I would give the home 10 stars if I could. My family had an amazing experience at Nianna Spring Farms, and it was the perfect little home for four of us. Planning for months before our arrival, Neena guided me with every step in the planning process - usually responding to me within minutes. From setting us up with Frank and his team: Scully and Dave, the driving and tours I signed up for using him are what made the trip. He is flexible and all are so enjoyable. The island was cool, and the golf at Cinnamon Hill was great. Our favorite restaurants were The Chill Out Hut where we started the first night, very laid back, and easy with live music on Fridays and we ended at Sugar Mill directly at the bottom of the hill (expensive $$$$ but worth the experience) the tip was also included but we didn’t realize so tipped twice but the service and politeness were second to none. Cool history too. Back to the house, again perfect size for four people, the view was a million dollar view! Unbelievable. Supportive beds. Cool interior, very authentic Jamaican. Neena made our trip. We did the Chukka tour to horseback ride and it was good but paying extra to take a private car is the way to go, as the bus was very touristy and took so much longer than if you just got in your own car and went on your way. The massages at home we did on the back bedroom stairs (10/10!!!) must do, we liked this more than the private chef, because the private chef it takes a while to cook so if you do get a chef book early as the meal we had we ended up eating at 9:30 and were starving because I should have had the chef start at 5 or 6pm. Rose Hall museum is a must, we weren’t able to go because we didn’t book a reservation and I was so disappointed, it was gorgeous and I’m of dark history if you’re into that. Huge pointer, make ALL of your reservations in advance for meals etc. if you want to venture to the resorts because if they get busy they don’t allow outside guests. This was a bummer - we did end up getting in one night, but just easier to know you have a name and time ahead of time!

The property was absolutely stunning. Located just minutes from the airport, hip strip and retail stores, the property was hidden on a hill top. The villa provided open, airy accommodations. All windows and doors, 360 degrees, could be open, No AC was needed. The rooms were clean and spacious. I highly recommend this property for Friends, solo travel or business. Not appropriate for couples, as it lacks some privacy since it is located adjacent to a family estate. The kitchen could use a bit of an upgrade and some additional accessories and utensils to entertain. Other than that, no complaints. I will definitely visit again and refer others.
