Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. Attitude stink soooooo bad. The servers are the worst. The food is ok as far as fast food go, but the customer service is so bad. Would be a 1 star if the food was garbage. Everybody look like they'd rather not be at work. Except for Teeka, always smiling and understanding.

All staff needs to do customer service course they are very unprofessional, these people don't communicate with the cashier to inform that what isn't available... NB: the staffs need to focus on work because they take too long to pack food

I got BBQ chicken and fries which were both OK. ...a bit too greasy for my liking but the flavors were good. The staff here needs serious customer service training... No use of pleasantries, facial expressions read that they don't want to be here and let's not talk about efficiency. The general area seemed clean and welcoming. UPDATE September 2023 Visited on Sept 29th 2023 The female security officer at the door was very polite and welcoming. The Cashier was ok... Ordered the chili chicken sandwich, texan burger and mixed pieces of chicken. The sandwiches were freshly made and delicious... The chicken... was awful... Serving pieces were generous in size but they were cold ( like being served from a refrigerator) although being served from a warmer...I pointed this out to a server without causing a scene.... They took the order of 9 pieces... Put it close to a furnace or something (the entire box was toasty upon return) and brought it back. No apology ... Nothing... This place needs better trained staff.

Overall the food and atmosphere is just ok. What is sub par is the service! One server and the store is packed with 20+ patrons with tickets in hand. There are fine dining restaurants where you get served faster than this so called fast food.

Mother's coming to Montego Bay is a gem, it always has a little crowd in there and they servers could move a little faster since you give the majority of the specifications when ordering. The social distance spacing is a little odd but the food is good. This store seems to focus more on Chicken always being fully stocked And having less on the other side meaning patties. But all in all, I keep going for the chicken, the recipe is a fierce competitor for KFC

It's clean and spacious with ample seating area. The staff is pleasant and proactive. I waited a while as patties were not ready as yet and the patties were not the best. All in all, I like the menu options as it's varied and you can get breakfast, lunch or dinner on a budget.

Is quite affordable and comes with different options, such as (chicken and French fries), Patty, Ice Cream. Tends to be busy on the weekends to be honest, throughout the week, it's easy to get served quickly.

Simply put, you are a fast food restaurant. If half the items on your menu are never available, take them off the menu. Don't have customers wait in line to end up finding out at the register. The food they do serve is decent enough. The service is bad-to-mediocre of course, but that's to be expected.

Only if desperate for some disrespect from some yutes who can hardly keep their eyes or attention focused on the topic at hand... my ORDER which payes your salary! They have a video screen splashing the menu from burgers to patties to ice cream and I couldn't catch the name on the burger due to angle and distance, I ask the troll to help me with the burgers and she shrugs like I asked her the number of sand grains at Harmony Park Beach... I get serious attitude when I request a couple meat patties, apparently eating meat patties after 7pm causes the cashier to get acid reflux ... and the fact that the video menu spends a good third of it's cycles on stuff they don't have is a serious opportunity miss for a new franchise - accurate video menu which displays only the items you are willing to sell at the current time. When I asked for bottled water instead of the fountain sugar soda... I just got a blank stare and a NO. When I threw $1000 onto counter and said I'll pay the difference, they entire back counter went blank as they conferenced on how to resolve the math problem as customers behind us waited. We took the cooling burgers to the table and enjoyed them (kinda) then washed then down with a red-stripe from next door. Remember me S.Downie? When shall I swing back for a bottle of Wata and a darn hospitable smile?

Staff at times can be a bit unwilling and they don't always give that warm welcome.

I have never gone to this place and not had to complain about the service or lack there of. Staff looks like they don't care and the supervisors look like they don't have a clue. I have walked out of the store many times without buying anything and I have seen other customers walk out as well.

Went in early in the morning as I was at the passport office. The chicken was not fresh. They definitely served chicken from the previous day. I’ve heard good things about Mother’s, so I’ll give it another try.

It's better than KFC by far you should try the crispy chicken if it's not available please wait on it 😌 OVERALl mothers chicken is perfectly seasoned to the T I have never been disappointed with any of the chickens there even the burger have a buzz

I've just confirmed bad customer service,the cashier will stare you in the eyes carelessly without acknowledging your presence,they took a call in order without knowing who is calling nor giving a total,not even an introduction Phone was answered as if I'm calling their home.could not expect better from I got through on the line,first sign that can make your food unpleasant

The food is delicious. Variations of chicken, patties, burgers, sides and drinks. Clean bathroom facilities and they also offer the option to order large quantities.

Slow service and overcrowded in a time as this, the floor manager needs to make the necessary changes along the process to improve the flow to have the customers in and out faster. Nice fresh foods and I enjoyed the meal 😊😋
