Worst experience of my life! Staff was rude and lazy!!! I travel JA all the time and love all the places I have been to but this place was terrible. The food was gross!!!! The plates were dirty and food was undercooked and cold. The worst is finding a cockroach in our salad!! When we spoke with the owner he dismissed us and was ignorant, rude and unapologetic. When going to JA eat off the street you’ll have way better food with a way better experience. Places like this should be closed down immediately.

Don’t do it. Horrible service. Very rude customer service. Order 2 pieces of jerk chicken. Baked chicken yes. Jerk chicken no. Waited an hour and finally asked for a refund. After 20 minutes asked how much longer and was told 5 to 10 minutes. After walking to my Air B&B and returning, I had waited 40 minutes only to have the young lady to ask to see my receipt with others. After snatching it out my hand she returned and handed it back without saying anything. I watched cab drivers and others that were Jamaican get their order. They number the boxes so when I saw 79 being served when I was 62, I was done. When I asked for a refund; she replied “your food is ready”. I did not care, I told her I wanted a refund since there was no food here. She refused and said it was there policy. She went to the back and returned a few minutes later with a box. When I opened it, I immediately recognized it was not what I ordered. They had cut up different chicken parts, but not the leg and thigh I ordered. I explained that the small bones don’t come from leg or thigh of the chicken. She smiled as though it was a joke. I went to management and explained and he immediately knew which employee without me describing her to him. This is the kind of thing that happens far too often in this area.

This place needs to be inspected and closed permanent for business for uncleanliness and raw chicken Worst disgusting place I’ve ever been, the owner must be illiterate to be behaving ignorant for making a complaint on not done raw chicken and then again the jerk pork was burnt extremely dry and I wasn’t refunded I was insulted by the owner very unprofessional for a business man and I was being hustled by the workers very stupid. Worst experience ever. I’ll recommended eating on the markets than here.

Nice vibe, only downside was their kitchen was closed and you had to order from the Jerk Zone. But the spot is nice! Pool table, music, ambiance all on point.

The Rehab was an exhilarating, experience. Our staff celebration couldn't be held at a better venue. Everything was considered and catered for. Just sheer awesomeness!

Why open after curfew to sell dry jerk chicken and pork with no side order not even bread! Poor service, worst thing is they overcharge me they charge me $10 for 1 quart chicken and $12 that’s Us for 1 quart of pork also $5 for a beer. I didn’t question why they so expensive than said to myself ain’t coming back and would never recommend anybody there. Oh and I saw inside the kitchen !! It looked terrible such a mess!! Health inspector needed.

Went to this club whilst on holiday in Montego Bay. There was 8 of us. We were charged 20US dollars each to go in. Days later we find out from the locals that it’s a free club/bar and there is no charge to go in unless there is a special event on which there wasn’t. We were totally ripped off and as fellow Jamaicans we are disgusted by this. You guys are the biggest scammers. Please be aware of this place if you ever visit Jamaica. Avoid….Avoid

REHAB IS A NICE PLACE TO HANG OUT ANY DAY OF THE WEEK. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PHENOMENAL. SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO FELECIA WHO WORKS THERE. SHE TREATS HER CUSTOMERS WELL.. 👍👍👍

Rehab is the place to go and relax for a day or two with friends and family😍😍😍😍 The environment is very friendly, clean,authentic Jamaican food and they have the best Jamaican red stripe off the ice. I would recommend anyone to go there and have lunch with your friends.

Nice clean place with decent facilities. The music selection is good for the type of entertainment but waaaayyyyy too loud!

If you like a less crowded place, visit during daylight hours. If not, dusk and night.

Had a team building day out at Rehab Sports Bar. What a day! Staff - "awesome", Jerk Chicken - "to die for". There was gaming machines, pool tables, too many TV's showing sports to count, music was great... was so much fun. Rehab is the place to be... Will be back - definitely

Been coming to Jamaica for a while, but never been into Rehab Sports Bar before, until now. First, staff were friendly always suggesting different cocktails. I had one called Anger Management... lol. Really nice Secondly, was able to watch English Premier League football ⚽️ Only wish it wasn't early lockdown, so we could have gone to the night time events.

Just came from Rehab. Bar staff challenged me and my friends to a pool competition for beers. Was so funny... yes we won ... lol. Music was great. We will all be going back before our holiday ends next week.
