Customer service is lacking here. If you're not who they think is a big spender they're not even going to look at you even if they clearly see you're looking for assistance. The guys that stock the shelves are helpful though, but the sales reps are garbage. They have a wide selection of items and the prices are competitive. That's why I give them 3 stars.

Firstly, the quality of products are great! But the price, not so much. I am willing to pay a little extra but the cashiers at the front exit tend to act as if customers are bothering them to cash out. The warehouse guys are great (when collecting at the back).

MY FIRST TIME well never but the Last , it's really a different for the hardwares I'm use to , and it was Expensive was I thought it would be 😉 Great customer service , and the Staff very alert ,It's an Great place to get Paint 🎨 Household Supplies etc Still a great place to shop have alot of stuff for Christmas season

Have most house hold item& electronics and things for gardening and repairs on all types of jobs need to be done. But sometimes they are too pricey and some items the quality is lacking. I was pleasantly surprised at how this store handle my return product, I bought a water hose and within 3days it split , I took it back to the store with the receipt and they took it and ask me if I want refund or exchange I took refund . There was no hassle, or interrogation. I feel good leaving the store and will continue buying products there.

Customer service is horrible. One cashier with a long line, I will not go there again unless nowhere else open..

Really wide range of items. A very comfortable and organised environment with friendly, helpful and informed staff. Great shopping experience. Also competitive prices.

Good store for house and job needs. Prices are reasonable, especially for some light LED fixtures I was looking. Paid 16240 JMD for a dozen of them. Great price and I am going to install in my new apt. There is also sufficient space behind to accommodate a remote control receiver !

The place is nice and has good prices. However the service of the stuff is really bad. Some dont care for you at all and others just are not really interesstes in selling and are really slow and not motivated... The potential would be there but they need better workers.

With better preparation for customer volume, it could further elevate the overall shopping experience.

Mr Brown the manager has made shopping with Rapid so easy. He people skill is above expectation and goes above and beyond. The staff overall are really helpful and polite.

I went in to Rapid True Value to buy a sheet of Decorative Ply board, which I noted at the front entrance of the store a couple weeks ago, nothing excited. friendly Staff. I must add I white washed the Ply myself.

It is a great place to get all of your home and hardware supplies and it is conveniently located in a mall complex with varied amenities

Service can be slow. Staff not as knowledgable. Most staff new info on products not always available. Staff polite helpful. Some products, eg gardening tools not value for money. Paint Guy alwsys helpT Products tend to be pricey. Centrally located with lots of parking. Hours are flexible open 7 days per week I Recommend. But shop around price difference sometimes $1000

Friendly and helpful staff. Price is reasonable and things are easy to find.
