes, while the rooms are and mix of old and new. Room, bathroom, carpet and the lobby were all clean, the a/c worked and smelled clean and maintained. Dual locks for hotel room door made me feel more comfortable as a woman travelling alone. There are a few points of concern; the security door on the right side of the building didn't close or lock. The bathroom fan didn't work and the bathroom ceiling was split and peeling, probably from shower humidity. The hair dryer also didn't work, although a nice note on the room indicated that staff already know it was broken. Walls were thin so the rooms were noisy until about 10-11, when everyone respectfully quieted down. Staff was very nice, professional and accommodating.

Cool building and the person at the desk was super nice. Blankets were too light weight, and there was not a spare in the room. I was too tired to try and ask for one from the desk. Otherwise everything was great.

If it had a pool it would be perfect very cozy very polite staff. They need their bushes in front trimmed and their trees trimmed

Great place, nice rooms and quiet. I wish the microwave was in the rooms but otherwise nice and clean. The staff is very accommodating to you and your needs. 💯

The room I had was smaller than most, but it was clean. Breakfast umm... they gave you a bag of food because of COVID

Nice older hotel. The rooms are good size and the pillows are comfy

I gave them 3 stars because they were mindful of the guest's privacy. Night shift staff was really professional and helpful. The spectrum free on demand did not work so that was super disappointing. Kept saying cannot play video error 2:0032. The refrigerator was all busted up as well but it still worked

Stayed here because my work booked me a room here. I would not have stayed here had I had the option not to. Rooms are severely outdated, holes on bedsheets, curtains covered in stains, safe wasn't functional, hair dryer wasn't functional, room was cold even with heat cranked on. I had to lay all the towels on the bathroom floor because the tile was so cold in here. Room was dirty, major food debris under the bed skirting and around edges of carpet. Coffee maker was a Keurig, but it was covered in dust inside and out. I would have used it had it not been so filthy. Pillows were badly worn and lumpy, no comforter on the bed at all. It was a thin blanket with sheets, and in MN in February that doesn't cut it. Vending machines ripped me off and wouldn't work. I then explained it to the overnight desk attendant and he was literally more concerned with what he was watching on TV and told me "that sucks". The woman working the counter during the day wasn't so rude, but I didn't bring it up in the morning either. This place is cheap, and you get what you pay for. Spend the extra $20 and get yourself something with some amenities.

The room was “upgraded” but poor value. Room was hot and ac was hard to work. The tv did not work until maintenance man came to fix it. The room had small but irritating things missing:no towel by sink. No cups or glasses. Wi-Fi did not connect. No continental breakfast. The maintenance man was great though
