My family and I shop at shopper fair blue diamond for years and it's always a great experience until recently the customer service their as fall to the ground, before the staff was friendly and welling to serve you, now you have to beg someone to take your things to the car or you do it yourself, Deborah grant needs training let her know we are at ironshore not gully bus stop customer service matter's I can get bad attitude for free I should not be paying for it.

On Saturday, September 18th, I stopped at your Blue Diamond location to purchase vegetables. I presented my card to pay for the items however I requested to use my points. I paid the difference in cash and was owed change of $17.00. She called her supervisor a young man who is a very a poor example of a leader. His answer to situation was to ask the customer if I could read. I was so upset I shouted at him and left. Goodbye you have lost a loyal customer. Please offer training he is a poor leader.

It was nice though lil more stock will surely help. And i m an Indian if you can source masala tea, poppy seed, mustard oil, coriander leaves, Masoor daal etc is used by Indians a lot. I see lot of Indian around and they will buy them.

Dont buy fish here,!!! Because of the abundance of fresh seafood available in the area their's stay to long can be eaten but not so fresh.

Getting in and out is somewhat quick process and the variety of products is adequate

A rundown version of Progressive. Clean it up a bit. You are still selling food. Again, it was expensive due to COVID three years ago. I feel conned when they use that excuse.

Only went in to purchase phone credit and staff was very helpful in assisting me to put on credit for with fi on my Jamaican phone.

The worst place to shop ! I got there very often to grab stuff for my kids because it's close to my work. The securities are so annoying following me all over the supermarket like am a theif and when the tourist and other people enter they do not follow them around! I work very hard and earn money, so I could never steal! The baggage person's don't pack your bag if your not a tipping!🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 I hate this place.

Our bus driver stopped here on the way to the beach. I think he was getting paid to do this as there was not much here. There is a guard at the door I guess to keep people from stealing. Jamaica is not the greatest of islands.

I do my weekly shopping at shoppers Fair, I collect points, which I can use for money off my shopping bill and they also accept foreign currencies.

Customer service is a 1, never have enough cashier especially on weekends. Cashier's are not friendly. Only plus they always sanitize the trolleys.

Most items you desire are there but you will find yourself at the sister store at Whitter Village across the street for a wider selection of items.
