Waited
an
hour
and
finally
asked
for
a
refund.
After
20
minutes
asked
how
much
longer
and
was
told
5
to
10
minutes.
After
walking
to
my
Air
B&B
and
returning,
I
had
waited
40
minutes
only
to
have
the
young
lady
to
ask
to
see
my
receipt
with
others.
After
snatching
it
out
my
hand
she
returned
and
handed
it
back
without
saying
anything.
I
watched
cab
drivers
and
others
that
were
Jamaican
get
their
order.
They
number
the
boxes
so
when
I
saw
79
being
served
when
I
was
62,
I
was
done.
When
I
asked
for
a
refund;
she
replied
“your
food
is
ready”.
I
did
not
care,
I
told
her
I
wanted
a
refund
since
there
was
no
food
here.
She
refused
and
said
it
was
there
policy.
She
went
to
the
back
and
returned
a
few
minutes
later
with
a
box.
When
I
opened
it,
I
immediately
recognized
it
was
not
what
I
ordered.
They
had
cut
up
different
chicken
parts,
but
not
the
leg
and
thigh
I
ordered.
I
explained
that
the
small
bones
don’t
come
from
leg
or
thigh
of
the
chicken.
She
smiled
as
though
it
was
a
joke.
I
went
to
management
and
explained
and
he
immediately
knew
which
employee
without
me
describing
her
to
him.
This
is
the
kind
of
thing
that
happens
far
too
often
in
this
area.
