I
would
definitely
wanted
to
give
this
location
a
better
rating
but
unfortunately
I
am
very
disappointed
and
very
hurt
concerning
the
way
this
property
manager
Neena
went
about
resolving
my
issues.
My
husband
and
I
booked
this
property
for
his
birthday
weekend
and
everything
was
in
order,
tickets
paid,
trip
completely
booked
until
the
Monday
before
we
were
suppose
to
leave.
We
booked
this
property
through
Vrbo.
I
have
used
Vrbo
when
it
was
HomeAway
for
over
7
years
now.
On
Monday
morning
before
we
were
leaving
for
Jamaica,
my
husband’s
colleague
and
as
exposed
to
COVID-19.
The
test
to
be
able
to
go
to
Jamaica
for
us
was
scheduled
on
Tuesday
morning.
Those
test
were
$300
total
because
you
can’t
go
into
Jamaica
without
a
current
negative
test.
My
husband
was
placed
on
quarantine
and
as
soon
as
I
found
out
what
was
going
on,
I
called
Neena
the
property
manager
and
she
stated
we
should
still
take
the
test
and
come
to
Jamaica
anyway
so
have
I
have
on
text.
I
explained
to
her
that
I
didn’t
think
that
was
a
good
idea
being
he
was
just
exposed
and
was
placed
on
quarantine
until
the
test
was
done.
What
is
he
got
a
negative
result
and
and
was
really
positive.
It
takes
14
days
to
see
signs.
I
asked
her
to
consider
moving
our
reservation
and
when
we
book
again
we
would
pay
any
difference
in
the
rates
if
they
were
higher.
We
did
not
want
a
refund
just
to
move
the
dates.
Mind
you
I
had
taken
off
work
and
my
husband
was
on
vacation.
We
would
just
come
when
we
could
reschedule
and
no
one
would
loose
out.
We
were
able
to
place
our
tickets
with
JetBlue
in
a
travel
bank.
We
revived
the
service
fee
back
from
Vrbo.
But
for
some
reason
that
made
no
sense
to
me,
Neena
decides
to
say
that
she
had
to
try
to
sell
the
condo
first
at
the
rate
we
paid
which
was
$125
a
night.
We
paid
a
total
of
$624
for
4
nights.
After
one
day
she
sent
me
a
message
which
she
would
only
communicate
through
WhatsApp
with
me
that
she
couldn’t
book
our
condo
so
she
had
to
reduce
the
rates
lower
and
still
nothing.
She
reduced
the
rates
under
$100
a
night
and
stated
that
if
she
booked
the
condo
she
would
give
us
the
credit
toward
another
stay
of
what
someone
else
paid
for
the
condo
we
booked.
As
long
as
I
have
been
traveling
and
I
travel
a
lot,
o
have
never
heard
of
such
bs..she
sent
me
a
message
on
Sunday
night
stating
she
still
haven’t
booked
the
condo.
(Of
course
not!!🤔)
my
husband
and
I
are
on
quarantine
and
she
is
trying
to
cover
her
tracks
to
justify
keeping
$624
of
free
money
when
all
she
had
to
do
was
move
out
dates.
I
tried
resolving
before
I
reviewed
respectfully
but
this
property
manager
is
out
for
gain.
This
is
a
pandemic
and
she
still
wanted
me
to
risk
other
people’s
lives
and
ours
to
come
to
her
property
and
still
not
want
to
work
with
us.
I
told
her
to
keep
it!!
Not
worth
the
hassle
but
I’m
letting
others
know
PLEASE
BEWARE!!
She
is
tricky..
kind
because
things
were
going
her
way
but
very
tricky
with
words.
I
have
never
processed
payments
through
WhatsApp
and
someone
send
me
a
receipt
from
a
credit
card
machine.
They
didn’t
want
to
deal
with
Vrbo
with
the
payments.
She
insisted
on
me
sending
my
husbands
card
info
to
her.
Be
careful..
and
yes
I
have
receipts!!!
The
whole
conversation
from
beginning
to
end.
I
wouldn’t
stay
there
and
after
all
she
took
me
through,
I
decided
even
if
she
switch
the
days
I
don’t
want
to
stay
at
her
property.
I
would
not
be
comfortable
around
her.
